@_marty_k Apparently because it's a Telstra pit, the council can't touch it. But like, I have fallen into it, and no one seems to give a ****. And it's not like you can go around it, one side is an epic drop into someone's front yard, the other side is a power pole and the road

@Telstra @andy_penn @Leel06Lee This customer is clearly in distress. Direct telephone contact would seem to be a better and kinder way of dealing with the problem.

@Telstra @SpaceXStarlink Thanks but no. I guess thinking it could be better by paying more might help the very slow connection we have and make it just slow. But if it doesn't get better I will have to move on after 11 years.

@battle_waterloo @klaust1 @SarahMc_AEC We need to nationalise quite a few things. Telstra should never have been sold, in the first place. The banks can now rip us off, with impunity. Nationalise them and watch 'em like hawks. Same with our energy suppliers. Private schools should not be taxpayer-supported...

@paul__usher @Telstra Having the exact same problem. How did you resolve it? Level 2 told me to go to a store 😒

  • delmaclifton 💧Delma Clifton (@delmaclifton) reported

@Aitch_El @MifWhy Super will always go up and down but it mostly grows. But Telstra 2 shares are still.worth less than they were bought for 20 years ago.

@Telstra If only Telstra service was better. Not talking about coverage, talking about customer service. Having customers on phone for an hour waiting is awful service

  • tazbandicoot Tazbandicoot (@tazbandicoot) reported

@HandleComplaint @Telstra No unfortunately not, although I did get a call from them today apologising for the outage and that they were still unable to confirm when it would be fixed, in the meantime they are sending a new modem that will connect to mobile data free of charge

  • Leel06Lee Lynda Lee (@Leel06Lee) reported

@trevorlong do you have any tips as to how to get Telstra to actually look into a problem? They have just fobbed everyone off because their remote check doesn’t show an issue
