@justinrfield @firstdogonmoon @Telstra That is exactly why I left Telstra in 2005 and have never looked back.

  • azzanagas7 Azza Nagas (@azzanagas7) reported

It tells you it's for your benefit but the reality is @Telstra have cut what they spend on customer support by having less people available to help you. if I wanted to message, I'd email but I'd like an answer now, not when it's convenient for your overworked & underpaid staff

  • azzanagas7 Azza Nagas (@azzanagas7) reported

it took over 2 hours to complete would have been a 5-10 minute conversation with a @Telstra customer support member on the phone... Your new customer supports sucks worse than the previous one did you cheapskates.. get more staff & pay them better #telstrafail

@Telstra It’s a whole of service problem. After they test the line, fault is intermittent so sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. If it happens to work randomly, they assume it always works. They promised a text back which is an hour overdue. Last time they didn’t contact again. 1/2

  • nenieb Dr Jeannine Baker (@nenieb) reported

@_deeflorence It depends where you are - check the mobile coverage maps. We are very happy with Boost, which uses the entire Telstra network, but is a lot cheaper, and no contract.

  • Robert6420 Robert Tunn (@Robert6420) reported

@TelstraEnt I hope any issues are handled in Australia as the Telstra overseas call centre is absolutely abismal You might as well talk to the wall!

  • TheKennyDevine Kenny Devine (@TheKennyDevine) reported

@Telstra Hi Luke As I said previously, I'm not willing to share my personal details. I'm following the process I was told to follow by my case manager. Your call centre is telling people it's closed. I'm not sure why there isn't an easy fix to this? Is your call centre taking calls?

  • fuq_le Ho lee_fuq (@fuq_le) reported

@gmorg22 Same here, the pits all fill with water, Telstra and co don't care, not there network any more

  • Modikutta12 Modikutta (@Modikutta12) reported

@Telstra worst customer service . Bot all over the online enquiry .

  • ZypkRL Jack (@ZypkRL) reported

@Optus Hmm I don’t think “My service is with Telstra” is one of your listed faults... If Optus internet with FTTP is as good as the Chiefs are getting above, well maybe I’ll have to switch
