@Telstra Not a service outage, @telstra doesn't believe the house I currently live in exists. Address check was meant to be completed last week still outstanding. If it's not done by the end of today I'll be going somewhere else for internet

@Telstra Pretty much summs up @telstra service

@Telstra Yeah, my internets been playing up real bad, been happening for a week now and I’ve tried resetting it and all that but nothing seems to fix, it’s been really slow and at time just drops out for a minute or two and to add onto the problem our phone line is down too, also a week

I was visited by a very RARE SPECIES this morning, a Telstra tech turned up to fix a phone line fault. 😱Remember when they use to travel in packs... Ten telstra vehicles would turn up to each job, how times have changed! They need to be put on the endangered species list now!😉

@troyhunt Visited mum recently. She was busy with a "Telstra" guy on the phone who was helping to fix her computer. I tried to shut it down, but he already had remote access and stopped the shutdown process. I had to kill the power, then restored OS from an earlier backup. Ugh.

@Biggy1883 @JoanBloggs @Olfella @billshortenmp @NickRossTech I agree with that. But it still didn’t have to be a problem if they had let Telstra build it which they were all ready to do until the ACCC stepped in telling us we had to have competition. Complete rubbish. Should have been considered national essential infrastructure.

@ScorpioGCoast @JoanBloggs @Olfella @billshortenmp @NickRossTech If Telstra hadn't been privatised there would have been no issue

@TPG_Telecom This Singapore routing misconfiguration affects ALL your users and not just me. I have been making my own desperate effort to get the attention of Telstra's network operations centre due to the lack of understanding & co-operation from your support staff.

@Telstra Please fix the routing to OVH Singapore's data centre (network range 139.99.0.0-139.99.127.255) so that traffic is not sent directly and not through the USA. This problem has been present since at least June 2018 (when i first noticed it).

@ScorpioGCoast @Olfella @Biggy1883 @billshortenmp @NickRossTech If Telstra hadn't been privatised there would have been no issue over money they wouldn't get back. Like NZ, it could have simply transitioned over to NBN. Everything LNP touches turns to shit.
