@genuine_m_ @Telstra @VodafoneAU The obfuscated process that's the issue here, it's about making support as inconvenient as possible knowing they have market leadership.

@reallucipower @Optus Both Vodafone & Telstra aren’t too far behind, Telstra has better coverage though so it’s never as bad.

Dear @Telstra because you can only supply me with your pathetic signal some of the time I’m only going to pay some of my next bill 👍👍 maybe one day when you can upgrade from a third world country like signal I will pay my bill in full thanks for understanding

Still nothing from Telstra. You don’t want me to disconnect the phone apparently. I don’t want my mother to pay for a service you won’t allow me to disconnect. What happened to the paradigm of ethics in business and the power of communication? @andy_penn

@alexmakin @Telstra @VodafoneAU There was a time when the support was on-shore and provided by actual Telstra employees. All outsourced and off-shored now.

@Telstra Yes it is the POA which I was asked to email. Called the help line you just sent through and was now told in contradiction, that the POA was insufficient. That my mother would need to authorise in person. She is in aged care 200 km away. No response from my 3 emails in junk.

it does go up to 55ish up, sometimes. but sometimes Telstra 5g just drops down to less than a megabit up!

@Telstra Perhaps then your support should have asked if it was residential or business support as its first question?
