    @Telstra I've been waiting for you to fix my connection for around a month. I've tried the phone, you hang up. I've tried the app chat, your reps say they will respond with a solution and simply never respond, a new rep then asks what the issue is. I'm tired of your BS service.

    @Telstra There is no point, Telstra have made it clear that they will not turn my parents internet back on. Even though it was mistakenly removed from my parents service by a Telstra consultant. Because may parents had adsl internet and they are in an nbn ready area. But their address

    @Mesportalt Yeah because I'm hella upset that I legit don't have net for 6 weeks, after just finding a solution to my problem with it cutting out, legit haven't had working net in forever because telstra is rard :(

    @adamcurkpatrick @Telstra @Optus I’ve had internet, fetch TV and mobile with them for a year and honestly not had a problem. Wifi amazing, fetch TV better than Foxtel (only downer no sky racing) and when I was out of work they knocked a heap off my bills for 3 months 👌

    @Telstra @XboxANZ So I have Xbox All Access. Thought the continued Game Pass Ult subscription was all set up but today I get an email from Microsoft saying it's about to expire on the 26th Dec. I do not want to be shut out of my GP subscription on Boxing Day. Help pls!

    @Telstra Easier fault reporting and listening to customers,I told them 15 times issue is at local telephone exchange in a rural area not at my residence. Refused to accept the fact , we are not dumbarse hillbillies.

    Stream will restart soon. Thanks again @Telstra for the most UNRELIABLE service. Seeing as they still cant resolve the issue of me being charged for a service I couldnt use for 3 weeks in 2019, this latest issue wont be fixed anytime soon aswell
