Ugh the Telstra business support line told me I need to go to a Business Centre, the guy at the centre didn’t seem to understand my problem, I’ve gotten nowhere in 3 days and I’m frustrated 🙃

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU That's why I swapped to Telstra. Their coverage is horrible!

  • CluTch_DuTch87 CluTchDutch (@CluTch_DuTch87) reported

@Telstra Not yet, would rather not go through the many hour process of, restarting routers disconnecting devices, changing cabling, DNS servers etc. which I already have done, only to wind up to the same conclusion that the issue is actually from Telstra’s end.

  • Mitch_it333 Mitch (@Mitch_it333) reported

@GreatCovidPanic @catedempsey But they also stole and sold Telstra, Optus and Vodafone Customer data in 2016. They're still doing it to this day. Are you ok with your Personal ID being sold? They'll know your address, Bank account and passwords. Still ok?

  • BellRae Belinda (@BellRae) reported

@Telstra You’re missing the point - a contract normally means you lock in terms unless both parties agree to change it. But I bet there there is fine print leaving the customer with zero rights…

  • damegus Damegus (@damegus) reported

@Bazthebemused @Ballyurra Yeeep. And telstra fought tooth and nail to avoid replacing the copper. Unless you had absolutely ZERO connectivity they wouldn't foot the bill to fix it. When the LNP offered to buy the network back off them it they must have all burst into song and dance.

  • KatedaCosta1 Kate da Costa (@KatedaCosta1) reported

@Telstra That's my point Angela, when I popped over to the outages map it says there's no outage, so I'm trying to report one. Because the phone line is dead. Seems like an outage. Don't try to send a text to the mobile nr for the landline to confirm, there's no mobile reception there.

  • KatedaCosta1 Kate da Costa (@KatedaCosta1) reported

My God, it's as if @Telstra don't want people to report phone outages. I have no landline. I check Telstra outages site which says, No Outages. I cannot find a way to ring them from my mobile, having driven down the road to get a signal, to tell them there is an outage.

  • deandavidgray dean (@deandavidgray) reported

Wow @Telstra staff in store are too busy to help get new business - got told to come back another day.

  • JohnGlynn1986 John Glynn (@JohnGlynn1986) reported

@Telstra I received a SIM yesterday for a new upfront mobile plan but it's not working! I can't activate it because it doesn't show in My Telstra app. Phone says SIM Not Provisioned. Help.
