In remote Cape York, the only telecoms provider available to us is @Telstra. Low coverage is a huge issue for us - especially if we need to make emergency calls. Low coverage means the line often cuts out. What does that mean for remote Indig communities? Well:

So with the storm internet went down. With Telstra. "If you are experiencing outages visit help" ????? No fkn internet. Ring service " If you ring through the MyTelstraApo answered 4 times quicker." Why????? Then on call wait and disconnects. WTF Telstra

@Telstra Apparently there’s been interruptions to my service since November 8th 2021…. Ummmm okay? Why is it only affecting me now? I get no reception in my house and rely on wifi, how am I supposed to get anything done?
