I'm weighing what benefit there is in being a small business Telstra customer. Surely not having access to things like turning on roaming in the Telstra app - need to call to turn that on but personal customers can do it in the app

@Telstra Thanks Greg. I've been on hold for 10 minutes and counting already. Very rude man on the other end didn't even tell me he was going to put me on hold to do anything just cut the line. Very unprofessional and not the service expected from you.

@Telstra Can someone please help mI wanted to get a $30 prepaid recharge today. I tried multiple times but kept getting a message saying that the recharge was unsuccessful. I have just checked my bank and noticed that each time I tried, my account was debited to a total of $150.
