    Almost one month without wifi & @Telstra managers can't be bothered to call to sort it out. I've lived in 3 other countries & @Telstra is - by far - the worst internet provider I've dealt with. Just one issue after another, with resolution always absurdly slow. Time to leave.

    @AlopeRuby Belong is pretty good as an option, I've been paying $15 a month for 5gb of data with unlimited rollover (I have 35gb left bc of that atm), runs off the telstra network so my reception has been pretty solid, currently in melb for a trip too lol

    Does anyone have any problems with @Telstra email issues or only me? It has been 3 weeks now and they kept telling me other users having the problem of kept loading & time out? This is ridiculous!

    @Telstra Greg, Telstra doesn't seem to appreciate the significance of customers not being able to access emails for 5 days. Can Telstra please issue a media statement to inform the public.

    @FELICITY59 @Telstra I confirmed again today over the phone and requested that they post something on their website to stop people from calling their local technicians and incurring fees for a problem they have in their systems.
