There was a bug in the iPhone app for telstra but since today I got logged out of the app and I had to sign back in as it had a sign in message appear and told me in a message that across the website and app it can share info.

Don’t know what is going down with the Telstra App but it logged me out of the app as it told me to sign in again and now it’s stopped being slow and works better.

@Telstra I would expect a decent credit on my next bill. It’s basically been unusable for a week so I’m not paying for a service that hasn’t existed.

Organizations that fail at the above and also have no reliable communications channel for non-customers to report this issue (looking at you - previously - Uber, and today Telstra) graduate from bad to evil.

@Telstra I know they, been going on for days and no resolution in sight. Given work is tomorrow and from home on video calls, how about Telstra do the right thing and provide unlimited mobile data.

@43a6f0ce5dac4ea Actually it isn't in print at all, not in the privacy statement. I have read the whole damned thing. I found reference to Telstra keeping emails of Telstra employees for 7 years. However they made a boo boo & sent me 8+ yrs of my Deleted emails. Ombudsman was no help.

@Telstra Confusion over Telstra/Foxtel responsibility is an issue. When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Why is this all so unnecessarily complicated?
