I cannot make calls or receive data since. Telstra support says it's their issue. I have had no service since. Please help me! I'm desperate.

Along the way in the last couple of weeks, I found Telstra has the following departments Disconnection, Sales, Provisioning, Technical support, etc. etc.

Prof Felice Jacka (@FeliceJacka) reported@Telstra No, they just checked our service and said it was 'unstable'. They said they'd apply some sort of fix, although that might slow the service down. Said it might take 24 hours. Definitely hasn't improved yet!
