@Telstra Not a problem. While I’ve managed to find a way around it for now, still massively annoying.

@WarWraith Yup the Amazon one is the latest version of the Telstra/nbn/insert major service scam. Had my first Amazon one a few months back. Phone scams are really out of control right now.

  • _Acxd_ Acid (@_Acxd_) reported

Sorry for the streams not returning sooner everyone, still having horrendous issues with @NBN_Australia and them not signing off on our connection that happened ON THE 10TH MAY, so Telstra can't even give us our plan cause NBN is just ******* lazy

  • Johagan7 Jack O'Hagan (@Johagan7) reported

@banginbih @Zuckles @Telstra Every provider that isn't NBN uses Telstra network services in some way, either physical network, on the network layer etc, no way to avoid, NBN is just as bad if not worse.

  • MattyRidIT Matthew Rid (@MattyRidIT) reported

@Telstra any reason why when I go and try and manage my house phone settings online, I keep getting looped back to the screen after login? Different browsers and OS tried and caches have been cleared. Used Mac and Windows with Firefox, Chrome MS Edge (Chrome version) and Safari

  • janhartney Janet Hartney (@janhartney) reported

@Telstra Telstra should be paying me. I should not have to now ring billing and request a credit, it should be an automatic request through departments. Such poor customer service Telstra
