Is there a worse company for customer service than @Telstra ? I can't pay for a new employee handset without attending the store. The world conducts $trillions of transactions electronically but @Telstra can't manage a payment for $179. The reason? "It's company policy"😠#mobile

@Malarndirri19 @Telstra @woolworths It is just a matter of time before someone dies as a result. Should be a priority to restore redundancy and re-commission the microwave links. Infrastructure is in place. Definitely worth your while having a deeper look into the issue. A combination of Gov & Telstra incompetence.

@Telstra I have been trying to seek assistance with a home phone not working. Followed the directions on the app and have been permanently on hold ever since! Your msg you are experiencing delay but it’s ridiculous now! Days with no response is unacceptable!

@fictillius I’ll check with support in the morning - I have been at lunch where everyone else’s iPhone 12 Pro Max, also on Telstra, is showing 5G while mine isn’t (and one sad friend who had the second Simm enabled and was hobbled to 4G because Telstra need to write a carrier update)

@Malarndirri19 @Telstra @woolworths BTW, the more immediate issue with these outages is its going to end up with someone dying because of it. We lose all comms when the fibre back haul is damaged, so no 000, hospital in Nhulunbuy cant contact Darwin, community health centres cant contact Care Flight for emergencies
