@Telstra Things haven't been sorted but it's my parents account not mine. We have had nuthin but issues and considering u guys just raised the price of the plan we r on. Very poor service.

@Telstra You have sent me the wrong phone and I am now paying a plan for a phone I do not have. Your complaints department keeps me on hold for hours and nobody wants to resolve this issue and it’s been over a week without a phone.

@ShiannonC @Telstra Now the scammers are hitting our landline number which is with @VocusComm and lets just say their voip service is so crap that it is not worth paying for, which is why we only use it to receive calls. Oh there tech support is so brain dead that they have not figured out

Julian Leeser keeps trashing Telstra re coverage problems. Might I suggest he call one J Howard and ask him why he privatised Telstra. Prior to privatisation Telstra had a social attitude to remote areas (not that Libs recognise social issues just profit). #auspol
