@Telstra Seriously... it does not matter when you fix it - all the tickets are sold out. All of them. Your best @telstra customers will not get tickets, you need to just suck it up and apologise for that, specifically.

@Telstra I haven’t been able to redeem @Telstra rewards points for a couple of months now. All your customer service can tell me is to not redeem them on Amazon gift cards as it is a known problem. I cannot redeem points on ANYTHING, I keep getting the 404 error message.
