@Telstra Actiavting International roaming pack on Telstra prepaid is a nightmare. I am trying to activate from last two hours but had no luck. I never faced this issue on other carriers. Please help

@Aussie_BB @Optus @Telstra It's a shame that the mobile reception will take a massive nosedive then - especially in regional areas where Optus have half as many towers as Telstra. This was a bad decision in my opinion. I for one will no longer consider choosing a mobile service with you if it's Optus.

@ScepticalAussie @Telstra Yep. I once had a situation in dial up days, not a Telstra customer, but Telstra owned ALL the lines.. were splitting phone lines between houses (pair-gain) in brand new estate, making broadband impossible. Wouldn't take my call.. Not their customer!

@Aussie_BB I have been informed by someone that you have chosen to go with @Optus as your mobile carrier instead of @Telstra Please say this isn't so. Optus sucks where we are so Telstra is the only option. You'll lose customer's because of this decision.

@Telstra @TelcoOmbudsman Telstra, I am a disabled person with proof I have adhered to a payment arrangement to access my email, yet no-one can help me restore it. NO-ONE. I could potentially be homeless due to this glaringly obvious error but NO-ONE will respond to my complaints.

@Telstra Welp, Telstra CM have not only gone ahead and cancelled my email access but they have cancelled my CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, Brandon. Despite my b&w PROOF OF PAYMENT. Yes, Ombudsman, this is how well they are serving the community.
