@Telstra Sure have. Several times. As I’ve been told this is a “complex Level 3 WMO Tech issue” whatever that means customer service have no idea about the problem or how to solve it which makes it more frustrating

@Telstra @Telstra They're still calling! From a different Melbourne number every time. I'm unemployed and have applied for numerous jobs lately. I can't just ignore calls. I have to keep answering in case one is from an employer! This has been going on for years. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Telstra NBN service, Unexpected line outage (no dial tone) confirmed on your website but shouldn’t the wifi kick in to maintain internet services? (That’s why I had to get the new modem)

@darkhorizons $12 standard tickets (inc booking) with Telstra thanks, and a slow accrual of Cinebuzz points. Vmax is $3 more, but the local cinema's screen is actually bigger in the Standard auditorium
