    @richo_1973 @Socceroos Well after 2 weeks of no internet, Telstra finally got the issue sorted in our area. Then I rang Telstra to ensure they wouldn’t charge for mobile data. The tech guybsaid he’d check my modum. Said it needed a reset, did that, tgen stopped working!!! WTHeck? Now new one😡

    And why do I never have mobile reception on the train?? I can be above ground, below ground, crossing the harbour bridge, passing a Telstra tower… and nothing. Just spinning wheel.

    hey @telstra, has the tower in Dorset Square, Boronia VIC been fixed yet (or is there an ETA for fix)? 4G Reception is still terrible (Optus is fine). Reported months ago and were assured it would be fixed.

    @Telstra using phone notifications as an advertising mechanism is hot garbage. Its a hostile UX and app that do this have their notification privileges instantly revoked. Do better.

    @Telstra try getting Telstra to answer the phone. I want to talk to a person🤮it’s 2hrs. And counting🧨I thought CenterLink was bad. Bring back Telstra to Australia. Australians need the jobs🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺fed up with being told to go to the bloody APP when you don’t have much signal💩💩

    @Telstra we have been without service for 6 days straight. At least 10 phone calls and 4 separate Telstra app conversations. Have all resulted in the same sentence “ur case manager will call within 24 hours.” But we haven’t heard back once. @Optus is looking good even with hacks
