    @Telstra so after two and a half weeks the telstra prepaid i am trying to change ownership of is still in my name. I've been told trust us but I'm not sure i can. The gold level chat told me to fix it at my end and gave my the domestic violence no to call. Horrible service

    @Telstra I have 2 question’s, why are you people at Telstra so incompetent? Also how do your customer service workers sleep at night knowing they just hand balled over 50% of their calls because they don’t know what they are doing?? Some advice.. go work at maccas you useless humans.
