    @Telstra The issue was recharging from overseas, and hence being unable to get that text because of course the sim doesn’t work in other countries. I therefore had no warning and have people contacting that AU number frequently. The chat team wouldn’t resolve my issue over chat.

    @Telstra Yes Stacey. What I’m saying is that’s your issue not mine, so why don’t you simply credit my account with the extra data? A call to the ombudsman will be resolve it but at what cost. After screwing me around for over 2 days it’s the least you could do.

    Another @NBN_Australia outage in the lower Hunter with #NBN advising “no outage in your area” 🤨 Meanwhile @Telstra mobile wafts between 3G and one bar 4G. 😖😖 And they have the hide to put up my contract price 😫😫

    dear @Telstra, i have great service from you for years. for just over a week noe, my wifi as been down..ethernet connection is fine. your "experts" on chat making me troubleshoot a thousand times. send me a new damn modem!

    @Telstra Thanks for following up, Ash. Sadly, no despite the predicted 24-48hr time window elapsed, still no eSIM migration has happened. I tried “Transfer or Restore eSIM” app option on new device, but that ends up with “There’s been a technical problem”

    @Telstra I tried to do it myself and it just sent me in a loop from the website to the app. Then support told me it was waiting to be submitted when it wasn’t, then the following day they told me the order had been cancelled, then after another day of stuffing around on messenger...
