Telstra really does some **** ads. Mainstream Australians won't connect with a good looking, well educated guy who plays the piano. Consumers must see an element of themselves in ads or they will not buy them period. I have too much experience in this field to not know this

@Optus Thanks Quade, see previous tweet. Can’t get to the troubleshooting link due to lack of reception. Same problem with Telstra. Newspaper article says Optus was putting up a tower in Charlestown. That was my original question, but it’s been lost in this conversation.

anyway why ******** does Telstra have such shitty reception along the mid north coast of NSW it really does suck. not actually sure what it’ll be like at this place bc I haven’t been there before but further north at my usual holiday spot it’s BAD
