Dame du Fer ✳️✳️✳️ (@janeallenperth) reported@AlexBallhausen I’m in Broulee on the NSW South Coast, abt 20mins S of Batemans Bay, and our Telstra mob coverage here is frequently one bar signal strength. My sister’s little biz here has to go 100m from her shop front door to wave her Eftpos machine trying to get it to work. Charged plenty!

Mike Rowe (@mike_rowe) reported@skippy092 @Telstra It’s 5g, hard to flood out the mobile signals. It replaces a FTTN service which does have flood/water issues.

Peter Bradford (@Isometimeswish) reported@Telstra The promised a 48 hour turnaround last week. More than 96 hours now. Fine words no customer service

Peter Bradford (@Isometimeswish) reported@Telstra They said it was due to be connected on 30th March. They were going to expedite the case. Guess my understanding of expedite is different. I expected a response today. Not a happy customer
