    @Telstra Hi Tom, Could not reply yesterday because no service on either phone or mobile broadband. These steps made no difference. When he have an outage, devices just go to "no service". Restart brings them back online

    @Telstra It's a bit hard to get in contact with tech support when I'm working 12 hours a day. The coverage issue and network connection seems to be at the airport and in town. Both are line of sight to the tower on Mount Misery which is within 5km.

    @talkingwalk It’s run by Telstra. It’s overseen, however, by the federal communications department. It is a commonwealth entity. Telstra operators take the calls and transfer then to the correct state emergency call centre.
