    I’ve exhausted options - Telstra has a monopoly on copper network. I can get a technician in to more accurately diagnose - I may do that, repair may be simple. But that’s costly too. Starlink doesn’t need 5G, uses low orbit satellite - only provider whose modem/router doesn’t emit toxic frequencies.. (measurable with Trimeter).

    @Telstra Been there done that as I said TelLies are useless I know the outage page says everything is fine but my modem is going blue to amber and it's green now so whatever TelLies were doing in 3758 has finished be nice if updates were being advised Customer service you know

    @Telstra It's been going on for several days. They did an "update" on the tower which took a whole day and it was superfast for a while and then it just died. You should be able to check the tower's performance and see the problem. Site ID: 9028105 on Morgan Rd.
