@LoneVaultWander Being in one of the housing estates ruined by @Telstra due to their pair gain nightmare...I never even had proper internet...never had a squad. There is so much of the 2000s people took for granted I never had!

Ben Atkinson (@atko2430) reported from Diamond Beach, State of New South Wales
@telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

Gary collie (@royboygash) reported from Bruthen, State of Victoria
@billshortenmp Telstra are at it again they are going to off shore all their network design work scrapping all their Aussie contractors and destroying thousands of jobs where’s the fairness in that bill

@Telstra @andy_penn This is why Telstra’s profits continue to decline. You offer NO customer service. Reported issue 4 February & NOTHING done! Your 30min top up (as advertised) is misleading & deceptive conduct. Your oversees call centre staff are RUDE. @acccgovau @FinancialReview

Ben Atkinson (@atko2430) reported from Diamond Beach, State of New South Wales
@Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

Black Jack Hickey - LNP Stalker (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales
General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

Stacey Murray (@alfalfasocial) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra Angela please dont bother. This is a complete stuff up. I will leave it to the Ombudsman to fix. I have no faith in @Telstra .
