When you move from QLD to NSW and ask them to cancel the NBN until you move back in, and they cut off 2 mobiles and 2 tablets leaving a $12,000 debt as they were on a plan

However, the fact remains that elderly people are still having their phone services tampered with if they miss one bill. 😢

Darren Brown (@djbrown50) reported@Telstra The resolution was I had to pay, it took 5 years to do this, the phone numbers were not available to transfer, so we had to get new ones as well. No idea of reference no, but the phone numbers were 0424140235 and 0418 763992. It was a New Beith address in 2015
