    @Telstra - You can get SOMEONE to RING me about theses issues. I have NEVER Received the line speed you have promised & with the internet being down more this week than it has been up, I've had enough. Please arrange someone to REFUND my internet costs since moving to the NBN.

    @Telstra just letting you know haven't been able to message in my telstra app since 25 Jan...mid convo since Dec with no solution, now weeks can't even chat. Hard for those of us who work nights and can't call during your hours...did spend hours on phone too but need some sleep
