@BrittMezher @Queen_St_Eatery @Telstra 😔 time for the ombudsman if you can’t get a response. You’ll soon get one if you lodge a complaint.

@BrittMezher @MiaCamp40513113 @Telstra I never forgot when telstra had monopoly of telecommunications & charged us through the roof for phone calls & services & handset hire, even though we paid for the handset. Same with Qantas when ansett crashed.

  • cantangus Robert Cantangus (@cantangus) reported

@BrittMezher @Telstra Let him pay it; it's the least he can do. ;) Commbank called my sister (who I haven't lived with in thirty years) the other day because my credit card payment was three days over due. This sort of bullshit could cause very serious problems for someone in a dangerous situation.

  • strongcaffe anne williams (@strongcaffe) reported

@BrittMezher @Telstra I only had to threaten complaining and I had a flurry of activity, multiple call backs, lotsa of sucking up. And mynprivacy hadn't been breached! Privacy is a huge deal. They should be bending over backwards to rectify that issue

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet You should already know what is happening. Heading into day 6 not internet and a daughter doing her HSC trying to hotspot from a phone. Amazing service iiNet. Wonder if I’ll get that phone call tomorrow. @Telstra

  • holydivertv holydivertv (@holydivertv) reported

@Telstra for God's sake fix my boss's phone and internet problem. It's been going on for months and I'm sick of hearing him whine about it. All ya gotta do is consolidate his bills into one. Disconnect and old internet connection and take an ex employee off the bill as a contact.

  • contactstanley1 Stanley Hu (@contactstanley1) reported

@Telstra I contacted Telstra via text message this evening - the agent said he was "investigating the issue" then one hour later said she/he needs my account number. Why lie about investigating the issue when you are not? Three hours of waiting and zero progress...

  • hayes_duke Kim Hayes (@hayes_duke) reported

@andy_penn Andy do you think it is a good look on Telstra’s part after small and medium business that have helped build this great fibre network for and with Telstra straight after coming out of Covid and border lockdowns to be kicked off there panel contracts with a months notice.

  • Natural_Dreamer Richard Clarke (@Natural_Dreamer) reported

@Bababooie42 Internet costs money no matter where you live. ALDI phones work through the telstra network and offer affordable plans. I am where I am because I made massive sacrifices and slogged my guts out. I worked as a truck driver while studying nursing and supporting my family.

  • ZOOTV19783 ZOOTV1978 (@ZOOTV19783) reported

@TelstraEnt A text message service for customer support that takes days and multiple different staff and slow responses. Extortionate pricing and competitors doing it better in every way. Can’t wait for “come back to Telstra” advertising, you’re losing customers hand over fist.
