@Telstra It's FTTN, previously with Optus, speed was up and down but connection was solid. Since moving to Telstra continuously dropping out or not working. Green light will be solid but I'm suddenly disconnected from Internet or games.

@Telstra you guys have been sending my business double bills for a service we cancelled 7 months ago when we relocated & moved premises.Every months we have to spend hours on the phone trying to sort this out to be told it is & every month the same thing happens again.Sort it out

@Telstra @Telstra just thought I’d check back on this one. Still to this day no update, tracking number still not working, and once again, website stating the device I’ve ordered is in stock. What is going on here?
