@Telstra Australian businesses say they want support. Been a customer >25yrs. You discontinue my mobile plan, offer me a new plan with no 5G & higher cost. Default from your chat staff & store staff ‘if you don’t like it, go to another company’. Is that really best you can do?

@Telstra See .. this is my problem. I ask for 5gig and am offered 55gig. I spoke to a very nice young man but my problem wasn't solved. Does @telstra not have another option? Don't need ++gig, just about 5gig. Why is it so hard for you to offer me what I want, not what you choose?
