    @Telstra As an update, we’ve had no help in the last 4 days. Telstra got billing address wrong, messed up and disconnected NBN connection to the premises, can’t find account info, and we’re churning through mobile data trying to run a business tethered! Moving mobiles and nbn to iiNet

    @dannolan @treefortrichard You can? From whom? Telstra’s is 1TB (admittedly, never gonna hit that) and $85/mo. Optus has unlimited at $89/mo. Am I missing a trick here?

    @Telstra twice we’ve requested to cancel an account, twice you’ve told us it’s been done and yet you continue to charge. When will you cancel and give our money back??

    @NBN_Australia is it really hard to get your services installed at a nationwide Australian company where you’ve had @Telstra and @Optus fail miserably to find the address…

    @RHIIINOO_TV @Telstra @launtel I'm seeing some people with iinet. I couldn't stream past 5pm on iinet. Bitrate would drop to <1000 and usually sit at 0-100. Was paying $100+ a month for their max plan but they didn't have the bandwidth to support the night time traffic. Left them for Launtel.

    @RHIIINOO_TV @Telstra @launtel. They're Aus wide these days and honestly the only company I've never had an issue with. Ample heads up for down time if works taking place and when I had severe NBN issues, they were onto it every day for over a month until it was fixed. Best ISP I've ever used.

    @PopBase In Australia they’ve made Telstra payphones completely free, so people can call who they need to - family, friends, a cab, etc. I can’t help but feel they’ve missed an opportunity to do a good deed and help people stay connected
