    @PaulBongiorno After 40 years with Telstra, I finally shifted my last account because the online service did not deal with my issue and no-one ever answered the phone.

    @Telstra Hi Tori, yes I’ve been in contact with a tech team. They send one out (not that I’ve ever seen one) then tell me it’s been fixed. I’ve got someone coming out again on Thursday. This has never been fixed property. I can’t keep working and home schooling like this.

    @tom_cavanagh @SheepOverboard @AndrewCatsaras Ha Ha. Seriously, I've been with Telstra for decades: "service" has seriously deteriorated. A nightmare. The pandemic is an excuse to close dept's, reduce staffing, move "services" offshore: online substitutions are simply unworkable.

    @AndrewCatsaras @deemadigan @Telstra Turn it off & on again. In this case it means going to another provider then quickly coming back as a new customer. You might even be given a credit or a free gift.

    @AndrewCatsaras @deemadigan @Telstra Telstra "help" is located in the third circle of hell. Until recently a rural, I essentially had no choice but Telstra. Always found a message to Facebook got me somewhere. I notice they have already responded and "reached out" to your Tweet.

    @Telstra Yep another full day of no internet while waiting a tech looks at the pit as that is where the fault is every damn time and to be clear this is not your issue @NBN_Australia are just a cheap and lazy managed company they would prefer to point the finger instead of spending money!
