    @EmmaH1123 We’re with southerphone and don’t have problems. I live in a regional town so everyone’s internet is meh, but they do good deals. We bundles all out comms in to one bill. They use the Telstra network so it like being w/ Telstra but not having to deal with their bullshit.

    I can't believe it's nearly been a month without an ETA on a fix from Telstra The irony they can spend big bucks on adverts claiming they have fast reliable wi-fi when the second it goes down they stuff you over for a month!

    @Telstra How about you do that now Emily? However I understand the local technicians have been forthcoming and honest about causes of performance issues, and as you point out, there hasnt been upgrading.

    @Telstra Telstra don't consider it a fault as stated before. Scott actually said "deteriorating mobile network coverage is not physically possible." It was at this point I knew the conversation was going nowhere.

    @telstra cable nbn has been down for 10 hours, Foxtel say the cable is down, Telstra outages say 'everything is fine' and 45 minutes on online support gets to "we'll monitor for 24hrs" :-(
