MATT (@matty_mccabe1) reportedFee for no service. Why does @Telstra get away with charging you for a service that they don’t provide. Second month in a row, the internet goes down for several days. They waste 3 hours of your time blaming you, and the modem, before they check the network. #telstra

Jimmy James (@sandmanute) reported@Adam_and_EVs Mate you don’t listen. I have no other choice. It’s fast, reliable and simple to set up. My alternative is standing in a corner of paddock trying to get one bar of service on a phone. In the real world it’s so much better than any of the crap Telstra tried to get to work.

JimboDardy (@JimboDardy) reportedWill have to admit that calling the telstra workers **** did actually solve my issue and got the ball moving to fix the issue. Something oldschool foreign outsourced support would take serious and send in the big man to solve it. No I think if you tried that they'd extradite you to the others land to be put down.
-
calmingdown (@joey8bitz) reported@1WeakGuttedDog Boost or JBHIFI cheaper and on Telstra network. Real no brainer. Vodafone unreliable.

Luke hickey (@Lukehickey1i) reported@Telstra Your rewards and points website is down and won't load. Be better.
