@LucyTreloar @ACCAN_AU @Telstra_news Telstra needs to stand up and stop their carriage service used for spam. And lies At least we should be able to respond to the spammers and tell them what a bunch of pricks they are.

@RoadknightThe I had a speed issue similar to that and it turned out that I had a faulty socket at the connection point to the house. Took NBN and Telstra months to find it.

@truthseeker4216 We're near a polling booth which has had hundreds queueing for up to an hour, bored and on their phones. The same occurs during school holidays, long weekends and when the street festival is on. Telstra does nothing to fix this capacity problem.

@midlife_rant I laugh out land every time I hear the Telstra ad about local knowledge an why they are bringing their call centres back to Australia like they give a damn about their customers. I'm sure it has nothing to do with people switching in droves, even life long Telstra customers.

@Telstra It’s a moot point anyway - cannot sign in despite a dozen attempts by two of us. Wife is now calling instead.

Huge thanks @Telstra. Travelling overseas for the first time in 2.5years: 1. Intl roaming pass ($15/day) 2. Said pass doesn't work 3. Try Help desks: bot chat directs to call centre 4. Call Centre queue too big; directs to bot. 5. Call Centre now closed. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@xFaeryPrincessx @Pommster76 Thankyou for saying dropping out, that proves its more likely to be either a cabling issue inside the building or at the more extreme end a fault in NBNs side. So nothing on Telstra's side
