@GandWalter I think Telstra is in the process of bringing their services back to Australia from India. The only problem is that Indians who speak poor English are employed in their Telstra shops. Telstra is a communications service that doesn't reflect the true meaning of English language

@TheProselytiser @SirBAntMQ @Judith54Nunn Yes. A couple of times when I was overseas (last time April 2019) I had an extortionate mobile bill. I was having no success re it being dealt with by Telstra and the suggestion I would contact the Ombudsman (showing I know the process involved) resulted in a speedy resolution.

@Telstra It said “service interrupted” yesterday for our area but now says “no confirmed interruptions” even though everyone still has no fibre connection and 4G is almost unusable.

@GandWalter I hear you! We just disconnected our nbn as the line from our house to the pit is damaged, Telstra and NBN have been very reluctant to fix it. I am in credit and now we have gone to the ombudsman as Telstra are reluctant to pay it back to me!

@HaydnQuinlan @Judith54Nunn Lucky you. Few places have 5G in Australia. In Cairns, Telstra 4G is even scatty. And now NBN is ripping up the footpath to trash the FTTN to put in FTTH. Apparently, we do need fast broad band with capacity. Knock me down with a feather, the LNP were wrong. Telstra to blame too
