  • justmaghookit Sea Horse Propaganda. (@justmaghookit) reported

@CMYKChuffy i switched to iprimus years ago cause of just how awful it was dealing with telstra, think they use the telstra infrastructure but at worst that just means they're bothering telstra for me. Customer service is mostly good, highly recommend

  • Orpheus631 Orpheus6 (@Orpheus631) reported

@Telstra fail just so sick of ads that pretend to care when a request for help leaves you 45 minutes on hold and broken promises I bet shareholders appreciate the executives continuing to degrade service and customer loyalty

  • thebrickcleaner Brett Keleher (@thebrickcleaner) reported

@dwilliamson931 @Telstra “Should have” Clyde North has 23 bars of 4G at best. Most times when working there you get no service at all. I’d hate to live there, completely forgotten

  • mattj_hughes Matthew Hughes (@mattj_hughes) reported

@Telstra Can you confirm if there is a issue in Torquay VIC 3228?

  • thebrickcleaner Brett Keleher (@thebrickcleaner) reported

@Telstra Send a DM for what? The no service is anywhere off Patersons Rd Clyde North!

  • Nibzeee Bruce Nibbs (@Nibzeee) reported

Funny how @Telstra didn’t want to resolve a complaint, or answer emails responding to them, but send one email to the telco ombudsman and they become receptive. Let’s see if they actually do anything or will it be the same “we’re here to help” which is in fact an oxymoron

  • NickEvershed Nick Evershed (@NickEvershed) reported

@Telstra 1) phone tries to use the network even when it's got no/little reception 2) phone doesn't recognise it is on wifi for wifi calling, even though it is clearly on wifi

  • NeelaJan Dr Neela Janakiramanan (@NeelaJan) reported

@JonathonMomsen The reason WA could do what they have done is because people in other states were doing the heavy lifting. It astounds me how little people seem to understand what’s required of others for them to pop down to Coles and buy a banana. Or to Telstra for a new phone.

  • Fannylumsden ***** Lumsden (@Fannylumsden) reported

Hey @telstra any reason the #toomansw valley phone service has been disappearing (I’m on satellite wifi) the past few weeks as we head into #fireseason?
