@Telstra Can you please check on the status of The network for Belmont 3216. Yet again, last couple of days have been VERY SLOW for both mobile data and wifi. Feels like back to living in the 80s with dial up connection.

@Telstra It’s @Telstra , where customer service is an oxymoron. No reference has been provided. No assistance. They claim I haven’t had a connection, so I want the thousands of dollars I’ve paid to @Telstra back because I’ve paid for a service I didn’t receive and Am not.

@acccgovau Another slap is needed to @Telstra . This company has been increasing costs without informing us, forcing us how to pay, no customer service. The ombudsman not helping much. It's time to put Telstra in it's place. We are getting no help at all and they will not fix any problems.

@LeeMayn90990346 @Richard27114940 @andy_penn We were told by Telstra that if we wanted to speak to someone over the phone we had to put in a complaint, then within 5 business days someone would call us. They called, and basically lied to us. Now we have to put in another complaint.
