@Telstra 'Never ideal'? Seriously? You're the provider. MAKE them ideal - or at least equal to the rest of the developed world. 🙄 Don't even get me started on Netgear. I gave up trying to rectify those issues with your staff.

@Telstra It's still just as slow. It has been going on for years. We have tried satellite and that was worst. Tried 4G and that's not better where we live. We need a permanent solution.

@Telstra Well, as anticipated, it's 12.01pm and they didn't show up. That's despite me confirming two hours ago with your Gold Member Support via the app that they were coming.
