@Telstra Many thanks for checking in Sheree, yes it’s back up but speeds are intermittent. Apparently there’s an infrastructure issue with the HFC cable in our cul de sac and a Telstra technician is scheduled to come out.

It’s been two years, hours upon hours stuck on hold listening to awful music, blatant disregard for my requests. I, the consumer, have been actively trying to resolve their billing issue for two years. For a communication company, @Telstra really do suck at communicating. 8/8
