@FIRE_DownUnder Aldi prepaid mobile (on Telstra network) costs me $240 per year = only $20 per month. Unlimited calls & SMS, have never run out of data. I don't need a new phone, so I don't need an expensive plan.

@blakeway_luke @Telstra Oh yes same issue here but I had it even without using the App. Endless hours of explaining the issue to the support staff (phone, chat, email screenshots). Only got the promises of a call back, but never heard from @Telstra

I've been dreading the migration from telstra cable to NBN, figuring that it would be a big hassle, loss of service etc. Was seamless. Literally unplug the old telstra gear and plug in new gear. Change a couple of IP addresses and IJW.

Hello @Telstra how long does it take to get a response from a consultant on live chat. Started at 18:40 WST. Still nothing. Times out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Then I am supposed to start again. HELP
