    @Telstra Telstra seems organised into silos that are not allowed to talk with each other nor to NBN. One person told me there was additional information but he could not access it because he was not senior enough. (It's a broken cable!). A more senior person wasn't available & didn't call

    And yet again my net is down ffs, Telstra get ur shot together and fix the problem!! NBN works sent till Tuesday 12-6am ahh @Telstra all dam week my NBN and home phone has been down, not impressed

    @nocsg @newscomauHQ Our internet was very good up until a Telstra "upgrade" in February but that's a Telstra issue not a government one.

    @NBN_Australia I can however give you a general outline of the issues. The copper network is so degraded it fails frequently. Communication between Telstra and NBN apart from opening job numbers seems non-existent. Telstra has been unable to provide any repair timing information from NBN.

    @FixBushInternet @NBN_Australia Thanks I'll pass it on, looking at them they're already cheaper at a glance, and can't be worse service. Even Telstra picks up quicker.
