@ixrwork @Optus Telstra's chat line is the same. Each person says 'I'll pass you on to xxx, who has your details, so you don't have to repeat yourself. xxx comes on line and asks all the same questions. 🙄 Whoever runs that outfit has no idea about service. I should come out of retirement.

  • ChristieQ95 Christie Quigley (@ChristieQ95) reported

@Telstra I am trying to cancel my contract from the UK. Can’t access the app, and no one has responded to my messages. Sim never worked so don’t have access to phone number. Been charged another month as we can’t cancel. Please help

  • ads086 Adam K (@ads086) reported

@tuppaware I find a lot of the legacy players (Qantas, Telstra for example) trade off the idea of being too old and too big to fail and the trust built up over the years, so they don’t run efficient businesses or try to win business.

  • TheRobusto Gus (@TheRobusto) reported

@michaelje @simondotau @PRGuy17 You don't have a choice, why would Telstra give you a $7 a month service for free? CGNAT is needed as they don't have enough IP addresses.

  • MansourShukoor Mansour Shukoor (@MansourShukoor) reported

@Telstra I have spoken to every single bot. Please can I have a response from an actual human being. Why is there no service in my suburb???? It's been since Monday!

  • BMHComic Thomas Benson (@BMHComic) reported

@PRGuy17 Quite off the subject, but, with this Telstra phone of yours, did you get those robo messages from idiot Clive during the election?

  • ColinTheMathmo Colin Wright (@ColinTheMathmo) reported

@jhammer @Telstra I've checked my email archive. I raised the issue with my ISP who emailed them within a few days, then I received a reply from my ISP two days later saying the block had been cleared. I suspect you need to bump it up to your ISP ... hope that helps ... good luck!

  • ciedema Craig Iedema (@ciedema) reported

@simondotau @purlenko @OzraeliAvi Had Telstra rolled their V6 network to mobile devices in 2020? If Twitter has a V6 address recorded, they might be able to trace it to a particular subscriber.

  • jonorossi Jonathon Rossi (@jonorossi) reported

@Telstra You trusted your tech team too much. Still getting a "400 Bad request" so can't pay this month's bill.

  • LukeCar13907972 Luke Carter (@LukeCar13907972) reported

@innocent_abroad @mal2153 @MikeCarlton01 Everyone needs to know 2 things, Vodaphone (3) built a large portion of the Telstra network and Optus built the cable connections too US and the optic fibre connect on the east coast. So privatisation worked for us in telecom!
