    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

    @BrianMitchellMP I’ve just been on phone for 40min trying to sort out a billing problem. The phone call has cut out. How are we supposed to run a business like this? It’s quite clear @Telstra do NOT care about agribusiness! #auspol developing nations have better phone / internet

    3/3 I hung up. Calls numerous times using different numbers (one from Iran). Said I was stupid not to trust him and berated me for not opening the Anydesk app. I feel very concerned for vulnerable people. Hoax calls should not be an accepted part of our lives @auspol @telstra

    @Telstra I don’t have time to wait on line for 30mins plus. Others I have spoken to have. Got to same response “no issues from our end”… can’t work or run a business like this. Calls drop out between 30-90 seconds. My wife can’t even call my number…

    @Telstra I was told there are known issues with the Telstra Arcadyan Modem and that they consistently fail on the 2.4 channel. I was told there are no other options. I was told Telstra would not assist if I chose to use a 3rd party modem. I was told to engage my own tech to resolve. Thx.
