    @nineislands Optus? I laugh because I’m an optus customer, experience dreadful coverage here in the country & only with them because they aren’t telstra. Now, that data breach!

    The #NBN has been out in our area since 4pm. You don’t think about how reliant on it you are till it’s not there. The outage information said 2 hours. It’s now been 3. Is a network/infrastructure problem so Telstra can’t help. Waiting on @NBN_Australia to do their thing. 😩

    @Telstra I pay on a tax invoice. Send it say 5 days before payment is due. I do not like this not getting the tax invoice one bit. Change your procedure—was a stupid idea that is probably in breach of the tax laws.

    @vexenis1 @PRGuy17 It never said static IP genius. It said 26 Direct Telstra IP addresses. That means the IP is provided by Telstra... Like I said, not many.

    @Markysegarz @JJKALE2 Telstra imho should have been split, the cables/infrastructure held in public ownership, the service part sold off. All the hardware should be public owned.

    @Telstra Apparently you remind customers of the next payment due? I never got a reminder. You can send the tax invoice for me as the reminder. You are supposed to give it to us as the tax invoice is what we pay on. Why should I have to use an app?

    @Optus You didn't answer my question. How long will it take? I'm done. I am leaving optus. I have been a customer for 20 years will be going to telstra or someone else when I have a day off. This is messed up situation and handled very very poorly.

    @nineislands We have to use Telstra because the others are worse in our area! Luckily we haven’t had too many issues.
