Telstra team raised a case to resolve the issue and I was given an ETA of 2 days. went to my on Saturday but was told that it can take four weeks. This is denial of service as I can’t even port out number to another provider. I am unable to process any financial transactions

I'd rather have a colonoscopy and a root canal, simultaneously, without sedation, than to have to navigate the @Telstra support website. They really do everything humanly possible to prevent you from contacting them.

@Telstra I have been told after a couple of hours trying to get assistance that the email server is down and it maybe a week or more before it’s fixed. Meanwhile I can no longer send or receive emails which will impact my work.

@Telstra leading me looses. I called telstra billing team about reparations and they mentioned telstra is not responsible for any looses even though it is due to denial of service. Appreciate if telstra team can confirm this? 5 day and counting of denial of service.

@Telstra It's just that I'm with Optus ATM, but I'm planning on going to Telstra next week. They will release me from my contract with them because they can not provide service. I've checked Telstra in my area is OK

@Telstra, I realise I’m wasn’t my time asking your social media team but are you aware of iMAP performance issues with Bigpond email? I’m seeing dozens of clients, in particular those using Outlook having massive delays. #Bigpond #iMAP #Telstra
