@joshgnosis I provided Victoria police with the Telstra IP address (linked to a fixed-line internet service) that my stolen laptop appeared on within hours of it being stolen. It took them SIX WEEKS to take any action.

@Telstra , you're a communication company. You want everyone to use myservices because you don't want to pay staff. The very least you could do is make the bloody thing work! The best advert for Optus is Telstra customer service. Absolutely useless.

Monday morning. @Telstra modem box providing NBN service dies. Find out because kids are screaming. Message Telstra. I keep repeating the modem box is bricked, but doesn’t matter we go through all the steps and then they say. Your modem is broken. I’ll order you a new one! 1/n

@Telstra several years ago Telstra transferred my account into my husbands name without my permission- now they won’t transfer it back. They want me to have a new account. Meanwhile my husbands account has an email which he has never heard off!
