    @stephen17859135 I got rid of mine years back because of all the spam calls I was getting. The amount of times I was called by "Telstra" about my account when I'm not, and never will be again, a customer of theirs. And I never used it to make calls anyway.

    Earlier this year I started a formal complaint process with Telstra which a couple of months ago was escalated to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. Telstra has again contacted me, basically asking me to re-state my entire complaint, multiple copies of which they have /2

    @Christineinhope Pay their contracts out and get rid of the lot. Bring back a real CES with people that actually have qualifications for the work they are doing.....I remember an APM consultant who came directly from working in a Telstra shop....wtf...!!!

    @bennyb082 No. My husband has the same problem. Telstra has admitted it is a 'known problematic area' and stated that it will not upgrade the tower to deliver the speeds it advertises.

    @RyanWil62993886 @Telstra They do, but it is now n the hands of the TIO, so the people here can't help. They have offered many times but then they have to leave it because of higher involvement.

    Like today, our internet at home is down due to a broken cable. Hotspot via my personal phone (Telstra) is slow and laggy (both 4G/5G). Hotspot via my work phone is a lot quicker (4G only).

    @Telstra @OnceWereRadical How are you stopping a call with a fake alias number making a call? Are the nodes/exchange’s validating the end to end call traffic? These two types of scams are automated and both give the scammers the signal that the target numbers are active.

    2. I repeated all of my complaints from previous correspondence. Back they come again saying they're now going to refer it to their 'technical department' for investigation. This was done months ago with Telstra saying it was 'a known poor reception area' and.../3
