    @Telstra has a genuine issue with their new via app chat. Over 24 hours invested in chat alone, 12 phone calls and my 4g backup they directed me to use until my nbn could be connected is still pumping out 0.1mbs at peak speeds... easy money you lot @iiNet nows your chance!

  • SharLivingstone Sharon Livingstone (@SharLivingstone) reported

    Hey @Telstra I'm trying to get support for an issue. Your customer service people want me to leave lockdown to visit a telstra shop - during lockdown - to buy products I don't need. Why are you trying to profit from a support request?

  • tonytau101 Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported

    I noticed that the @Foxtel version of @ABCaustralia iView does not require a login. Whereas for the PC, Telstra TV STU, PS4 all require an account based login. TI #ABCiView

    @Telstra more than a little fatigued at the volume of Amazon, Tax & other scam calls that has dramatically increased. You need to do better, this is your network they are using. You are responsible so stop this & protect vulnerable customers

    Dear @Telstra . I realise I live in an apt, but it’s not even a high rise. 17 apt, yet I have almost no reception and it drops out at least 6 times a day. You’re meant to be the best provider for signal strength and reliability. You certainly charge like you are. So what gives?

  • ChillLadd C (@ChillLadd) reported

    @Telstra fix my internet already

  • tw34ky z (@tw34ky) reported

  • frankenthing Frankie (@frankenthing) reported

    @Telstra Thanks, but that doesn't address the problem of your customers being cut off entirely. Punishing poor people for being poor is cruel.
