@SirBAntMQ @Judith54Nunn Agree I’ve used the Ombudsman card ; works a treat. Helps if you can cite to Telstra your records of complaint calls as well, dates times etc. Fixed real fast.

@s_duvvuri @Telstra Yes I hear you. Well done India! Only recently had landline disconnected after forty + years as it wasn't used & I trusted our mobile service. Now realise mobile service can be severely downgraded & that's out of my control. 😕

@TheProselytiser @SirBAntMQ @Judith54Nunn Yes. A couple of times when I was overseas (last time April 2019) I had an extortionate mobile bill. I was having no success re it being dealt with by Telstra and the suggestion I would contact the Ombudsman (showing I know the process involved) resulted in a speedy resolution.

@Telstra it's on my mobile. Has mostly not worked for last 24 hours, went down about same time as power went off. Others in area have had same problem. Still not working other than every now suddenly works for a few minutes

@GandWalter I was on hold to @Telstra the other day for hours without speaking to anyone - just music. I fall asleep it was after 10pm then it cut off. I’ve been trying to contact @Belong for over a month - trying to cancel nbn that never worked. It’s all a bit of a joke

@GandWalter @Telstra It’s completely farked. I was working as a rep when they brought it out. The training slide showed a customer with 2 phones getting 4 debits/month plus one for their internet. I got told I was being negative when I tried to point out that customers will hate it ?

@Telstra It said “service interrupted” yesterday for our area but now says “no confirmed interruptions” even though everyone still has no fibre connection and 4G is almost unusable.
