    @Telstra Nothing has been done still. Telstra does not care about their customers at all. $1.8 billion in profit and nothing to show for it. No value for money. Joke of a service provider.

    @Telstra Can’t even get the person from Telstra on the phone to get an update. They’re completely “unavailable”. I am unfortunately completely at the mercy of Telstra. I have no idea of when I can get a working service.

    @zerogeewhiz What about Boost Mobile? it uses the Telstra network, is cheaper and easier to recharge..
