@jo_noCSG @andrew_thaler @Telstra When the contractor installed our landline, the connection pits were put below original ground level. Everytime it rained, we would get faults. Took years to find and fix properly. Mobile service is crap, have to keep landline for medical.

@Telstra could you be anymore incompetent! My poor 84yr old mum new mobile in Nov. M1, T cancelled acc in error, needed a new number a week without it. M2-DD failed,acc blocked as they'd typed wrong bank deets. M3 same issue store can't fix need to raise complaint. Can't fix 😤😡

@rhythbuster I've been on hold with Optus for over 90 minutes and I think their tech support finishes at 8. The outage is reported on NBN's and Telstra's sites but not on Optus' and I can't get an ETA for a fix. How long was yours out?

The last 3 streams I had at least more 70 viewers only for crappy Australian internet to **** the bed. At least we got to share those raids to @TheLyrical___ and @rubie_jay. Telstra you guys own me big time!!!

@RayMondeDeux I'm looking for a small rural museum where the current set ups all leveraged off existing Telstra infrastructure is at capacity and needs to support up to 100 users on wifi points... Were you able to deal with or discuss needs with sales agent?
