@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

Absolutely shocked that we’re now over 24 hours with home internet and phone service at home. I’m unable to stream, work from home (all of next week will be in the office), we’re completely cut off from contact. It’s a week before Christmas for goodness sake @Telstra 😡

@spclark14 @Telstra It is truly ridiculous. No internet, no mobile and FTA TV out also to boot. This is the problem with living in @Telstra only estate, you have no other choice but to put up with their pathetic product and service. Still no upload speed greater than 5mbps available.

@JD_NBA @spclark14 @Telstra That’s bad enough. Some of us being forced to leave the house to work and unable to do other things at home that require internet. I just think an ETA of 1 week has to be some kind of practical joke. Sounds like they’ve made it low priority

@MorpheusBeing @CatPurry9 Good luck getting landline fixed! I had a huge argument with Telstra when NBN was installed. In the end all it took was for a new handset they supplied and somehow magic! Only took 3 months for them to figure it out. Useless! Hope you get it fix especially as it for medical 🤞

Woeful .@telstra support, act 2. All I want is to speak to a human! Your IVR is painful, your message based support is painful and so slow - when you get to chat to someone all they do is repeat the same old tests and nothing progresses. Waiting on the phone takes years :(

@Telstra Yep - email finally fixed. But if you could help get my order placed for a second Wi-Fi Booster under your Telstra nbn house coverage guarantee that would be nice. Have had about 5 different people on the message app over the last week and still can’t get the order completed. FFS
