@Telstra Your new app is rubbish. It has added three layers of complexity to paying my bill. I am a long time customer. Prices have gone up as well. I get an email regarding my new bill and I cannot even access it. It's enough to make you change your provider! Do better!

  • LexGear Luke Molnar 🕹 (@LexGear) reported

Haha! Suck it @Telstra! I figured out how to pay your stupid bills without auto debit. Screw you and your forced billing.

  • yagirlpartyb YA GIRL PARTY B (@yagirlpartyb) reported

@Telstra that’s not my question - question is I want to pay out my handset so that when my billing cycle ends in a few weeks I can just cancel the plan that day. But thank you for not understanding in true Telstra form

  • bizza221 MrsB 🦘🇦🇺🌏 (@bizza221) reported

@NeilMcMahon I registered an issue on the Telstra app they were great fixed it externally so didn’t need to come to my home

  • durutticolumn37 Alan Kennedy (@durutticolumn37) reported

@Telstra I'm not switching providers I've been a customer since you were called Telecom Australia ffs I'm simply trying to upgrade to this new modem you are spending millions on promoting on tv

  • colincopeland2 Col Copeland (@colincopeland2) reported

@telstra your mobile service at Calvary hospital in Bruce ACT is of a 3rd world standard, it's disgraceful 😑 Not even 1 bar

  • yagirlpartyb YA GIRL PARTY B (@yagirlpartyb) reported

@Telstra but why can’t I just pay it out now? My issue is I was advised I could message and pay it out instantly. And then have been lead on and then not responded too. So that’s why I’m frustrated.

  • davepowtabain David POW Tabain (@davepowtabain) reported

    2. Check your bank accounts: Go through and cancel any used subscriptions become aware of pointless spending habits and understand the true yearly cost. I found 8k doing this the other day. Thanks Telstra…

  • LexGear Luke Molnar 🕹 (@LexGear) reported

@Telstra That's a pathetic response. There is no reason why you couldn't give people the option to pay how they like. I will never give Telstra my banking details, & force them to send invoices. And if that ever becomes a problem, you can bet that I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  • developit Frances (@developit) reported

@DanieTreg @ScottRhodie @Telstra I got into it with them last night again. I’ve been with them for 15+ yrs I don’t want direct debit. I want post pay not pre pay I want Esim support. So I’m staying with the phone I have rather than upgrade. If they transfer my current account to “upfront” I’ll walk
