@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia After years and years of being a "loyal" Telstra customer, I've switched to @AussieBroadband. First call to them to order NBN was total 9 minutes including wait time of <1 min with Dad jokes, not **** music. Great company. Truly customer focussed.

@craigreucassel @deniseshrivell ....said in a hushed voice ‘I used to work for Telstra’ when Visionstream was the thing. When I was retrenched (there is a goddess) I vowed never to have a direct service from Telstra. I chose a little startup fm WA, iiNet been with them 15+yrs, superb service, made them #2 here.

@SeanMaths4EAL @doobie72 @VicGovDHHS I never got my negative result in April i had to call Dorevitch direct to get. Their system said it was sent in time though. In this instance it was likely Telstra. Perhaps call the pathology rather than covid hotline as they were useless.

@Telstra totally get that, however now on day 6 of trying to rectify this problem and having spent close to 18 hours on the phone in the last two days, regardless of your ‘priorities’, we should’ve been able to resolve our outage.
