@redruby17 Strange I thought that was a very public way of life down under. All my colleagues in Telstra in the late 90s had that exact modus operandi

@Telstra can you help provide a proof of purchase so I can redeem a gift with purchase from Samsung? Your chat staff seem to be having issues with understanding this simple request

@Telstra Yes you did thank you. You offered to help disable it for me. My point is that I know how to disable it. I know how to because I keep doing it and you keep turning it back on. Why does it keep getting switched back on?

1 hour 20 minutes wait time to get through to Flybys. Get ******. Tried to do it online but wouldn't allow me to change my email address. Do companies actually think u have the one email address for life? 18 months after Telstra screwed me I'm still fixing up problems

I think the Apple & Starlink collab is going to be ******* fabulous. No more Telstra, no more AT&T, no more Verizon. No more telco companies who are ******* terrible at customer service.

@Telstra fail just so sick of ads that pretend to care when a request for help leaves you 45 minutes on hold and broken promises I bet shareholders appreciate the executives continuing to degrade service and customer loyalty

@Telstra - as my ISP, why don't you give warning of planned outages on @NBN_Australia? Isn't that part of the service provider role?

@Telstra I was told that they raised a NBN tech for 21/12/2021 @8AM . Then got message back an hour later saying that we don't need to be home for them to look at it. not sure if that means they found an issue elsewhere, hopefully they can sort it as need to tether to phone to do any work

@thebrickcleaner @VicRoads Like other companies. Telstra. Microsoft. Citibank etc. They claim that customer care is important but the reality is all that matters is profit...
