@telstra customer service is consistently useless and eats up hours of my day with farcical nonsense. #smallbusiness Call back? Yes. Back into queue then hung up on. Website info? Not up to date or wrong. Representative on phone? ‘Please go to store.’ Store? ‘Go online.’ 🤮🤮

  • kdunemann_ Karen Dunemann (@kdunemann_) reported

@Telstra are you having issues with your app and mobile? No Telstra mobile internet and the app isn’t working on my wifi either

  • anuddafatguy anuddafatguy - will dm dad jokes on request (@anuddafatguy) reported

@Telstra NO YOU DON'T!!! ALL LEAD TO YOUR HORRIBLE APP!!! I used to be able to click on a link outside the app, enter my credit card deets, and be done. Cannot do that anymore. You made it hard. I want a phone number that goes to a human (not an automated response) in my DM to fix

@Telstra I can not sign into mytelstra as it keeps saying session expired and the messaging through the app is not working. Great tech at work. You charge premium $ for no service. I think Aussie broadband might be getting a new customer.

  • anuddafatguy anuddafatguy - will dm dad jokes on request (@anuddafatguy) reported

@Telstra I am NOT giving you access to my banking details for direct debit. Never never never - unless you give me a sizable discount for the right for you to access my data And I want to pay with my credit card and your BPay does not work with any credit card. WHY HAVE YOU MADE IT HARD

  • gpselfie11 gpselfie (@gpselfie11) reported

@Telstra @KyleRutten Hey Quinn. I spoke to you on DMs just before. Do you think it's a coincidence that numerous people are having the same problem? Why don't you get your technicians out and fix whatever is wrong.

  • bobbaldwinmp The Hon. Bob Baldwin (@bobbaldwinmp) reported from Maitland, State of New South Wales

Went to upgrade my iphone today. @telstra want my CC details for automatic deductions each month. (Never been late with monthly payment yet) With all the current cyber security issues I cannot agree with giving approval to a potential target company to make auto deductions

@Bergermeister23 Go with the Big 2 Telstra or Optus/ I have been with Optus since they put up their own cables/ never had a problem.Have heard heaps of stories about poor coverage from the smaller company’s.
