    @Liam_Wagner @TPG_Telecom We got the same result. According to the Dailymail: Telstra, TPG & iiNet are down across the country. Possibly a cyber attack by China....( that last part is speculation)

    @Telstra Why did my order complete automatically, without my confirmation, porting my number over and losing my service with my previous provider. When I do not even have the phone/sim I ordered yet?

    Only @Telstra could make Jetstars customer service look good. 10 days, 7 consultants, 3 complaints managers and numerous Gold Member support interactions. All failing to do their job and fix my pre-order resulting in missing my pre-order bonus #telstra #fail #telstrasucks

    @Telstra I wish. I gave up at the 6 hour mark. And that is my second attempt. 10+ hours on IM over 2 days is not good use of my time. Both agents gave different info, neither could help. I just want to upgrade my plan

    Ok @Telstra I'll try this avenue before the TIO. Getting support on a business service is disgraceful. It's a month now. Incident INC000097213228, Case number 17638613.
