    @Telstra "..giving you clear information". You've already broken your word. No clear information has been given as to the cause. Software issue is not clear information. It is obfuscation. What *exactly* happened?

    @marquet_yvette Oh no! Watch your passwords, in your notes? Or easy to guess passwords? i set up passkeys to avoid using passwords, you register your fingerprint (passkey) harder to copy. All this happened around the Telstra outage. Telstra and Google acs were affected for me.

    Telstra also Charge the most for just a average amount of data...Than Any of the Telco Companies... Telstra is the Most Expensive. And at Slow download Speeds.. Turn this into a I hate Telstra thread I don't care..you can voice your dissgruntlements here..

    @Telstra You are the most expensive telco by far, when things go so badly wrong, compensation is expected. No network is perfect but when you go down nationwide we expect you to step up and show us you really understand the problems you caused people.

    My phone has dropped out 3 times mid conversation and I’ve had to reset my phone to be able to use it again since the @Telstra outage.

    @Naymmm_ @stupidtechtakes *actually the governments fault for whatever stupid reason, they forced Telstra/TPG/Optus to do these blanket bans on VoLTE capable devices if they weren’t sold locally for whatever reason
