    I'm tired, I want to go to bed. Optus support sends me a message claiming their new agent is reading the conversation to understand what is happening. Then the agent asks questions that show they've no idea. Telstra support goes the other way and simply doesn't respond.

    @Telstra Yes I bought an esim a few weeks back and it took days to troubleshoot which started with "its on telstra's end, wait a bit" to "remove esim and try again" and then eventually ending it with putting the blame on me and I swore a bit. Woke up today and my mobile service isn't work

    @pencilportrait3 @Telstra Hate the arseholes. They charge you extra for a paper bill. I can get with a discount for choosing email but not with charging for sending a bill. I never miss paying a paper bill, but I get so much junk email i often miss email bills. And i wont let them direct debit.

    Thank you 'Wayne' from the @Telstra billing enquiry team today who fixed my 3 mth ongoing overcharging issue with change 2 NBN in under 20 mins compared to 2 previous calls totalling 2:45 hrs, where I was promised my account was corrected. #EfficientEffectiveCustomerService

    @GusWhyte We had the same issue with @Telstra for 10 days after Xmas. Only managed to get some sense from a Telstra tech after lodging a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman.
