I got my second covid vaccination today and I'm extremely pissed off. It turns out Optus and Telstra don't even service my suburb with 5G. What was the point!?

  • baoyusi Claire AC 💉💉🥉🏅🥇🥈 包玉思 (@baoyusi) reported

@beer_nun @Telstra Telstra sent a debt collector to me for a bill of $0.00. I kid you not. Debt collector said it wasn't uncommon. Never went back to Telstra. Never again.

@baoyusi @beer_nun @Telstra Aldi mobile. They use the best network...Telstra. But, you don't have the hassle of dealing with idiots...and at a fraction of the cost.

@Telstra STOP TWEETING AND FIX MY INTERNET PLEASE THANK YOU

  • Serendipidude Kallipygos (@Serendipidude) reported

@jriewolod @Telstra Happened to me years ago, had phone put on and handset charge included even though no one attended the house and we’d never had a telstra handset. It was a standard rip-off that telstra knew they’d get away with, like your poor mum. Removed when I complained, no refund!

  • anthonyspiteri Anthony Spiteri (@anthonyspiteri) reported

@ShaunMcLagan @Telstra I just went through 8 weeks to network unlock a phone I bought for Tom… went through 5 seperate 7-10 business day periods to get the job done… which they advertise as and charge for as a service.

@Telstra Help should have been given yesterday

  • ads086 Adam K (@ads086) reported

@NBN_Australia Adequate is an interesting description for that network. Telstra sold it to Opticomm, and they’ve decided it needs significant upgrades before they’ll sign any new customers up. Not what I’d describe as adequate. Just a bad situation I guess.
