When I called Telstra to check on status, their response was like ‘you’ll just have to wait I guess?’ Then when I called to cancel my order after signing up with Aussie, they said ‘I’m not sure what order you’re talking about because it’s already been cancelled…’

@Telstra I hope you are working on the "delivered package" spam messages issue, I'm now getting 5-6 a day and am almost ready to get rid of my mobile because of it.

@Telstra can you get people on your Internet help who actually know how to fix issues rather than just saying "don't worry " but not actually fix the problem.

Just wondering what active role companies like @Telstra @VodafoneAU & @Optus are taking in ridding customers of constant spam SMS's, calls & emails? While there's probably no easy fix the amount of unsolicited junk paying customers are hit with on a daily basis is out of control

  • Gary_AE Gary Austin-Eames (@Gary_AE) reported

@Telstra No. Problem was intermittent Internet, now have no Internet

@VK1MIC @mrmabs Don't think Optus have a long life value plan either. Best bet might be to go Telstra for primary (best coverage) and Optus/MVNO for back-up. Your phone will use any network available for E000.

@Dunhacking @SpudBenBean My problem since Telstra supposedly doubled my download speed (supposedly) & put my bill $10 p.mth as well Mafia Criminals they are!

  • FlameRoastToast Andy Corrigan (@FlameRoastToast) reported

@Hugh_Whitehouse You need to have a Telstra service to get one right? That alone feels weird, giving a sizeable chunk of stock to a retailer that forces a services folks might not want. (I got lucky with my PS5 last year, tbf)
