@Telstra who is SIEBEL? Why are they forcing @Telstra customers into direct debit to pay their bills? What happened to customer service? Do customers mean nothing to you lot now?

  • FionaMcDonald13 Fiona McDonald (@FionaMcDonald13) reported

@Telstra your ‘Gold Member’ support on the Telstra App is beyond terrible. I have been trying to get our 3 family mobile services sorted for 3 days. What sort of support service asks if my mobile has dial tone? They also suggested I reset my modem to fix my mobile phones. 🤬

  • genleyai lisa marquette (@genleyai) reported

Question for the tech savvy - Telstra has mobile services down in due to power outages. Do they not have backup power on mobile infrastructure? Just curious

@M_McCormackMP please investigate what is worrying Rural and Regional ppl, TELSTRA for one, they are uncontactable and it is the only Telco with coverage in the bush. You cannot talk to a human, and the bots hang up on you. Post offices need help, do your job

  • mikolbin mikolbin (@mikolbin) reported

More than a week since I reported a mobile internet outage in #Michelago, and all I’ve heard is a voicemail message from @Telstra saying they’re looking into it. Nothing more.

  • aportsmouth Albert Portsmouth (@aportsmouth) reported

@Telstra I'm in Sydney and my internet is so slow! Is this related? If so, can we get an update please

  • curmz26 Josh (@curmz26) reported

@captincool @Telstra They are pathetic. Ridiculously overpriced for service and customer service that is as good as the Australian government. Full of false promises. And they claim to be the best telecommunications company

  • Chris_E_Qld_Au Chris Eastaughffe (@Chris_E_Qld_Au) reported

Holy .... #Telstra... so a network outage that should take 24/48 hours to fix, has now blown out to 7 days, according to your text message?? As far as I know the local exchange hasn't burnt down!

  • thill73 Tara Hill ❤️🤍🖤 (@thill73) reported

@Shaebee22 No power yet, the street does but the line on our property is down as a tree fell on it. Apparently they came out yesterday saw the Telstra line on the ground on the road but didn’t look up our driveway where the electrical line was laying. Another day of waiting!

  • hodgavic Steve Hodgson (@hodgavic) reported

So after being told to message Telstra to request a call back the AI then told me to ring them on their business number. Which then tells you to use the message app. Seriously, is there any actual people in customer service?
