Sorry, I had to stop the livestream - the @Telstra @NBN_Australia connection is too rough. It switches between LTE and DSL every few minutes, some kind of management server handshake issues - hopefully will be fixed later this week. xxxx #livestream

@Telstra I had to submit 3 separate faults, because your customer service team keep saying they were resolved. At the end of many hours of my time. They have organised a technician, which is what I asked for 3 days ago

@Telstra I have not been a customer for over 6 months and you continue to direct debit me $100 every month. Do you answer the phones yet. Hours on chat. Promises to refund and fix direct debit and still you direct debit me each month
