    @Telstra I shouldn't have had to call them in the first place. If one of my staff doesn't complete a job I don't expect the customer to call that person personally and wipe my hands of the problem.

    @Telstra I have been trying to call your customer service team to make a query. Instead of being placed on hold, my calls continue to be cut off and followed up with an SMS to a link online. Can I please speak with a team member?

    @Telstra Staff not completing tasks, staff expecting the customer to follow things up for them. Staff not able to contact a store because they don't have a phone. General incompetence from everyone involved in my phone upgrade.

    @stelle_woods :OO oh maybe??? i still think it might be a reception thing because my dad's work phone is with optus and its still bad... maybe ill look into trying with telstra... i didn't know this!!

    @Telstra I have spoken to your techs. They have told me there was nothing they could do. They told me it was a high traffic time and I would have put up with it. What they said is not good enough, nor is the continuing of these problems

    I've been with Optus for 15 years and never had my details scrambled like that. Where i've been with Telstra not even 2 years and my details are in the hand of scammers.
