Hey geniuses @telstra why does an hour of begging and pleading to pay an overdue account only get escalated for resolution when I question if their performance score is affected by escalating, then finally I get an escalation. Very frustrating, very Telstra.

How bad is Optus? I thought Telstra in the early ‘90s were bad. This is next level of treat your customers like fools. Tried to cancel in early December. Still being charged and they say they don’t know if they can stop it.

It's been 2 weeks since we've had a scam call from the window's/telstra/eBay/amazon/accident/etc help desks. Guess the scammers are taking a good long Xmas break this year.

@BelongAU seriously, as a subsidiary of #Telstra how can your accounts be so complex? Been a 3 year mobile subscriber and tried to add internet and they cannot add my new service to my account and keep asking for new email IDs? Use my current account and payment details!

@Telstra I’ve been onto the help line after a ridiculous amount of time the service itself is appalling slow unreliable and useless the mobile drive is about the same
