@andrewbogut @Telstra Dude! I was an NBN tech trouble shooter and I would have to call them for work. Worst to best Telstra Optus Belong-Telstra Everything in between IINet And by far the best was TPG for customer service. One client Janet Holmes a court spent 90 hours on the phone with Telstra.

@roller2426 I've long had enough too. My big complaint is that if you call almost any company to complain about something you get that ethnicity and can't understand a word their saying. Telstra, Medicare, they're all like that. I wish they'd stop it. Also, we need those jobs ourselves. 🙄

@Telstra Hey there is no signal inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre WA 6018. And if, it's very very poor. Customers are complaining a lot, eftpos drop outs. #Telstra

@Telstra Sure but that’s not an invoice. What happens when the auto-billing system debits double fees in error, or some other problem occurs? What notice will @Telstra customers have in order to rectify any problems

@robynbryant33 nearly forgot the other surreal bit. when i tried to report the "not my flat" fault. telstra told me i was not allowed to due to not being the account holder on the line i was calling from <the one in my home> and that my home had never had a phone line.

@robynbryant33 the best bit about the shared line farce was i had adsl <early adopter>, it continued to function perfectly throughout the whole process. even when telstra insisted the line had ceased to exist and in fact had never existed, again.
