    @ravirockks Telstra: "our controls were not good enough". Understatement of the year? Culture is the problem: minimise maintenance costs & only fix things when they fail - - because customers bear the costs of outage. Telcos need a big lesson in what an essential service means. #auspol

    @marquet_yvette Oh no! Watch your passwords, in your notes? Or easy to guess passwords? i set up passkeys to avoid using passwords, you register your fingerprint (passkey) harder to copy. All this happened around the Telstra outage. Telstra and Google acs were affected for me.

    @Telstra 3/6 3. Doesn't make sense. "We" & "I". Is she apologising for her team? Shud read "On behalf of TLS, I apologise for the disruption our network failure caused last week.” Paragraph 2 4. "Issue...caused signif disruption...people rely on us". thanks for telling us what we know.

    @Telstra If you’re going to raise the price of 5g home internet have the decency to change to unlimited data. You owe people that especially after the outage that happened.
