@Soheli8 @Telstra Thanks, Janet. The chap on the phone suggested I fill out the Priority Customer form, but it has to be signed by his doctor in Qld, and witnessed by a JP here in Sydney. So that will be my job tomorrow. x

@wonderwebby @valeriekhoo @Telstra That Telstra Penrith is not Telstra. I assumed franchise. Customer Service said I could get a router replacement there. But they refused. It didn’t have any other Branding just Telstra.

@TraceySpicer @Telstra Absolutely. A little while ago they tricked my 90+ year old grandma away from her $10 plan and onto some expensive crap she possibly use. Disgraceful targeted upselling. #FinancialElderAbuse

@TraceySpicer @Telstra either way, @Telstra, we are still in a pandemic, there are still many who have income interrupted who need to be able to contact support, both personal and governmental. An unpaid bill should not be the reason someone can't contact a doctor right now. This needs your attention.

@Telstra @TraceySpicer Therein lies the problem. They cite privacy issues, if you're not the account holder or don't have living power of attorney, it's a waste of time. They. Will. Not. Help.
