@Telstra A further reply. The Telstra Platinum people suggested that the problem was with my modem, and a replacement is being sent to me. However, this afternoon (after about 36 hrs), my upload speed returned to normal. Were there any problems identified in the 3189 Moorabbin area?

@Telstra There is no outage this is the issue. @Telstra We’ve reported our reception issue the past four weeks and all we get told it’s any outage so the tech gets cancel and no one call me back and the outage is t reporting anywhere. Customer service should be your priority

@Kogan ordered, reordered, had my delivery returned twice due to an incorrect label and now have to wait again for the item to be dispatched. I get there are delays because of lockdown orders - but telstra can deliver the next day, is there a bigger issue here?#koganfail
