@Telstra I am in metro Sydney, NBN apparently still takes 4 weeks to get installed!! Have been chatting you in folks for last 4 days and every person comes with a different answer on backup options.Not very good customer service.#JustSayin

@ColdHeart_Prj @Telstra Oh... Yeah... That... Sigh... I had issues with Optus a few years ago when I met my wife. Her internet didn't work. After a month of back and forth, they finally realised the issue was on their end, and sent 6 months worth of refunds for lack of service to backdate

I've been an @Optus customer for over a decade. However, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. No customer service whatsoever. Their representatives will openly lie to you. Pathetic. @Telstra , here I come.

@chrismurphys @PCKJ3627 @Telstra Telstra service has gone from mediocre to bad. Under covid excuse to reduce humans taking calls. They tell you to go online but you get no help from those answering text system. I finally gave up. I’ll be moving in new year to someone else .
