I pay @Telstra for 4G if my internet goes out and do you think I am getting 4G? No, no I am not. Never get it. Ever. Been lots of outages.

@Telstra Hey Justine, thank you for that response. Best I have so far. Currently the best help I’ve been given is to get a Telstra smart modem. I really feel that charging me for a product that will only be helpful when my service is down is unfair. Going days without the expensive...

  • ns4235 Nick Sanchez (@ns4235) reported

@Telstra "As we complete these upgrades, you may notice some changes to the signal bars on your phone. But remember: fewer bars doesn’t mean less service." Could you please explain this further.

  • tomfoolery_101 Tom Croucher (@tomfoolery_101) reported

@telstra is really making a pigs breakfast of customer service lately #yousuck #telstra. Call centre shut by the time most west aussies get home. And why did I have to go to auto pay when I already have a bill I’ve been happily paying (through the nose for) for years?

  • WickedKitten99 ShadowDancing✨ (@WickedKitten99) reported

@Telstra Trying and I can’t stream anything. And opening websites is very slow

    anyone having telstra issues?

  • cooten9009 spacekat9 on Post🦤 (@cooten9009) reported

@telstra @optus Bulli, NSW is hardly remote, so a reliable mobile service is not a big ask. Business owners, private residents...we all wonder around pointing our devices at the sky hoping for a stable connection. What do we get? Drop outs. Constant, ongoing, call drops

  • DeivoRyman 🌊 ▬ Deivo Ryman ▬ (@DeivoRyman) reported

@TerryxHarper This would be a great move. Users with crappy Optus providers that have weak signals could latch on to local Telstra towers which have a much stronger signal.
