@CherylCritchley terrible news - I hope Telstra still offers replays - me, less than zero interest in ANY Fox game coverage.

@Telstra for a company which wants to shut down their 3G network. it’s kinda sad that most places need it. your quote of “having the largest and fastest network” is bullshit.

@Telstra Thanks but that’s not the point. I mostly used the live pass to watch bits and pieces of AFL games on my phone when I was out. I don’t need HD, other sports or Kayo. As a Telstra customer of 30+ years this is very disappointing.

@exoragig Yeah I'm either with iinet or internode, I forget at this point but they all run through Telstra which is why you can generally blame them. I remember calling up Internode once for help and they went "lol call Telstra we can't do ****"

@Telstra you have poor customer service and you have long waiting times for providing replacement sims but you have great 5G coverage. I like you but you can really be annoying sometimes #Telstra5G

@SuperG59972418 @SpotlightForYou @Telstra Makes you wonder doesn't it. With all these other companies hanging off their network offering better deals...why not just do it themselves. The business model is ridiculous

@Telstra Maybe you could focus on not leaving customers waiting an hour on web chat, then, when they call for tech help, forcing them back onto a chat platform where they continue to wait. And wait. And wait. #diedwaiting

@CherylCritchley Telstra is a part owner in Foxtel. To get customers onto their overpriced mobile phone network they used the Live Pass for both AFL and NRL. They don’t want to subsidise this service anymore. So they’ve killed the live pass it’s that simple.

@CherylCritchley @SPQR_2704 You never paid for it. It was given to Telstra customers through the sponsorship etc. Like Optus customers get EPL for free. It will continue next year again

@Telstra you are no different than the other Telco providers in Australia, except for the fact you charge more. I have been trying to call your customer service team for the last 48 hours. Every phone option leads to being sent a text msg, to chat online which goes nowhere...
