@margmopp It was so frustrating dealing with Manilla all the time before you got transferred back to OZ. When you told customers you will have to call Telstra always told them it may take 3 to 4 hours get anywhere and maybe a week for a solution.

@Telstra any ideas as to to why my wifi currently says "authentication problem" I've never had this problem before. There doesn't seem to be any current outages to the Internet in my area and the modem light is green

@Telstra Telstra are extremely careless with personal data. Their screening is so poor that people can easily set up fraudulent accounts with Telstra - I've learnt this as a victim! In my case Telstra took 9 months to close it down, misusing my personal data, and facilitating a fraud.

@Telstra I've had enough horror experiences with Telstra to know how that's going to turn out. FYI when our power supply is interrupted for extended period, the service provider automatically calculates & refunds. No leg work for the customer. Unlike Telstra>who expect customer do legwork

@Telstra your customer service is woeful. Service request logged 23/01 for a 24 hour replacement phone, no follow up from you guys. I follow up today to be told that someone will call me in 3-5 Days from the complaints dept and nothing happening with replacing my phone. Goodbye!

@telstra terrible home internet all day after receiving msg from Telstra that NBN not working, but I would have 4G backup. I have priority assist. I have messaged & waited on hold with no response. If I can’t get help tomorrow 29Jan, then will have to ask Telecom Ombudsman 4 help

@andy_penn My sister’s bigpond email address has stopped working weeks ago. Her daughter spent 4 hours on the phone to Telstra on the weekend trying to get it sorted. Can you please suggest how she can actually get this fixed. She uses this email to receive various bills. Help.
