    @Telstra I’m referring to well after dealing the TIO, funny how today you can look up my history without verifying me. Recently I needed to do a 30 hr webchat of ‘turn it off and on’ to eventually be told it’s a known outage in the area. Shouldn’t I be reimbursed for your incompetence?

    @barkndogz @Telstra Absolutely killing me. Kids playing XBOX or PS4 and I’m trying to work and wifi says no internet connection. No communication from @Telstra until there’s a complaint. I bet I get turn it off and back on. Then need to set up Google home again PATHETIC

    Seriously @Telstra this internet is rubbish. Paying for premium and getting a second rate pathetic service. This is becoming a monthly problem. Unlimited…doesn’t feel like it

    @Telstra That connected me to a chatbot who may or may not have connected me to a human who may or may not be on the technical faults team and meanwhile I have no wifi network connection for work or pleasure unless irs something online that can be done on my mobile
