  So seroius question. Long term Telstra customer 20 plus years. Recently somehow our NBN was cancelled with no request from either authorised staff! The cancellation has disrupted approx 300 clients! Telstra keep shifting me from department to department 1/2

  @RoadknightThe Dealing with Qantas and Telstra is like a war of attrition, they rely on us giving up. Unfortunately for them you and I remember when companies survived on good service. If you had a problem you were put through to the manager, now they hide from their customers. Go get 'em RK!

  @Telstra @brad37964540 This is affecting me also on Sunshine Coast. All day. Same issue for my neighbours. If NBN got knocked out I'm guessing the fallback to 4G choked the system...

  @Magpie1954nBird Change provider. I had no end of issues when a Telstra customer twenty years ago. Got onto another (Optus iirc) to provide phone, fax and internet. After a certain number of breakdowns through them, Telstra as lessor became subject to penalties. Win, win.

  @LanaMurphy @Telstra Yes!! Phone calls cut out after 5 seconds. Happened two seperate occasions and after 5 calls each time we gave up and emailed each other.

  @tobyallen I've got a number on a prefix which is traditionally Telstra, but of course numbers can now change to any network. All the spam callers are coming from the same. I wonder how closely they're checking.

  @cjoye I find this so funny, Bitcoin is down roughly 40% for the year whilst Netflix, Shopify down 70%, Amazon, Telstra down 35%, Meta down 40% and Google down 25%. Anyone who has done any in depth research into Bitcoin knows it’s more than a viable alternative and isn’t going away
