@Telstra We received notification too late, weren’t able to access emails & our mobiles were dead & landline not working properly. My wife tried calling and messaging service but was in a long waiting line, and I drove to town where I then had to wait for 2 hours at local shop.

When your internet drops 7 times a day. Can't even work from home in a pandemic because the connect is not stable, can't stream or watch movies nor even play games. Logged a job 21 days ago with no updates, 3 techs where meant to come out but they never came... Gg @Telstra

@NBN_Australia Why can't you offer me speeds comparable to the Telstra BIGOND Cable that you are dismantling? I regularly got OVER 130Mbps on BIGPOND Cable. NBN STRUGGLES to even get NEAR the 100Mbps mark.... Never seen it actually make 100Mbps..
