    @Telstra Indeed. Seems like there is a training or information problem there somewhere. When we followed up, the 5 mins figure was downgraded to 24 hours.

    @Telstra Hi Lee, I would if I thought it would resolve the issue. However, my husband DM Telstra on Sunday, starting at 9.50am and the last correspondence was at 2.42pm, and nothing was resolved. I am a teacher who needs to get online learning done and not spend it waiting for a reply.

    Issues once again with @Telstra ... nothing loads. Then all of a sudden 100 messages come through at once. And to save you time and not waste my time with the run around, no there are no outages in my area.

    I've had 18 "Amazon Prime" #scam calls from 18 different Melbourne numbers since 12:30pm today. It's way past time @Telstra sorted this spoofing problem. How many years has it been now?

    @Telstra Reporting achieves nothing! I've reported scams many times! Do something about them porting through bogus numbers! They are currently calling me every one to two minutes. I've had about 20 calls in the last half hour. ******* fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
