@3AW693 hi, why is there total news suppression of the leak of mobile numbers from Telstra network providers? I've been receiving multiple scam text messages per day for 2 weeks and there is no end in sight. Friends and family report the same thing.

@Telstra Your business just keeps telling me someone will call me…. Then I get pushed from department to department.. then I get a service and go though the auto prompts to confirm the order. Then someone calls me from India to say they are cancelling the order because it is incorrect.

@JWakefield81 @OAustralian Yes you are right, altho I did read the article, I worded my tweet in error, it was because I had it in my head it was only Telstra customers on androids after talking to Telstra support. I apologise.

@HooblieWooblie @Aussie_BB @Telstra I just switched from internode. I never had problems with internode, just wanted faster speeds, for cheaper so I went with Aussie. No problems so far!

@HooblieWooblie @Aussie_BB @Telstra Been with them for years. Swear by them. I get notifications for planned and unplanned outages. If I contact them about issues with my POI they actually explain what the issue is if they've found the fault etc.

@Telstra Hi Lauren, I actually really appreciate/respect you responding here, unfortunately after spending 3 hours on live chat I have ended up moving to a new ISP. Telstra cannot provide a service that meets my requirements of 40mbps at a price that is competitive in the current market.

@Telstra Good job I've been with you long enough to be on a month to month contract, makes it easier to take my custom elsewhere, with better customer service.
