@Telstra Power out for 6 days came on yesterday. No internet. Telstra says no problem yet all ADSL users in Toolangi do not have internet. Rang operator said they would test then cut off. Rang 5 times but cut off. Please help. My business relies on #TelstraADSL No NBN here

@_sarahwilson_ @Telstra Had same, three days for simplest issue that cldve bn fixed e one phone call. Changed to new co Aussie Broadband whose focus is personal local human service. 100% better 100 % satisfied.
