Did they think I was contacting them for a fkn yarn about my dog? Worst customer service!

Guy came yesterday couldn’t finish it due to some issue. said Telstra would be out today to complete - no one has showed and no internet! My wife works from home and needs the internet urgently!! I was passed to some who does not respond. You called my wife today to check on the install. When she said we have problems, he hung up. Please someone fixit

Old modem was having speed issues anyway. Installed easily, on medium plan, works perfectly. Must be because it’s cable, I think.
