I'll be honest. In Australia it's as simple as getting a 10 buck starter pack and activating a new number. That'll give you a month of pre paid service and on telstra, say, 3 to 6 gb of data. But whatever you go through wifi anyway.

@Telstra I powered the modem down for 10+ minutes yesterday and allowed it to reset. I will have to go through the online troubleshooting tool tomorrow to see if that picks anything up

@barefootbloke @Telstra They could do that if they put our bills up to pay the call centre workers, but then I fear we’d all be bitching and moaning? Lesser of two evils? (Plus, if you have issues, Tweet them, their social team are great) saves a call... 🙌🏼

@Telstra No-one A telecommunications company that can’t communicate, a messaging service to resolve problems that I have to keep repeating myself to. 24 hrs of repeating myself and no closer to resolving my issues!!! How can you be a telecommunications company!!!!

@Telstra Help. I can't make phone calls from my mobile. I can't receive phone calls from my mobile. There are no outages. I have reset my networks. This might become a life or death matter is emergency medical assistance is required. The automated assistance is not helpful.

@Telstra hi, just got a call from 0448574336 to say they were from Telstra internet support. I don’t have Telstra and when I said stop scamming people they hung up.

@Telstra I have had a new iPhone max plus add to my account not ordered by me no one at Telstra can help don’t have the phone also Telstra account was hacked changed billing address and email and mobile numbers so easy I can’t wait for the 1900$ bill and you can’t talk to anyone

@gtvone @barefootbloke @Telstra Rubbish! They don’t call and when they do they open new cases and assign numbers and then promise a call back in 24-48 hours which never eventuates. They are no longer competitive
