@voltagex @The_McJones My current gig is over 1 monthamd 18 (!) support staff for Telstra to get me to authorise someone for my account, so they can go in-store, order an eSIM to be mailed to them, they take a photo and send it to me

Hi @Telstra not only did you hang up on me when I called this afternoon, re a billing issue. I’ve been forced to use your messaging service - messaging back and forth all day and getting nowhere?! Can someone call me? I’m well and truly fed up!

@Telstra you need to fix this asap as these business are now losing business because people can't call them nor contact them via email. What are you going to do about helping already struggling businesses in the area that you have now put more strain on?

@Telstra you guys having tech issues today? I've got a family member who can call me, and make / receive calls to other people. They get my texts, but when I call them I get a "number disconnected" msg 🤷
