@Telstra See there is the problem. You don’t even bother to listen & understand. Ashlyn fixed it! Over the phone! While 25 hours of chatline BS didn’t. The chatline promised a real phone call this morning at 9, but still hasn’t delivered. You are a COMMUNICATION company???? NO??

@Telstra yeah i see that also on the outages website that it was planned, my guess its a Hardware upgrade? cause it went down i think last Friday afternoon
