  • theredbrigade Simon Says (@theredbrigade) reported

@Telstra The signal is fine in Grafton. I can make calls & use data no problem.

  • jaifnn Jai (@jaifnn) reported

@regan1x Telstra has a larger network coverage, higher plan prices, and a long history in the Australian market, while Vodafone has lower plan prices and is improving its customer service. Ultimately, the choice between the two will depend on personal needs and preferences.

  • Boatyboy1 Boatyboy (@Boatyboy1) reported

@sacredcara Use Amaysim for phone. Optus network. $40mth inc calls, sms, n about 80gb data. Started at about 40gb but they keep increasing it. To keep using Telstra network, have a look at Aldi.

  • junglegirl_1976 Kim Trenerry (@junglegirl_1976) reported

@Telstra Their neighbours have the same issue, so it’s not my parents phone. They have 1 bar of service on their mobiles and when I try and call their landline, it just goes straight to voicemail. My Dad is with Vodafone and his phone is working fine.

  • spike4169 Mark Kinnear (@spike4169) reported

@Telstra Telstra are the worst to deal with. By the time I get the 2 factor authentication it’s expired and my accounts locks after 2 attempts not 3

  • themadhacker Martyn Davis (@themadhacker) reported

Well done @Telstra - you have broken pre-pay on an IPhone 6+. What used to take a few minutes is now an endless loop of useless words. Max version of iOS is 12 - your My Telstra app says upgrade to 13 (can’t) or use web - can’t create account for pre-pay 👏

  • FuzzAU Justin Young (@FuzzAU) reported

lol, every time I come back to @Telstra to get better national coverage I am shocked to see how inept the customer support line / chat is.

  • Lilipealea Activista (@Lilipealea) reported

@DanielAndrewsMP @Telstra takes 20+ minutes of trying to send a text at Cape Paterson. God forbid we need emergency help. This is unacceptable. Unable to do work needed for my job. Heading back to Melbourne. What a sh1tshow. Happy Labour Day to you too. #auspol #BassCoast #

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

I don’t like to admit it, but I was wrong. I thought @auspost had the worst customer service. Then the nation’s largest telco @telstra, said “hold my beer” - try Telstra shops like Belmont WA. It is chaos. If you need to go to a T shop, take a cut lunch and a drink. TI #awful
