    @Telstra I enter my current login details and then just get a blank screen. I’ve been asking for help for over a year now. I just keep getting fobbed off. Now I can’t even use the web version of my account to change my email address.

    @Telstra Thanks Ash, back to normal now after 24 hours of intermittence. Worst, the Chat support didn't help much. Took them 60mins and still have no clues of what's going on.
