@Telstra Is this an Australia wide issue? Parents in NW Tas, their gateway says internet connected, but nothing loads. Is this the cause perhaps? Thanks

@Telstra Hi Jessica. I have already purchased a new iPhone 12 Max 512GB phone from Apple. Once it arrives I’ll transfer my data and return the lease phone and move to a non-contract SIM only service. I won’t ever bother with a contract with Telstra ever again.

About 10ish-20 minutes after I got off the call with @Telstra ‘s customer support, the black NBN box decided to turn itself back on. How do I go about canceling the appointment I had with the NBN technician? The in-browser messaging feature is taking forever to reply...

@Telstra I give up, Angela. I've told you I want someone to call me and you continually push me down the path of messaging you. Have a look at how long I've been with Telstra. That ends today.

@IllyBocean @macaulaybalkan I had the same problem with Optus not accepting the NBN was out. I can't count how many times they wanted me to troubleshoot **** when I could see the lights on the NBN router flashing away. Even Telstra is better than Optus and that's obviously saying something.

restored I've been told. Even though there's a guarantee by Telstra to not have a service disconnected before the NBN is connected, they disconnected us. 5 hours later on the phone, 7 different areas, resulted in a complaint being lodged. 😐 No resolution, no idea when the matter
