@Telstra Getting any service is an absolute chore. - explain multiple times (occasionally to multiple people) the issue you have - no effort made to understand your circumstances or digital context - response times on the app are woeful (still waiting on a reply after more than an hour)

@NBN_Australia Hi Matt I have and nothing is about to be done for my parents or my sister or the many other recipients of the letter issued by Telstra It’s purpose is to comply with ACCC not fix the problem If NBN could fix up the service I’m sure the local member of Parliament will be happy

@QuodGoogla @Telstra unbelievable! I made a call that cost me $25 and cancelled again in Feb and then they sent me a credit note of $90 I could not open and now I've been sent a bill for April...never again will I go near Telstra!

@suensuds @72Hallam A few years back, now, but I received amazing personal service from General Manager level after the Telstra shareholder liaison PR person received my email. My phone call, on a Sunday morning, was from a GM who was phoning from the golf course, mid-round. Solved next day.
