    @Telstra Happens on log in, and clicking on mobile service does not resolve it. Happening in mobile app and in browser.

    @Telstra Actually after waiting for 20~mins it started working. So I guess it takes a while :) Just to clarify though, we can only have one active NBN service at any time correct?

    @Telstra Why would I chat to the faults team? I've reported your service being awful in this area on multiple occasions since it was made available there almost a decade ago – but your mobiles team have chosen to do nothing about it. Ask them why they don't solve the problem.
