    @abcnews Good luck. I have been tried to cancel my Telstra service - because Telstra unable to provide Internet service - since Nov 2021. Telstra hasn't completed the task!

    @abcnews best of luck using Telstra their service is shocking. Was getting 6MBPS from their ADSL broadband internet for years whilst being charged for Adsl2 hopeless!!

    @Telstra I was recently at Telstra Shop trying to repair the damage you have done to my mother’s account. ( This is very true ! ) As a keen listener ( and a shareholder to boot ) I was very taken aback with the rhetoric that was spoken. The unspoken message was quite telling. 1/2

    @Telstra we have been on the phone with telstra support many times and first they said the problem was the modem but the new modem has not fixed the problem, i have missed out on 2 work weeks online due to network issues because of this it has now been ongoing for 2 weeks

    I reckon 90% of the time, message I send on my phone, aren't received to who I send it to. My service also seems to be getting worse with @Optus. Still locked in for about 9 months. Will certainly be looking at @Telstra or @VodafoneAU next.

    @Telstra I just spent another 59 mins on with your tech support. Very frustrating. When I asked to speak to the sales team (as tech is saying what I bought is impossible) he said they were refusing to take my call - 20 years a Telstra customer "Gold Plus" - I've DM you my mobile again
