@Telstra You are the epitome of bad service. Consistently unreliable broadband service. I am endlessly pinged around India, and if the call is not disconnected- and they never ring back, it is just endlessly the same, ineffective troubleshooting. Then the cycle repeats…

@j_laurenceson This isn’t correct at all. For Telstra it must be a commercial decisions. For “Australian tax payers” the only appropriate measure is national interest. Commerce is at most a second-order issue.

@Telstra I also love the fact that I don’t have a working phone service, yet you’re going to get someone to contact me…wait for it …by phone. 😭*slow clap*

  • helenperris Helen Perris (@helenperris) reported

@Telstra Trying to sort an issue with my account. 35 minutes on the phone and after telling me to go into a Telstra shop in lockdown, they hung up when I asked to be put through to someone who could help.

Thanks for consistently bad service and ****** customer service over the years, Telstra. I can’t wait to be rid of you.

@JohnHer49389874 @NBN_Australia @Telstra Just watch the billing they will present, they will bill for cables and stuff that is Telstra responsibility to have an active service, connected, let me know

I'm sick of @Telstra's garbage reception for my live streaming (so much for being the best network). Vodafone has better in most areas where Telstra used to be good. Any suggestions on plans that can give me up to 10MBps speeds & ~200GB data a month? @Optus? Felix? Amaysim?
