So I made a complaint to @telstra for charging me for a service i cancelled 5 months ago. A MANAGER called and said sir we can only refund you the amount for this year, i asked why and the MANAGER said it was my responsibility to check the bill. 1/2

@Telstra I've send DM. issue resolved after a phone call +trip to your store to show Telstra where is information on YOUR system +hour on your app explaining to your team how to resolve this mess. Hopefully all now behind us. I remain not impressed with Telstra: #missedopportunity

@ArtistAffame Seeing I worked for Telstra for 21 years I remember them well & some of the awful people I had to deal with in them, it brings back terrible memories. I need therapy now.

Huh. 13 years on Twitter. I only joined up to test a Telstra Mobile service that joined your social networks together ... and you could tweet by sending SMS to a Telstra Mobile short code. Crazy days.
