    @AlanBaxter I’m with Boost prepaid (they’re on the Telstra network) and I have no complaints; the service is great and there are loads of different recharge options.

    @NBN_Australia According to that link, which I’ve checked multiple times this past week, there are no issues. Unfortunately @Telstra are next to impossible to contact now because I would very much like to report it and get it sorted. I guess my next step is changing providers?

    @Telstra As per usual, telstra not caring about their customers again. No wonder why telatra shares have been such a flop for so long. Disappointing as I have been a customer for many years and already pay a high fee to be a customer and to be honest all the other sports don't interest me

    URGH, stomach filled with dread at the prospect of having to call Telstra about my grandmothers broadband service. Maybe I will be surprised ... maybe not. Fears of being on the line w them for over an hour are real...

    @Telstra @Telstra gave me 12 months free 2 @binge as a Gold reward then took it away & won't explain why or fix it. They ignore my messages and when they get to me they force me 2 explain everything then keep saying it's escalated bit no1 ever gets back to me? Like how hard is it to fix?
