  • prasadhasan Prasad Hassan (@prasadhasan) reported

@andy_penn Sorry to say! Telstra has been very uncompetitive in many essential areas including protecting privacy, don't you think its shame giving Customer 1.5 GB speed in 2021, with frequent issues, that too during covid home working time.

  • IRFighter IR Fighter (@IRFighter) reported

@jriewolod @Telstra Hang on! Wasn’t there a Banking Royal Commission that uncovered fees for services charged where no service was provided? TELSTRA - audit your records - pay the full refund.

@Telstra I am fully aware that Twitter is a social media app. I don’t have anything to hide but you appear embarrassed by your service performance

  • TchhhTchhhh Marc de Cazanove (@TchhhTchhhh) reported

@jriewolod @Telstra No service, no equipment is a void contract. Therefore a TOTAL refund is due.

  • LisaHay92756018 Lisa Hayes (@LisaHay92756018) reported

@Telstra @jriewolod Not strange. 10 yrs back charged me for mths for subscription games I never used. Around $30 a mth for services I didn't use for 4 mths. Before fixed rate plans anyone who didn't check their bill could have been stung for hundreds of dollars a year for services they didn't use.

@coelho_roshan @jriewolod @Telstra Yes .. Telstra salespeople deliberately mislead and oversell .. then you have to spend 12 hours on the phone to the Philippines or India to get help 🙄
