@thespecialbka What a disgrace Telstra has become. Sacks workers to make it more efficient haha and has the network other rent off. Worst reception around and is now just a commercial business for selling stupid extras without the service.

@Telstra 9/3 had internet issue, an nbn tech attended, but at same time a guy ‘from Telstra’ also called to help. Pc compromised & bank card has been used for suspicious activity. Could be a fluke, just can’t believe the timing of the call. Hope it’s not an inside job.

@Telstra has good, reliable services (my personal exp) but their phone customer service is HORRIBLE. 1st call to open new acct took 2 hrs. Today, on hold 1h to try to complete internet installation, then got disconnected! And I’m supposed to call back? 😡🤷🏻 #customerservice

@Telstra internet down in mermaid beach & it’s not even a flood zone. Why cut us off to work here when there’s so much more to be done in affected areas?
