    @BelongAU I’ve tried Twitter, the app, Telstra chat, Facebook, I don’t see that belong is even a service at all . I’ve also emailed . The worst provider I’ve ever known.

    @Telstra service is absolutely appalling. They should be ashamed. My business has not been able to receive any emails for over 5 days. I’ve spent 4 hours today on the phone to Telstra reps (all overseas)...still with no result or genuine care given by them.

    @Telstra It's been an awful duty to inform you guys that what Telstra is doing with customers. Suddenly, I got a panic attack; BP raised so fast that I was about to unconscious. I was on call for more than 1 hour with Telstra about a phone bill 919$ for calls

    @Telstra Trying to activate my new cable internet, doesn't work, cannot contact the cable team it always says "unble to take call" everyone I speak to at support tells me either to wait 2 weeks or call that number. Just going around in circles currently

    @PalNavtej Telstra is so annoying..don’t care about their customers..even small companies listen to problems and sort it very nicely.But Telstra is horrible..don’t go with Telstra.
