That was before Telstra deal and the stupid Son referred to was keeping the copper network as well as FTTP because we need fibre for 4G/5G and copper is obsolete.

    @Telstra 29 days since I requested my service be cancelled. 29 days of no action, no answer on when it will be disconnected & 29 days of me being charged for the non-existent connection. 29 days of money owed back to me not being paid, 29 days of no compensation. #Criminal

    I can find no clear information anywhere online about if there is an issue or outage. I've paid my bills, and my internet is working fine so pretty sure fault not due to me. No phones means no communication with my kid's schools, my elderly parents, etc. Fix it @Telstra !

    As our "landline" phone has never worked properly, since being forced onto NBN, our mobile phones are our only working phones... usually. So let's hope you sort it out soon @Telstra , I'm just thankful we weren't cut off on Wednesday during the catastrophic fire day.

    @NickRossTech @TurnbullMalcolm @NBN_Australia @matt_barrie @Aussie_BB Same: network layer 1 infra, same DOCSIS 3 cable, same advertised download speed (100Mbps). In the space of 15 mins My Telstra Netgear cable modem is swapped with an NBN cable modem, the exact same coax cable, 18Mbps slower, with NBN speed boost 100Mbps (costing more than before)

When I travel to the country, when I am miles from any towns, phone/data cut out but GPS still works!! If I was on the Telstra network phone/data would not cut out cos they have .... SATELLITES
