    @Telstra The fact watching AFL/NRL now use up data and customers have to pay extra on top their plan sounds like a bad deal for consumers. But be interesting to see how much Telstra shareholders benefit considering Telstra co owner of Foxtel isn’t competing against itself anymore.

    @kristin8X @Telstra Called Telstra several times, only to be redirected online. That doesn't work very well: demands a Telstra email address I don't have. Still waiting for home net, 14 months! Still paying for it, out of an earlier refund, still no net. Phone them? Wish you luck!

    Hey @Telstra - I am trying to cancel my home internet. I have been trying for two months, and in the mean time have been charged $200 in bills. Am on two separate online chats AGAIN and neither will successfully cancel my account. I need this sorted. Like, NoW!

    @Telstra I am just off the phone and after another remote restart I have been told that you need to monitor for 24 hours again. I cannot even tweet this via wifi. The modem is faulty. Fix or replace it. Sick an tired of this
