@SamsungMobile @SamsungAU my S20 ultra updated last night only to wake & find it in "safe mode" Can't do anything, won't reset, restart, NOTHING. Went to telstra to try fix it, they could NOT even factory reset it, lots of ppl affected. WTA!! #samsung

@Telstra ridiculous that 10 days after I reported an issue with your One Number service and 3 layers of terrible support, the best you can come up with is ‘there is a fault’. A quick internet search shows people have had the same issue since at least 2020! Can you fix this?

@Telstra Yes but I still have the WiFi problem regardless. They did nothing to try and fix that which was the reason I called in the first place.
