My elderly parents have been @Telstra customers for 48 years, but still nothing being done to help them. On the same roundabout today as I was yesterday with messaging them. No reliable phone, both 89, one with dementia

@ArcusArmis *cough* telstra is **** they screw with peoples contracts when ever they can, they have the money to upgrade to a 200 tb/s system but they only stick with 26 tb/s cause they just want to keep the money

  • thinkforasec Matt Elsbury (@thinkforasec) reported

@Telstra I need help with 3 things, been on hold all morning on a call and am having a slow MyTelstra app convo with someone who seems to have trouble with English. One thing I need help with is organising wifi for new address... things don't improve very soon, I'll go elsewhere.

  • HaHaRiki Hariklia (@HaHaRiki) reported

The intermittent service has been going on since before Christmas. Send someone out to fix it! Today! They are helpless 89 year old people who have paid their @Telstra bills promptly for 48 years!!! One has dementia, the other a heart condition

  • ABlissedSecret Steve - GTS GM Via Patreon #TeamGrim (@ABlissedSecret) reported

@Telstra No contact at all, no call no email no SMS. I've normally had good service with Telstra but since the start of December last year I've been getting 0.2 Mbps speed can't do anything with that.

@BreakfastNews So can we all break the rules on terms and conditions of companies? . Cause I'll start with Telstra whom is putting up rates from Oct on an NBN service that we still deal with daily dropp outs or slow slow slow loading

Dear @andy_penn, my nbn service has now been down nearly 7 days. All I have is an INC # and no updates. Is this 'acceptable' customer service? .....#thoughtnot @Telstra @NBN_Australia

@Renzor__ @Telstra WiFi or Ethernet? You shouldn't have these issues if using an Ethernet cable
