    @AlanBaxter I’m with Boost prepaid (they’re on the Telstra network) and I have no complaints; the service is great and there are loads of different recharge options.

That went against expert advice & betrayed the nation.

    @Telstra I tried the DM route with you. But there is no solution. Telstra’s infrastructure is deficient. So I have to take time off work whilst we all pray things get fixed.

    So, @Optus put up my phone bill because 'inflation', but has done nothing about my complaint about having no coverage many times over the past 4 months. I guess it's back to @Telstra for me, but I don't hold out much hope it will be better. Duopolies suck.

    @Telstra @RiceRocca That tracker isn’t representative of what’s going on. Telstra Tech support themselves said Doncaster Vic alone has 9 towers down, yet the tracker says no interruptions. Kwinana WA, we were told massive outage, yet website says none. Many of our sites still offline.

    Hi Telstra, Right now, from 8 am I am trying to contact you and it’s impossible. The reason being,to query a bill I should never have received, when I’ve already paid the FINAL payment to you. What sort of a company are you, trying to rip me off of something I don’t owe you?😡😡

    @Telstra No. I can’t get to a store. It may surprise Telstra that people can’t drop everything & rescheduled their lives simply to change password .Your convoluted process is grossly inefficient and inadequate . 2 tech savvy friends tried unsuccessfully to help
