    @CaroV7 We're not able to print this for you sorry. I had a similiar issue and the Telstra shop I was delaing with printed the return label for me. I also suggest adding extra cover for the amount of the phone incase of loss or damage during transit. ~Luke

    @Telstra Are the NBN and Mobile Broadband speed issues in Portarlington, Vic? I can't get over 3mbps and our NBN modem is on mobile broadband instead of on the NBN

    @GongGasGirl @amaysim Aldi Mobile all the way! They use Telstra network, way easier to connect with and reasonably priced

    @pauldutton1968 @iiNet I hear you. They ended up sending out two technicians before the problem was fixed. The first one could only fix “inside” problems so they had to get another one from Telstra The best part was them telling me I didn’t need to be home for the 2nd call out. Silly me believed them

    @Telstra Still not fixed. Was told 24-48 hrs on Wednesday due to a jumper issue. Noting Christmas but this issue was identified over two weeks ago and not fixed then but incident closed. Only after again contacting was it reopened.

    @GongGasGirl @amaysim I got a 500 dollar voucher to sign up to Telstra for 60 a month for only 12 months. Out of pocket cost, 220 for 80GB a month, heavily discounted PS5. However the service isn't ideal if you need help. Luckily it's all fine now
