@Telstra It’s obviously a continuation of whatever the issue was in the area the other day.
@Telstra Have been through the usual processes; multiple resets. Signal drop outs are the issue, not the hardware. The modem can’t hold a continuous NBN signal.

@Telstra U have left an elderly man with hi medical needs without an active service. Thus is wrong & u r dragging your feet
@Telstra Outage page says problem in area to be fixed now within 11 hours . That will make it 2 days without a connection . Having to use 4g to keep my family connected will prove costly ! Perhaps you could help in the next bill seeing I’m paying for something I’m not getting !
@Telstra @Telstra24x7 We’re experiencing continued NBN outages. Website says there’s no issue now, but was reflecting one yesterday. Impacting my work now.

@Telstra I have been told after each call I will receive a call back link and only relieved one from my first call on the 5/10. Told again last night I will receive one and tech support repeated the correct number back to me.
@Telstra I don't need to retrieve my login info, I can login to the telstra 24/7 via the app as well as log in via website/laptop. It just throws an error whenever I try add the $5 addon for one number
