@scottpjs @Telstra You're lucky if you get to talk to a person. Our modem was struck by lightning. We couldn't access internet on computers or phones. A recorded message gave my husband options for numbers to press. Pressing the one for internet service resulted in link that opened using the net !?

@Telstra When will staff available to speak to directly on the phone? I want to upgrade my mobile and plan and I have other questions relating to my shared bill with other devices and home internet. Too difficult by messaging. Things get lost in translation. The service is crap.

@Telstra what a bloody joke, trying to speak to someone on Chat app for 1h to get NO help. They can’t even write a proper sentence other than that their shift is over and someone else will take their place. Can’t phone and speak to an actual person anymore. No customer service.
