I thought @telstra weren't switching off 3G for another year? Can't get it anywhere today. If this is just a test to see if 4G can pick up the slack, it's a hard fail...

@DawsonEJ Sorry to say this… but I had a similar issue and it was 5 weeks of hell and 20 hours of phone torture… you know me, we worked together… a mild jolly fellow… not after the Telstra experience…

@droverdriver61 Check out ALDI and their deals. Their lowest monthly deal is $15 a month. Not sure how much data that includes though. I have a family plan with them, 6 phones attached for $110 a month and 120G between us. ALDI uses Telstra network so coverage is decent where I am.

@Telstra Lee. A DM has been sent. Fix it or you lose our business. Simple.

@radiusfn Aussie broadband Telstra’s decent but always had issue

  • Cannulator The Cannulator™ *Not available in stores. (@Cannulator) reported

@maryakate @georgiecrozier Triple Zero is a seperate entity to target emergency services. PMG/Telstra haven’t run call taking. They direct the call to the agnecy requested.

  • Plmg53 Hazel (@Plmg53) reported

@DawsonEJ @Telstra This was our experience in similar circumstances late last year and it took weeks, and many wasted hours to sort out. The customer service people are polite and well trained but the systems they work with don’t work. Good luck!

  • whisperfist C. Aleph (@whisperfist) reported

@Telstra Thanks Quinn, but no. I’ve had enough for now. At least I’ve got a case ID reference number to refer back to after the next bill. The question about why it takes so long to get someone to act on even a simple and acknowledged problem should be addressed by Telstra in public.

  • TheAbeKane Abe Kane (@TheAbeKane) reported

@Telstra why can my mobile number get spoofed and also, for a phone company, you are pretty terrible at answering your phones

  • alexanderswift Alexander Swift (@alexanderswift) reported

@andy_penn Season opener at the @PenrithPanthers last week and there was a tiny amount of 4G and 5G signal in the stadium (acma site IDs 10004158 / 10013014) making access to the Telstra @NRL Official App a🚫📵zone. Surly a perfect location for a small cell site?

  • psyclaw ARTHUR FRIEND (@psyclaw) reported

@droverdriver61 You won’t beat Aldi mobile which uses Telstra 4g, on price but most importantly on quick service call responses. Get sim at any Aldi shop.
