    So @Telstra have a network outage. Our whole suburb has no coverage and every everyone in the community keeps logging faults, but Telstra keep telling us all there is no outage and that we should switch our phones off and back on again. #gablesnsw

    @Telstra has the most incompetent customer support team I have ever experienced. They literally said turning our phone off and back on again will fix everyone in the whole suburbs phone. We are now at 4 days without any phone coverage #backintheiceage

    @Telstra If only Telstra service was better. Not talking about coverage, talking about customer service. Having customers on phone for an hour waiting is awful service

    Moved out of my old apartment back in December 2021 & closed my account with @Telstra, so why after multiple communications & "corrections" have I recieved yet another f***** bill?!?!?!? Seriously WTF!

    @Aitch_El @MifWhy Super will always go up and down but it mostly grows. But Telstra 2 shares are still.worth less than they were bought for 20 years ago.
