    @CourtneyLee_33 @suzanne_cass I’ve had Vodafone, Optus and Telstra in last 15yrs. Had that many connectivity and customer service issues with both Vodafone and Optus that I just went Telstra. Its far from perfect, but fewer hassles for me anyway. Think with the right plan there’s not much $ diff anymore.

    @car__ma__vie @suzanne_cass That's true. When I first went with Optus I had that much trouble with them it was awful. They'd sign me up for stupid spam texts and charge me for it even though I did NOT sign up willingly for these texts. I went through Optus, Vodafone and Telstra. I am with Telstra currently

    Hi @Telstra How do I do a hard reset of my Telstra TV box? It keeps freezing between changing from app to live TV and the pause / rewind live TV also freezes. I’ve unplugged the power but that’s no help.

    @NotAnAngryUXer @Telstra I tried moving a service a month back, and gave up after similar mess during the sales process. Still with Telstra for now 😞

    @Telstra Ongoing issue. Every day shift in the evening everything takes ages to load. Sometimes iMessages don’t work and get sent as a text message.

    @chrismclay @Telstra that is f*cken ridiculous. I tried sending a message through the app, it didn't work, like, literally, the button 'changes state' but nothing new loads, it stays on the same screen. So message window doesn't open. Are they all this bad?

    After being a @Telstra customer since 1971, have started migration away. I will not pay AUD $45 for my mobile per month when my new provider asks me for $12. Called at the roped of Chaddy store Friday, asked to wait 3 hours, not gonna happen. This major telco will NEVER LEARN.
