My internet service has decided to stop streaming. Netflix, YouTube have stopped working. On Telstra chat line wasting my weekend waiting 3-4 mins each time I wait for a response. @Telstra 40 mins so far and still haven’t started troubleshooting

@Telstra Did some troubleshooting, looks like it is a DNS resolver issue on Telstra's side when your DNS server is returning the wrong IPv6 addresses for some of the WeChat domains on 4G / 5G. If you can pass on to your techs.
