How bad is Telstra for customer service? I call 132200 yesterday and spend 45 minutes on hold, when answered Jason is so rude and his supervisor refuses to speak with me! on hold 7 minutes for that bit. Today Telstra sends me a text to call 132200 and one of our people will help?

@HYP3RSTRIKE I think this is becoming standard, Telstra were the same. The only way around it is probably being a pre-paid customer and 2nd class citizen. The reality is that proper virtual cards cannot come soon enough with the impending joys of more and more services requiring it.

@HYP3RSTRIKE At the very least, PayTo SHOULD help fix a lot of these issues but ultimately Optus are not quick to adopt new technology and practices to the point where it's rough for me to say, Telstra and every other carrier is more worthy of your money now which is wild to say.

@Telstra been trying to log in to My Telstra for a couple of days. Keep getting “Something went wrong. Refresh or try again later”. No good. Here on holiday with pre-paid SIM. Need to track usage. Help please! Thanks

@Optus if your team, really care about a customer, they would ring back if phone was cut off be technical issues, obviously not.. @Telstra @Vodafone will be a better choice.

@TMDUpodcast @jimmyrees You can call 000 regardless of your reception. I know with Telstra it says emergency calls only where the bars would be. It might work underground. Only one way to find out 😬
