@Telstra Apparently @telstra want me to visit in person with the broken phone so you can tell me again that its broken. 600km+ round trip... Truly an Australian company that understands their customers needs. Don't slip in my sarcasm there...

@Telstra The problem is now the out of hours phone calls. Seems to be a late Monday night game being played via your Indian call centre. I copped the same last week.

  • KevinFraserSA Kevin Fraser (@KevinFraserSA) reported

It’s 2022 yes but the fact that you make it absolutely ridiculously impossible to speak with an actual person and not some stupid robot voice is ridiculous! @Telstra #Terrible

  • jcjobau James O'Brien 🏳️‍🌈 (@jcjobau) reported

Big thumbs up to Quinn from @Telstra who got to the bottom and solved a problem that's been going on for almost a week. Great service, determined to solve the problem being faced by some older family members - aged 74 and 82 - after surviving the Lismore floods.

  • jackswanson022 Jack Swanson (@jackswanson022) reported

@Telstra stop making the internet so so slow! Stop tampering with it! Why cant you just back off from it and leave it alone?!

  • Bushpatriot Kenneth Briggs (@Bushpatriot) reported

Watching the Seven News report and story about Indian scammers,it’s amazing how one bloke can jam and pin point hackers, yet Telstra, Optus with all their technology and resources can’t look after their customers, maybe a law suit might help stir some action!

  • DaveMUnderwood Dave Underwood 💉x4 (@DaveMUnderwood) reported

@TasNetworks Checked the outage site no listing of an outage for the service at my address. Powranna Rd. Cressy. Yet the power is out, again. Cannot call to report as Telstra connection here is dismall and horribly intermittent.
