Now past 2.5Hrs on the phone to #Telstra... WAITING to get our phones reconnected!! FFS they find it easy enough to disconnect! It seems our last (of 5) people has gone to lunch, left us on hold!! Can't settle a dispute, can disconnect a phone service, then send you to #India!

  • Chris_E_Qld_Au Chris Eastaughffe (@Chris_E_Qld_Au) reported

@Cruzyfarmer Yep, my frustration level is up there. I thought #Telstra stopped offshoring jobs years ago... obviously I was wrong. Profits before service, the big business motto.

  • BaBaBarr HoJu (@BaBaBarr) reported

@Telstra Does this also include mobile coverage as I'm having trouble connecting with family in areas with damage. They are getting delayed messages and I'm getting missed call notification without any calls coming through

  • connor_daren 💧Daren Connor 🇦🇺 (@connor_daren) reported

@Telstra who is SIEBEL? Why are they forcing @Telstra customers into direct debit to pay their bills? What happened to customer service? Do customers mean nothing to you lot now?

  • emmatarkus emma smith (@emmatarkus) reported

@Telstra I want to make a complaint, but while using the form I could not stay under the 1000 word limit. I initially tried using the app message service with no result. Is there an email address I can send this to?

  • FionaMcDonald13 Fiona McDonald (@FionaMcDonald13) reported

@Telstra your ‘Gold Member’ support on the Telstra App is beyond terrible. I have been trying to get our 3 family mobile services sorted for 3 days. What sort of support service asks if my mobile has dial tone? They also suggested I reset my modem to fix my mobile phones. 🤬

  • Chris_E_Qld_Au Chris Eastaughffe (@Chris_E_Qld_Au) reported

And at 2.33 Hrs our connection to #Telstra #India (the service people for the big "#Australian" telecommunications provider, who exports jobs overseas) was lost>> and our phones are STILL disconnected! Remember when you actually got service, from "our" telephone company.

  • ShaneBryan_IT Shane Bryan 🍩 (@ShaneBryan_IT) reported

I remember @telstra spouting off about how 5G would make the NBN redundant. Well so far today, with no NBN available the Telstra network has been so congested it’s barely worked at all 🙄

  • royalT02295499 royal_T (@royalT02295499) reported

@Telstra @Telstra hurry up my internet been slow the whole week and I can’t load anything and when I called they said it’s a power tower

  • curmz26 Josh (@curmz26) reported

@captincool @Telstra They are pathetic. Ridiculously overpriced for service and customer service that is as good as the Australian government. Full of false promises. And they claim to be the best telecommunications company
