@Telstra Hi Bek thank you,used the link and established that something was wrong and a technician is arriving on Thurs.Can't help but think that Telstra's service model is broken, after many hours via chat I only get a response when I complain publicly.Please bring back telephone support.

@Telstra nearly 3 hours on a chat, only to be told to call a service technician, where the wait time is over 45 mins, for an issue you guys have caused..? What a joke.

@Connundrum54 @Karonleahely They will probably for give the loan. It's a bit like the Gold watches at Telstra give for performance the CEO got SACKED ABC won't be doing that's. Lost in the balance sheet never to be paid. Taxpayer funded legal work for actions outside her ABC work. Nice little earner....

@Telstra Hi Tori no reference number as the only way of contacting Telstra for service issues is via chat. We have been greatly inconvenienced with 2 adults working from home and two children home schooling. We are on a 50 Mbps plan and currently getting between 3 and 12 Mbps.

so y'know how a month or so ago I said how my internet just cuts out randomly like every hour every night yeah it's doing it again, Telstra didn't fix anything 🙃
