@VoxExSinister @mich1111au because my phone was not working. Telstra black spot ... had to make use of another's connection with Optus which also happens to be intermittent serviciing the tower. Could hold a single tweet for quite a while, then it would send when connection restored for a few seconds.

@davidjmsamson Only justice I’m aware of is some people being able to return to jobs 12-18 months after mandates were introduced. Nothing positive for many private & public roles still (crazily) mandated in Vic (eg. coles. Youth justice. Vic pol. Telstra customer service. child protection +)

Good service from Telstra. Lightning strike fried our NBN box on Saturday afternoon, called Telstra who booked a technician to replace it this morning. He’s just been, all sorted.

@Telstra how do I lodge a complaint? I have been having the worst experience trying to upgrade my handset. They happily took my money to pay out my current handset. But then I have been hit with every delay, excuse, fault, system error known to man. It has now been three weeks!!
