I have asked the reseller to fix it many times It does seem to slowly be starting to behave like a normal phone service I tried a telstra reseller for a month but it was problematic too and sometimes refused to put calls through

@MaggieMacphers6 @DavidPocock Sorry for your loss. Sounds like the crap my mother went through to get my father's name off the phone bill with telstra. May I add we are longer with them. When things like this happen things should be in place for a quick and painless fix.

@asz_tee I was with #Medibank, #Optus (years ago too) and worked at Telstra 20 years ago. Your #Telstra employee codes (charlie/delta) are unique to the employee and never change. They're looking for anomalies with licence no's, employee no's, phone no's etc.

Hi @Telstra my internet is lousy (MIA last 3 days). You know I'm in a bad area, so why am I paying the same BMW city price for Mini Minor rural service? Yes I choose to live & work in the bush and can put up with 3rd rate service but must I pay exactly what Sydney customers pay?

I was told today by Telstra that I should be able to upgrade my home NBN connection to FTTP. 🤞🤞🤞 Better late than never. What a huge waste of time and money the LNP Fraudband has been. 😠

@SandyHorne61 Im going to assume you are FIbre to the Node. Not Fibre to the House. Used to get that problem when on FTTN and the old Telstra exchange pit had issues. Some of them so old they have asbestos cases so expensive to replace.

@Telstra even had a rep i was talking to try and talk about 5g in the town 40mins away , its like come on ... your trying to boast about 5g when i get probs 2g speeds on a 4g signal during the day
