@Telstra I have never in my entire life seen such attitude from 'customer service'. Also claimed he was some quasi legal pro - and proceeded to tell me how @Telstra will counterfile for costs. And they will win! Although I hadn't suggested anything other than an incorrect plan reciept.

  • CactusCocktail Dr CactusCocktail (@CactusCocktail) reported

@GBocquee @Telstra It was pretty insane. Rude, smug, threatening and then didn't do what he said he did.

  • VacuousNess 💧 Vacuous the vaccinated. (@VacuousNess) reported

@Ericairns @Sal_of_Lourdes It’s not just Optus. I know some Telstra customers having issues this week

  • ThomKnepper Thom Knepper 汤姆 (@ThomKnepper) reported

@Telstra times. After, using my passport details 2 times and verifiying my email at least 4 times already... 10. After doing all that, I am finally on your network, sort of properly signed in on my laptop as the app just does not work because of bad design and programming.

  • TyGatti Ty Gatti 🏴‍☠️ (@TyGatti) reported

@Optus absolutely not... I'm taking that bullshit generic apology as your admission of fault. Sick of dealing with you lot. Been a ******* customer for over 10 years, I'm moving to @telstra.

  • botheredbynsw Cass (@botheredbynsw) reported

Anyone having trouble with their Telstra webmail?

  • chrisrauchle Chris Rauchle 克里斯 (@chrisrauchle) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@fictillius @swearyanthony You mean Telstra 5G in the airport tunnel? I reckon that phantom service has cost me several thousand dollars

  • CactusCocktail Dr CactusCocktail (@CactusCocktail) reported

@Telstra Dudes got a serious attitude problem. Not to mention acting on behalf of your legal counsel. Pro bono though, just a bit of moonlighting. Lol

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley Dewar Wealthy Woman (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

And when you realise that @Telstra is flagging a legitimate number calling me from @GoDaddy in Australia as SPAM. NOT HAPPY JAN. I had phoned them to complain that they never left me a message, decided to look into it, and phoned them back to say it's all down to Telstra.

  • AndrewRLP Andrew Ferguson (@AndrewRLP) reported

The NRL Telstra Premiership will play a game at Optus Stadium and will also contain a team sponsored by Vodafone. Yet Laurie Daley is a problem. ******* spare me.
