@RNBreakfast @AlboMP @TWUAus is it not time to review our two major icons of Australian service suppliers #Qantas #telstra and bring them back under some National control. Privatisation toxicity has left customer and national responsibility dormant They are essential services

@bratat22 Loads, 2 the point that Ive considered changing my #. I think whenever u put ur # down on a form other than a kind of official Govt form, companies sell ur info off eg competitions & the like.Telstra flags it as potential spam when it lights up my ph but still bloody annoying AF

@Telstra She just pays for the network, owns the phone outright. She doesn’t have Twitter, can she speak to someone on the phone? I’m with her now.

@bratat22 Apparently we are all having very bad Telstra internet service

  • rgalpin Rosalind Galpin (@rgalpin) reported

@Telstra Hi. Hope you can help. Elderly aunt is visiting UK from Australia. Phone has been stolen and is unlocked. Can anything be done to deactivate phone remotely? Unfortunately she is using a temporary UK PAYG SIM.

  • garethrhughes Gareth Hughes (@garethrhughes) reported

Day 2 of no working phone. I wish the Optus/Telstra apps would just show me the actual error message. Generic error messages are great if you can actually get meaningful support.

OK another new poxy trend - social media posts spruiking 'invitation only' events. Eg drones in the EU, @Telstra Vantage, and now a flood design workshop. Are we entering a new era of exclusivity, or just bad manners (telling people about parties they're not allowed to attend)?
