    @ricsip82 @danieldibswe @Enno_Insinuator Except that it is theoretical as there are many networks, peering agreements, etc. which means that what the DNS thinks is "close enough" might have a terrible path (e.g. PCCW - Telstra a while back). Asian peering is substantially worse in practice than European and NTP suffers

    @Telstra We’d probably have a pretty strong case if we were to make a fair trade complaint. We are paying for a service that doesn’t work and Telstra have expressed no intention of fixing it

    @Telstra NBN connection through Telstra (when it actually works), but I can’t tell you anything about the get help tab as I don’t have a my Telstra account (it’s my mum’s service, but this lunacy is affecting everyone in the house equally)

    australian twitter does anyone have a preferred mobile phone provider? - i rarely make calls, just occasional text for security purposes, so don’t need tons of data - desperate for a provider where i can speak to a human if there is a problem (so NOT optus telstra etc) tyia

    @Telstra I'm overseas in the UK and my prepaid SIM is not working what do I need to do as it is required for banking and other SIM verifications
