For info only: my voice calls to Optus get answered immediately by friendly competent staff, and my Optus wireless broadband internet service provides unlimited data at speeds ~100Mbps or faster (and is way cheaper than the NBN).

James Cridland (@JamesCridland) reported@backlon As an aside - I only buy unlocked Google Pixel phones, direct from Google. On putting a @telstra SIM into the phone, it automatically downloads and installs the Telstra app. (As it is, it's not that bad, but even so...)
