    @easleysgirl Oh, yes, Telstra said I should pay more money to install an aerial. I told them that wasn't part of the deal when they promised the download speeds. I will not be paying for anything more. It's extortion and probably won't help anyway.

  • FitzalanOscar 𝕆𝕤𝕔𝕒𝕣 𝔽𝕚𝕥𝕫𝕒𝕝𝕒𝕟 (@FitzalanOscar) reported

    @RoadknightThe 2 ~ 40Mbps is an outrageous claim anyway, there is way too much leeway. Absolutely pathetic. #Telstra is garbage

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

    @Telstra 2. The matter is with the TIO. I will also make a false advertising complaint with the ACCC and take a class action on behalf of all Geelong residents. /3

    @padubyatee @PRGuy17 @lynlinking Don’t forget that **** family also owns 39%+ of Telstra too…

  • markus_misins Markus Misins (@markus_misins) reported

    @Telstra I am having trouble with getting my Telstra Tv remote setup with my TV. The Telstra TV remote allows me to mute the TV but not controlling TV volume.

  • maryran92978455 Mervi R (@maryran92978455) reported

    @davidkersten We in the bush, a mere 4 kms from the town centre, got the pathetic fixed wireless version of NBN, despite fibre optic cables, both Optus and Telstra, running past the properties. We refused to connect to the slow NBN and kept our copper ADSL. Townsfolk got fibre to premises.

    @mikeygemmell @PRGuy17 Long time ago now Telstra confirmed I was getting 70 drop outs an hour!! There were some improvements to the network but in the end only cable solved the problem.

  • iPilko Ian recovering from 6mths in Hospital (@iPilko) reported

    Rolled into the @Telstra store in @rundlemall can’t help me for an hour because appointments are booked in yet not here. Sure, I’ll take my business elsewhere and sell our shares too. What happened to entering a retail store… “Hi, how can I help?” #NotHappyJan

  • shanon_p Shan (@shanon_p) reported

    @Telstra Would have been a lot easier just to reply to me publically telling me to use the useless and incompetent messaging system as opposed to taking it private. As I have attempted contact, I’ll now go to the TIO. This seems to be the only way to get you folks seem to fix things.

    @CelerySorbet @SOS149 Yep better call Telstra 5g tech support you’re glitching! :)
