@Telstra Have now been given a date of 2nd March for service to be restored. If Telstra put that on the outages site it would save a lot of angry calls to your support team.

@NBN_Australia The provider is saturated with calls and is not taking any calls on. Surely as this is ten days since it was raised you can be a bit more proactive? Turns out my girlfriends knee is not broken but lack of Telstra coverage & NBN made a difficult situation terrible. World class!

@SirBAntMQ @Judith54Nunn Agree I’ve used the Ombudsman card ; works a treat. Helps if you can cite to Telstra your records of complaint calls as well, dates times etc. Fixed real fast.

@s_duvvuri @Telstra Yes I hear you. Well done India! Only recently had landline disconnected after forty + years as it wasn't used & I trusted our mobile service. Now realise mobile service can be severely downgraded & that's out of my control. 😕

@Judith54Nunn Yes thats the way they play…its NBN fault…ring them..no its telstra …been thjere done that…with a small company now …no trouble for 15 months since we got rid of one of the big players and whats more we get the full speed we pay for.

@Telstra Thanks Nat. No, just enough mobile signal to make phone calls would be nice. Telstra SM team lovely but can't do anything. Telstra tech online tried for hours this morning. Frustrating there's a tower just 6km away. Def trying to get landline reconnected as if it's 1999 again. 😕
