If my internet doesn't get fixed in the next 24 hours I'm challenging Telstra to a duel. IT HASNT TURNED ON IN 4 DAYS I'VE PRESSED THE RESTART BUTTON LIKE 30 TIMES HOW DO THEY STILL THINK THAT WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM HOLY ****. THEY ARE STUPDIER THAN ME HOLY ****. SEND TECH PLZ.

@Telstra I get that and appreciate that but it’s been 2.5 hours and the problem isn’t solved. All I’m asking for is a technician to come out and connect two wires
@JacksonByrnes @Telstra 2/2 and continue to send bills, 5 times I’ve tried to cancel it and hasn’t been done yet, today I get a letter in the mail ‘FINAL NOTICE, if your outstanding bill is not paid you service will be suspended’. Halle-fu**ing-lujah about time!!
@JacksonByrnes @Telstra Ring up and cancel your service, not only will they not actually cancel it they will ask a million questions as to why you want to cancel it, then suggest talking to a tech to resolve the issues…all of which has been done over the past 18 months, then not actually cancel it 1/2
@Telstra Well it’s been 2 hours and I’m being told my connection is working perfectly even though it’s down and I’ve seen the cabling that is not connected so there is no way for me to even have a working internet connection

Hey @Telstra I’m struggling w an answer abt unlocking my phone. MyTelstra support giving me mixed answers. Please confirm if it says “no SIM restrictions” it means my phone unlocked and I don’t need to go back to a shop & pay $80 or $25 to unlock. Then I can put new SIM in
Telstra really needs to improve their customer service centre, it’s been 90 minutes and counting, and I’m still going through troubleshooting steps for the modem despite repeated mentions the wiring to the house being the issue
