@Telstra I have a new modem coming But no not connected for a week after that subsisting on 4g the meantime in a black hole for 4g. The new service was requested 6 weeks ago. Trying to find some one in your service team who actually knows what to do is well an absolute lucky dip.

Hey @Telstra, had a terrible support experience today. Mobile reception in my inner city house is bad (-115dB RSSI on two devices). Website says I should report this. Support insisted on doing irrelevant troubleshooting and wouldn’t listen. How can I get this looked at?

@Telstra I wouldn’t mind the pointless troubleshooting (exact same signal strength across two Telstra devices/services) if it didn’t take 5+ minutes for them to respond to any message. As a premium brand, it’s not good enough to have the team servicing tens of chats simultaneously

Oh joy. @Telstra tells me to go to My Telstra which will solve all problems. Yeah, nah. Telstra-fail again. Dropped out 3 times, so I had to re-identify myself & re-explain myself each time. Not good. Off to complaints now. To their credit, I am now getting a bill at least.

Hey @Telstra - chat response inside the MyTelstra app tells me I can't make advance payments against my AutoPay account, yet the app indicates I can. Frankly, your forced (I was given no option) AutoPay crap is about to lose you a long-term customer.
