Pt2: still Telstra I moved over to you from Felix a Vodafone/TPG with the roaming deal with Optus that allows data but very slow. The Felix plan allows me 20Mbps/20Mbps unlimited alllllllll month. I’ve downloaded almost 2TB at points. It’s $35 a month and I got full service 4G!

  • LaniRefiti Lani Refiti (@LaniRefiti) reported

Boy, I’ve just spent an hour trying to get @Telstra support & man, it’s hopeless. Great network but even as a Silver tiered member going through the app it’s unusable. Surely there is a better way Telstra?

  • Debgotnuked Deb🆓🇦🇺 (@Debgotnuked) reported

@Telstra I’m so confused by the ad you have where there’s a woman in what looks like a 3rd world county with crazy eyes being rude, running in front of other parents bumping & shoving them so she can film her son. Why would you want to encourage that? What is the purpose of it?

  • jameelkaraki J.karaki (@jameelkaraki) reported

The worst customer service ever including services you have never asked for like roaming! Telstra . The irony cancelling such a service might be nearly impossible! The best scenario is push you to call them from your APP that doesn't work too! @Telstra

  • dyatlovassincdt GRAHMS KOMM BEKK HIER! AHH BOUGHT EN EPP (@dyatlovassincdt) reported

Is everyone's ability to log into @Telstra's billing stuff this morning broken or is it just my uniquely cursed account?

  • ivaforgotton ive forgotton (@ivaforgotton) reported

PayPall! Trying to Solve a problem on the PayPal App is like Bashing your head against a Brick Wall. with English aliterate téléphoniste that dont understand jack ****.. i think its a ploy. Telstra -Optus do the same.👽

  • Torkium Kris D (@Torkium) reported

@nathryan83 @Telstra Yeah, the 10% off one shop each month would basically make the phone plan free. The thing I can't get over is how expensive @Telstra is. Been a customer with them for 15+ years, but there is no reason to stay loyal any more.

  • Caseyprotect Casey Sugden (@Caseyprotect) reported

    Telstra complaint 52976038 @NBN_Australia @Telstra

  • jimilne Shakna Israel (@jimilne) reported

@Telstra Absolutely worth sending someone. However, the last three times that you've tried that, NBN have cancelled the tech. No modem upgrade has been discussed yet - because removing the modem from the equation doesn't fix the problem.

  • garystark Professor West Wing Fried Chicken Shack (@garystark) reported

I am convinced that the only purpose for the @Telstra support chat "facility" (for want of a better word) is to simply waste customers' time and not actually provide any sort of a resolution. Their agents are unhelpful, don't read what you have told them, & are painfully slow
