@NikkiTeeuw @Telstra Frankly, I think @Optus could give it a run for its money. Two of us working from home, needing to attend video meetings, the NBN off more than its on, and a pathetic level of communication and support. Argh!

@JaneMarwick @Toll_Group We sent parts to a southern customer about 2 years ago... has never been seen since! Ended up meeting the customer in Perth and handing it to them. Not to mention the overcharging I managed to get over $700 over wrong charges from them. Just like Telstra... options?????

@malcook27 I had a monthly Optus plan using my dads old BlackBerry Pearl but I still have a $52 credit on my Telstra account for the internet I had at my apartment and I haven’t done anything about it bc I still like getting the monthly email 6 years down the road

@GrogsGamut @Telstra I feel your pain 4 weeks trying to get nbn on then another 4 not paying for services I didn’t use... I am a mild mannered person but found myself texting messages such as .. why do you even have a customer service section.. are you actively trying to wreck this and I hate you..
