@Telstra I am sure you are well aware of the disastrous customer service you have. You seem all friendly on Twitter but I’ll invite to have a go and resolve something on a chat. Let me know how you go. I will cancelling all 5 accounts if a phone call is not received.

@Telstra Hello Telstra. I have the details written down when this lady kept telling me to say Yes, say Yes but I am old and I don’t trust putting all of this information on the internet. I will go to a Telstra shop to speak to a person. This was a very stressful situation

In the Melbourne bayside area where I live there are a number of Optus advertising signs highlighting its 'fastest' #5G service. The problem is there are no Optus 5G cells in the area. Telstra seems to have the area well covered for #5G.

@Telstra Is it true that if I have an IQ2 box that some channels will not have signal? Some lady I spoke to keeps telling me that’s the reason 🤨

@Telstra The porting of a velocity service. Much has been discussed, including a lot of obfuscation and astoundingly, some outright untruths. We are talking 20+ phone calls, perhaps 30hrs+ waiting and talk time. Multiple disconnections including 4 today. Left on hold 3hrs yesterday.

@CosmicRami @dvcotton @cwmagee ... your ISP. Depending on your specific ISP they'll haul it to a data centre. Could be Global Switch on Harris St Ultimo, or Equinix down at Mascot or a few others. If it's Telstra or TPG or Optus it'll go to their own DCs or Telstra an exchange. Chatswood or Kent St.
