@missrobinson @Telstra I left years ago after putting up with that for 12 months. I’d get no data at all in the entire airport tunnel or at circular quay and some spots in the CBD, despite full signal.

@Telstra That’s ridiculous. You don’t need my authority to chase up a problem affecting thousands of customers. This is just the sort of treatment that annoys people. But here’s a hint. Talk to your “chief customer advocate” who has also been informed.

@Telstra Please don’t offend me. Of course I have. Just take the trouble to look further into this case. It’s not about outages. It’s about a lack of provisioning at the towers, as your Level 2 experts have previously determined.
