    @Telstra is there any outages in Adelaide metro area? I’ve had unresponsive internet all day and then when it does eventually load up it’s extremely slow speeds?

    @voltagex That is not an isolated incident, set up a new account, wifey has Telstra mobile, told them not to set in that account. Guess what now I cannot call about the connection as it is in her name with my details in there for rest of the stuff. Neither of us can verify we are we.....🙄

    @Telstra shocking service. Bought a prepaid SIM, activation confirmed but service isn’t working. Cant get any form of help (yes I have the app). Call centre closed on a Saturday apparently, can’t get an agent to msg with. Will switch to other carrier ASAP, have had enough!

    @andy_penn My account “did not” prevously require login to add Auspost Telstra Recharge voucher, do not change. I will document my findings ASAP. Be good.

    Got rid of Telstra and Foxtel and signed up with @TPG_Telecom and they have been awesome. Fixed the problem Telstra couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. Internet purring like a kitten. They have RANG ME 5 times to check how things are going and had an NBN tech out to my place within a week. 👍

    @Telstra Caulfield North 3161, the NBN has been really rocky service for days. Either isn't working, or is slow when it is. The 4G backup coverage is really bad at my place so it barely works when the NBN is down. No outages detected on your site. Can someone please look into it?

    @Telstra Yes. I have an iPhone. Thanks for the reply. I have phoned support before and didn’t get a straight answer. It’s not good when I have business messages that I’m receiving a day late!
