Is anyone else in the regions having difficulty with NBN responding to connectivity problems? Telstra seem to be doing their best to resolve the issue, but the NBN have now canceled a third tech visit to my premises? Are NBN staff still on strike?

Damn. Got a couple games that are patching tonight and what happens. My @telstra #nbn internet connection just drops out and just cycles trying to connect. Not happy. Hasn’t dropped out in months before tonight.

@Telstra your chat customer service inadvertently cancelled my Internet contract while speaking with them and are now claiming they are unable to fix the problem the created unless I take out a NEW and DIFFERENT service to one I had active just over 2hrs ago!!!!! WTF!!! SORT THIS

@Peter217945 That's true, last year I got many like that last year, even appearing exactly like my mobile number exact the last digit different. Many to be claiming my NBN was down when I said who is my provider they replied Telstra which it clearly wasn't.

@Telstra If you have access to conversations then you will see enquiry started 3/9/20 with question through your app. Followed by all other conversations with promises of responses in 24hrs which never happens. I have copies. Sorry Renee but I need engineers not PR question dodgers.

@Telstra Months of the only avenue to talk to you is via chat is pretty poor customer service. To me you are only avoiding the payout !
