@Telstra Closed my account with you Nov 2020 last year and you still owe us money!!! Husband got sick of dealing with your incompetent staff via online chat service, coz you don't have phone customer service!? When you don't refund money owed to customer/s, this is theft!!

45 mins chat with Telstra to get sim activated. "our system shows we haven't sent you the sim yet".."I received the sim yesterday".. "I can't help you til our system shows we have sent the sim".."I have the sim". "I can't activate the sim because we haven't sent it to you yet."

@Telstra Is there an issue with the mobile network around Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Cherrybrook and Epping (NSW)? My phone had no signal at all both ways on the metro this morning and afternoon.

@Telstra It’s not my equipment (power off/on done) - leds indicate that it is at the exchange. Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

@Telstra They have been chucking me around different case managers for months and no one is giving me answers there because they are all saying even in store the issue is complicated but I believe it isn’t because the issue came from @Telstra and the issue has had knock on effects.

@Telstra tried to access something on the Telstra web site. Says it has to send me a one-time pin. Code doesn't arrive. Click re-send. Nothing. Click resend until it says it can't resend any more. My Telstra app says "scheduled maintenance". related problem?
