@DocB__ Okay. Technology will be similar, but locsl speeds may differ. Telstra here is slow as. Optus flies. Depends where there towers are etc. Maybe see what your neighbours use?

@AppleSupport Dear Apple support, you are not even trying to understand that issue that an apple empire has created. It a simple case of creating two phone numbers while number porting from Telstra to Vodafone. Is there someone in Australia that I can call ?

@DestinyTheGame You really should have something that spams @Telstra the network error messages I get cause my issues are something I can’t fix. I’m not the ******* service provider who promised better service with the NBN yet it just feels like the same old ****.

@MurrayWatt What don't you understand about disasters like this ? "Just fix it" Well the Telstra exchange is possibly 20 ft under water - the equipment required is possibly not available due to shortages for electronic chips or its stuck in a port somewhere - NBN is useless in a disaster

@Telstra Hey @Telstra, just checking in on the status of my original problem. I have a case number and a complaint reference number but haven't heard anything since. Just want acknowledgement that there is a misconfiguration that affects my account and that it will be looked at.

Called by Telstra on a Mobile and told my internet service will be disconnected. I thanked the gentlemen for the call and apologised for not paying my non existent bill for a service i do not have and he can feel free to disconnect. I was then met with silence before he hung up.
