    Update: Telstra NBN dropouts - still got problems so reached out to the Telstra chatbot an hour ago - sorry, 1 hour and 2 minutes ago... and no response from a team member yet. At least I'm not on the end of a phone queue like usual.

    After about 13 years as a @Foxtel customer, last few with @Telstra, I cancelled my service today as I don’t think it’s worth what you pay. Interesting though they wouldn’t even offer me same deal offered to new customers. Oh well, more time to watch my Fetch TV by @optus. Bye

    @Telstra why is it so difficult to get a clear response from someone about a Pre-Order? I have not been provided any updates and I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store. 8 have tried the app chat, email, and even calling but no response. Please someone help me with an update

    @phbarratt Mine all goes to answer, (only because Telstra provides me a service I didn't request,) and then gets ignored unless my phone recognizes the number. I want to know how woolworthless got my email

    I really hope the @Telstra @TelstraEnt store at Airport West shopping center is independently owned. The staff they had on today would have to be the rudest bunch of young men my wife has ever encountered, led by probably the worst manager to roam the earth.
