@Telstra I can’t let you know how it goes because nobody at Telstra will respond. Now that I have you, I’ve gone through all those steps. My DSL port is not getting a signal and the internet light on the modem is still flashing. If you’ll have someone call me, I can provide more detail.

So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.
