    Did a speed test at work between my coworkers @Telstra 5G and my @Optus 4G Telstra 5G = 17Mbps Optus 4G = 139Mbps You telling me this **** gonna give me radiation poisoning AND trash speeds? I’m good

    Who else is quite serious about the change to Optus over Telstra? Firstly there service is crap, now non existent. Luckily I personally don’t have a 16 year old at boarding school that I couldn’t contact. Pathetic

    @Telstra_news I might just head into my local Telstra store to call the complaints department, let all your potential customers know what kind of bullshit you have to go through, just to get an issue resolved.

    @Telstra Thanks - went back and forth for days without resolution (having tried in-app messaging, calling etc). I cancelled the order on the advice of the local Telstra shop. To be fair he told me to cancel it then sign up again with him instead so he could sort it out 😐
