@Telstra After finally getting through, and a person from #velocity working through every issue it might be, a technician is coming next week. Meanwhile we are online, via 4g with no extra charge to us ( we think!)

@Telstra I did and finally we got some help. Over the course of at least 30 minutes with all things covered it's clear modem is not connecting & @Telstra is sending a technician. We have been, unknown to us, managing by 4G which has been extended. Not fun. Hope all sorted very soon

Steve Baxter (tall poppy if you have a go at me) (@sbxr) reported
@BraveOldSpeak half correct. Telstra was root cause of problem, because they still had monopoly genes backed by muscle and bone (their network installed free of competition)... good we fixed that with a... well.. wait... ok... another government owned monopoly ... bugga

Allison, sloth thing 🦥 (@NitwitInc) reported
@KyloRenButIDo Telstra once called me up to ask about their service. Oh baby.

Mr Armageddon (@Mr_Armageddon1) reported
@DoctorKarl Telstra is half the problem. The other half is the government allows artificial throttling of speeds so telcos can charge a premium to use the speeds the infrastructure is capable of

@rkd993 @edumak8 My mobile is with ALDI and uses the Telstra network. It sends many calls and texts directly to spam. If one gets through, I report it, and that number goes on their spam list.

Trent (@ConfessionsOfT) reported
@Telstra I just want to login and pay my bill and it's only giving me the option to 'add account'
-
Phil Wright (@dreamrealities) reported
@DoctorKarl Because a PM sold off all of Telstra into 2x parcels and didn’t keep a single national network in the national interest which would have prevented duplication and would have built an amazing network not several broken ones
-
Travis Holland (@travisaholland) reported
nbn and Telstra both wrote to say that we can now get optional fibre to the premises. I figured it'd be a huge cost jump but our speed is crap so worth a look and it's only $15 more per month with no install fee? Seems cheap. (Or we were getting majorly ripped off already)

@JudyHinchcliffe Oh yes I read this Scam , and Unfortunately Macquarie Bank should have froze their accounts straight away. I'm not surprised they didn't. They are a f ing joke , they are a Bad institution that I would never deal with 💯. Optus , telstra , are responsible for this BS. A joke. 😡
