@cashmeuptoo @Telstra Unfortunately some people in regional areas have to use Telstra which is why they can get away with the **** they do. Cuz discrimination and taking advantage of vulnerable people is apparently the trend 👍🏻

@itXanSav OH YEAH i've seen those!! i think i was just too lazy to get another sim seeing as this was supposed to be a "temporary" solution (two years ago) lmao we tend to only get telstra out here but i shall investigate regardless, ty!

After 8+ hours getting ping-ponged around @Telstra support teams, across phone and chat systems (most weren’t even bothered to help and would disconnect), chat superstar “Josh” was able to resolve my problem and was friendly and sympathetic to boot. Faith in humanity restored.

@Telstra we decided to transfer our son’s mobile from Boost to Telstra, you took our cash up front, couldn’t provide the service and 7 weeks later we are still waiting for a refund after calling 3 times! #legaltheft

@meggsiek @Telstra different provider but i had the same experience with nbn repeatedly a while back. Entire local area down for several days, and they would insist on treating it as "drop outs" at my address. Infuriating.
