@Telstra Hi Jay. Was in a mad rush to set up a Pre-Paid sim card to make use of your "RURAL" network. But to register a sim you have to verify your address (Despite already being logged in with my Telstra account) but it was stuck searching & you don't allow an address to be entered...

@somewherein84 After same frustrations with Telstra tech nonsupport & after frustrations with Optus & others over years I recently changed to Aussie Broadband who besides other good points are a small company with focus on personal service. High recommendation

@somewherein84 Good luck. I wanted to speak to someone since October last year. Never too early to contact the TIO. They promised a replacement Telstra modem in November, sent me a new one in April, still doesn’t work. Good times and good luck 🤞
