    @Telstra nope. tests, resets, tests, reboots over and over with them always saying the only thing left is factory reset. never once an offer to replace what is clearly a corrupted, faulty box

    @Telstra ive had recording issues, channel issues, pause/rewind live tv issues, power going off randomly, black screen for no reason, freezing. ive had so many reboots, resets, signal tests, etc ... i ended up having to lose all recorded programs and did a factory reset last night

    Well movies extra for no extra cost for foxtel from Telstra for being a loyal customer. It would be great if they gave me a box that worked properly, though

    @Telstra @Telstra , still waiting for Telstra to Acknowledge my DM. Another note went to Telstra tech desk and they said they can't help with this. Suggested to try changing the sim. But still the issue is persistent. I am sick of running behind Telstra for 3 months.

    @Telstra The only problem with Telstra stuff if it is like my Telstra webmail it won't work, I have had to switch to Gmail.
