Tried out a new response for the "I'm from Telstra, we're calling because of a problem with your internet" scammers. When I asked "But if you're from Telstra, shouldn't you have put me on hold for 4 hours", he hung up.

@Telstra Hi Viktor. I appreciate the follow ups. There was not any outage but after a long long hold I finally got through and was able to report a fault. 👍 We'll see how it goes. Don't take it personally - I used to work there - but Telstra is awful.

@Telstra clearly you have no idea what overstamping is. telstra can control overstamping from overseas voip services, and the issue of blocking numbers which call me (but are overstamped with a valid telstra user's mobile number) is that that number then gets blocked. #telstrafail

@kellybakermedia @Telstra Oh same. First we removed packages, but they stayed. Now we've tried calling and again, no luck. So hard to find the time to actually call and when you do - it doesn't work!

@Telstra you totally suck at customer service. I have all my services with you and just wanted an eSim but you couldn’t make that happen through message, phone or in person. Walked a few steps to @Optus and it was all done in 10 minutes.

@Telstra Located cord for it yesterday so phone back on. V. Disappointed that he's expected to monitor the expiry on something he knows nothing about- telstra needs to have an alert on the systems to get it out &install before it stops-elderly& disability persons need support preventions!

Hey @Telstra do you have outages across mobile voice services? Unable to make calls - they just hang with no ring tone and do not connect on mobile. Also reported that incoming calls are diverting straight to v mail Data seems ok.
