@Matt_J_Reeves Even with the booster that is used in the property down the road there is no mobile signal. Telstra need to move the tower two metres and double the signal strength. No site testing was done before it was built so most of the valley has no mobile reception

What is the point of Telstra support when all that happens is you get asked the same ******* questions and given the same stupid actions whenever someone calls to "help"? I shouldn't have to repeat myself FFS. I just want a solution.

@Gazzagunna I did a speed test other day. 600Mbps. No way we need that bandwidth. And no way Telstra overbuilt network capacity. The digital capacity is for the surveillance state. Always sold to the ignorant peasants as a convenience at first. Smartphones to wearables to injectables.

Worse than waiting in a foetal position on the phone for Telstra so-called "customer support" is going into one of their stores and having an arrogant "person" telling you that your Telstra-generated username/pw is wrong and your fault. Such incompetence should foster humility.
