Got rid of Telstra and Foxtel and signed up with @TPG_Telecom and they have been awesome. Fixed the problem Telstra couldn’t/wouldn’t fix. Internet purring like a kitten. They have RANG ME 5 times to check how things are going and had an NBN tech out to my place within a week. 👍

Great service @Telstra Purchased 150GB mobile broadband data two days ago and I get a message from you today saying I'm almost out. Tried ringing you, was on hold for 15mins, then received an automated message "All circuits are busy" followed by disconnect.

@MilordsPrayer I had months of hassle with Telstra in 2013. Finally got results when the phone robot asked me to say the reason for my call and I said “Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman”. Never had a problem with them since.

@Telstra shocking service. Bought a prepaid SIM, activation confirmed but service isn’t working. Cant get any form of help (yes I have the app). Call centre closed on a Saturday apparently, can’t get an agent to msg with. Will switch to other carrier ASAP, have had enough!

Sorry: Boring Tweet. I'm with Optus, which is on the Telstra network, third day in a row of an issue under investigation rendering me unable to work. Frequent issues for the past 6 months - I need a better option for work, arguably an essential service.
