As a customer for 10 years and an ex Telstra employee you incorrectly put my account under credit management and now cancelled my iPhone order which I now can’t order for another 48 hours. Your staff is also unhelpful. Shameful!

Ben Roachie (@benroachie) reported@Telstra I have multiple tabs open because when you call 132000, say complaints and and say to no it being a fault, the IVR hangs up on you, and so to get customer service, you need to have 16 tabs open in hopes someone won’t palm you off (they all do, though).

The computer dials numbers at random and so on. You can't block it because it has never called before and bypasses the do not call register. Try calling Telstra, they cannot advise any real method to stop it.
