@Telstra hey, my bro doesn’t receive any SMS one time codes when accessing that ridiculous app of yours. Trying to reset p/word, confirms ID, but never receives code via sms. Spent 3hrs trying to sort it for him via messaging & 132200 no luck. Nearest store is an hr away. Help!!

@Telstra Hi Brodie, problem is he can’t use the app because we don’t have a password for it, and can’t set it up because the app, website, etc send out SMS (or email if requested) & that takes us back to confirm ID & SMS one time code but the codes don’t arrive. We need to reset password
