While it's nothing to telstra it works out to over $20k from us that we spent elsewhere due to their terrible treatment of loyal customers where they lie about a known issue. Hell it was in the news about the false data usage that people were getting...

@Telstra Your company does maintenance in someone's area and destroys their internet speed from 100mbps to 0.6 Mbps, literally destroying their small business and then @Telstra can't find a solution other than frustrating them to the point of a mental breakdown. 👏👏

@LasseSr74098032 @raywilton4 Yeh My mobile with Boost(telstra) but rates are cheap pay only $30month they just increased my package from 3g to 5g at no extra charge for me! I was with Optus but signal kept blocking out where I live drove me mad!changed to this no problems for years!

@SpotlightForYou @Telstra ...and make it almost impossible to get through to anyone. I was on the phone for over an hour the other day trying to sort out a billing issue. Stupid part is, we're business customers & supposed to get priority treatment. 🙄
