Internet (adsl, country) completely gone since Wednesday 4 am. Estimated restoration of service is 30 September...Every time I ring Telstra they suggest I go to the website....ready to kill

@Telstra @Telstra colleague called and was told to reset network settings. We did that. No change. Someone, somewhere, has screwed up. Japan border opens in October. Better get the issue sorted before the Aussies descend for ski season!
