    @Telstra Look at the plans vs the next one down. $70 for 40GB $1.75 per GB vs $100 for 180GB or $0.55 per GB and roll over. I just don't see Telstra being that generous. $150 60GB so $2.25 per GB vs $300 100GB or $3 per GB Recharge once and loose 20GB. That is the Telstra I know lol

    @Telstra Hi Angela, Our NBN connection has been down since Dec 19 due to the lightning.the back up mode fluctuates its speed.We can not even make a video call. The technician from NBN did not show up yesterday, he cancelled and only to find out we were re schedule for 25th of Jan 2021

    @Danieldfc00 @Telstra Yep. Over many years ago left with money owed to me by this mob. Request refund of monies owed because I have left your services. "We don't do refunds...we give account credits". WTF. I no longer have a Telstra account....how the F does that give me my money back?

    @Telstra why does my TELSTRA BILL due date keeps changes randomly and extra charges are added for late fee when due date is changed without notice?Is it a trap to make customers pay more or you gonna fix this?Please reply in human as I am sick of taking to your illogical robot.

    @theage @nickbonyhady If we extrapolated on this decision - coles, qantas, telstra, the universities etc etc are dismissing their CUSTOMERS left right & centre. Do you have some ideal vision that some magic organisation will swoop in an employ people & restore your customer base? Pathetic #auspol
