@Telstra Thanks, but it seems no agents can act on my accounts without me visiting a store. So, to get a refund, I have to go to a store, during a lockdown. I’ve filed a complaint.

Hi @Telstra. I cancelled an arranged tech visit via sms and chat. My service is now ok. I received another sms for a tech visit on 5/6. I cancelled that too. I have received a third sms for a tech visit on 5/6. Can you please cancel. I don’t need a tech. Thanks.

@Telstra I would like Telstra to fix the issue. Been down for 3 Days now and keep getting told the "Lockdown is preventing the issue being fixed" No one can tell me what the actual issue is. This is a Premium business service the SLA means nothing. How do I apply for compensation ?

@Fasffy Boost Mobile (telstra network) - look at the annual plans, they work out far cheaper.

@Fasffy Depending on your usage (data and calls), you can get 365 day pre-paid plans that end up being like...$12 a month? On the Telstra network too, so it's pretty reliable. Woolies (of all places) has a deal like this. But again it's dependent on your usage.

@Fasffy Anything that uses Telstra's network, boost is prepaid and does. Also if you have an ABN, don't forget to look at business plans. They work out pretty well

@Telstra I have not had the Drama pack since Christmas and noted last month that I had been charged for this so contacted Telstra. After an hour on chat, they refunded the amounts in credit and told me the issue was fixed
