@av_oceanmoon @PRGuy17 Likewise, that's the joys of Twitter compounded by my waiting for Telstra to resolve an outage. Twitter is a place with a lot of noise, not all of it is either influential or even useful, but between all that there are actually some reasonable pockets of discussion.

@Melburnian I’m just off Dundas & Optus here is atrocious, previous place more towards Station St was just as bad, checked 5G map for Optus and no cover here, have just gone to Telstra & coverage is ridiculously better, price was the same

@Telstra bad customer service beyond imagination. Feels like you guys try hard NOT to give better service. In my third day and couldn’t recharge my sim. Fed up of following up, no one ever calls back or ask if the problem is resolved. Regretting that I changed my provider.
