@Telstra Done. Telechoice complaint made. I have escalated the complaint beyond the TIO since they didn't manage to get you to fix the problem. Am now in communications with the Minister for Communications. Do you think that will be useful? Any chance you can fix this before Christmas?

@Telstra Feels like the only way I can get real support is through social media...? The people on the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful, my internet has been dropping 19-30% packets since Tuesday night, making certain sites unusable. Nothing wrong on my end.

@Telstra I visited Miranda shopping centre on Sunday. Couldn't believe data was so poor that the ServiceNSW app wouldn't work save for 1 store by entry. Notified today as casual contact from that 1 store. This feels negligent to not have fixed this so far into Covid @ServiceNSW
