@Telstra All of it, both fixed line home internet AND my mobile. Recently Telstra had workers out ‘fixing’ the lines in our area… guess what… it got worse! Even at work my organisation has had to reboot the server multiple times this week due to the dreadful service! It’s the dark ages!

Hey @Telstra, my elderly friend went to your Port Melb shop, got a modem, can’t make it work. Went back but the assistant was so rude, she was humiliated and called me crying. We’re not all tech savvy. 3 hrs on the ph, told go back to PM on Tues. Is this the best you can do?

Hey @Telstra your company is an utter disgrace. First you try to force me into direct debit and now you are trying to force me to Auto Pay (pay your bill in advance) or you won’t let me upgrade my plan. I’ve been a loyal customer for a decade and this is how you treat customers?

@Telstra @Just_Krystle_M If the people just said NO, as a collective, to any of this data and ID agenda crap, it'd stop. Say NO to government Digital ID's, data gathering and stop supporting any business/company that goes along with this agenda.

@Telstra Well if you know a way I can get internet that doesn’t involve sitting outside under the clothesline that would be most welcome. Went to the local store today told minimum two hour wait for customer service.

@Just_Krystle_M I buy my phones outright from the Apple store. (Can return in 14 days if you don't like it) and I use Woolworths Mobile, which is on the Telstra network, well priced AND gets you 10% off one shop per month at Woolies.
