@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

@Telstra return to giving people help when they call 132000 or discount our bills for the absence of customer support

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

@dilemski @Telstra @Optus Actually make that 5 days. It’s been five loooooong days waiting for resolution.

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

  • Dannii_Taylor
Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, Victoria

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

  • Dannii_Taylor
Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, Victoria

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

  • Dannii_Taylor
Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@GregGibbo28 Was it a verbal threat on telstra app or did you lodge a complaint online with ombudsman?

@kitsonk @Optus My wife & I have Telstra broadband in Adelaide. The wifi router Telstra supplied also has mobile phone tower backup (4G?) for when nbn goes down. They also provided 4hr battery UPS to power wifi router & mobile mode link during mains outage. Ask Telstra if they can supply same 4u

@Telstra any outage issues in Melbourne (since 8pm last night) chatting to your call centre and they say yes but really our modem is dead. Just want a new modem!

  • jarodmellor
    TBOY_Jarod (@jarodmellor) reported

@Telstra Yes, the the tech team are the problem, no one has initiative, and are just read from a script. When you say the 2.4ghz wireless and 4g sim have died on the router but the internet is fine and they ask you to perform a speed test it's like talking to a child.

    Alexodia Lehtovaara (@Alexodia01) reported

@spikey_cat @Telstra True. You could just Imitate Gen Sherman in the southern us and burn down Telstra. Free Australia from their Tyranny through fire. Then cook the marshmellows instead of throwing them at telestra employees and make smores.

  • KitchenerMike
    Mike Kitchener (@KitchenerMike) reported

I think australia needs to abandon #Telstra completely. What a waste of funding. You buy a phone, use it for over a year, go to recharge it and they tell you, you must have stolen it. What a way to treat a 74yr old person? Someone who is relying on there service, to keep in ....

  • Iannotannoyed
Ian, not getting annoyed, much. (@Iannotannoyed) reported

@MsRebeccaRobins Yes. Telstra. There are so many alternatives with their help centres in Australia. Cheaper as well. Just change. If you don’t like it, change again.

@Telstra what a joke Australian company sending jobs overseas and making me do all the work when there is a fault and then unable to fix!! @2GB873 @9NewsAUS hate to think what disabled or pensioners have to do, because they expected me it change cables move furniture etc

  • jmmbailey1
    Jenny 🐨🐨 (@jmmbailey1) reported

@Telstra There is no outage...that's my point. The modem just stopped working. Anyway after an hour of chat they are sending a new modem

@TelstraEnt You know, because an iPhone 12 on Telstra is the only device and network carrier that can enable the scenario your ad was about. 🙄
