@Optus any eta on a fix for @FF_XIV_EN still not working for ANZ players? Everything from the launcher to the mogstation itself are inaccessible... and yet I can access both by hotspotting on my telstra prepaid mobile.

@ACICgovau Do you deal with issues such as this - a Telstra employee adding a strangers credit card to my account resulting in suspension of all services/damaged credit rating due to the stranger doing a credit card reversal? They are dragging their feet on how this happened.

@Telstra Shame on you people. Telstra said our internet will be restored on the 16th but it was a lie then Telstra said on the 22nd and not it’s 22nd and again Telstra was lying, such a horrible company with no humanity at all.

@Telstra someone from you have been calling me for what I’m assuming is about my tio complaint but as have told your staff many times I can’t do calls. So can you by any change tell whoever it is to email me like they been asked many times
