    Feeling quite shocked and confronted by @Telstra treatment of Remote Indigenous Communities. As a bush school we are entering day 9 without any service and even after an emergency (that we couldn’t call for help) we still aren’t getting any solid support.

    @BrittMezher @Telstra They are the worst. I’ve almost had breakdowns dealing with their merry-go-round customer (lack of) service. In the end I give up and end up where you’ve got to today.

    Ridiculous day with @Telstra (a thread). For the last month I can only connect to wifi in the same room as my modem is. I called @Telstra technical support and now I cannot connect from anywhere. They said I need a new Modem. 1/n

    @Telstra Hi, I need help with switching from post paid plan to a pre paid one, I have tried 2 telstra stores, 132200, online chatbot and website, none of which helped, as per one store I may have purchased $30 Sim card wrongly which I did as per other store advice, help please!!

    Oh goody @telstra - I’ve been divorced for 8 years but you’ve just sent my ex husband my Telstra bill. Every phone call you clarify my email address and phone number. Still you manage to **** it up. #telstra sucks. Still. This bullshit with @telstra has been going on 10 mnths

    @cz_binance I learnt your exchange are thieves, that is what I learnt this last week. Also your customer service is worse than Telstra in Australia, which is known for being pathetic service. Keep up the good work liquidating and stealing from your clientele.
