Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • tc50730 TC50730 (@tc50730) reported

The supermarkets (Coles & Ww & 711) are getting crazy on multiple fronts. Some crossover into fuel and other. Even Telstra and Origin who are basic service providers, are inundating customers with promotion deals. I'm surprised this is even tolerated by governments.

Telstra: Ref- 46502843 Jefferson online agent was amazing and solved my problem promptly

  • AviOrski AvSteR (@AviOrski) reported

@NBN_Australia @n_c_oz Let’s be clear - what is the team doing? If 2 properties are the issue for so many why aren’t you just disconnecting them from the network? 10s if not 100s of homes and families are impacted for almost 2 weeks! Please escalate further! @Telstra

  • paulsnedden Paul Snedden (@paulsnedden) reported

.@Telstra I was promised a return phone call within the hour on Tuesday to escalate a billing issue, but I'm still waiting. #NotHappyJan

anyone else watch kayo on a telstra TV and sound just randomly goes up and down

  • ItsDoonby Dom (@ItsDoonby) reported

@Jaywalking_rn @freud_schaden I think telstra and commbank have been generally successful. Privatising natural monopolies for a short run sugar hit of cash is immensely stupid though

  • profsivanes Sivanes Phillipson (@profsivanes) reported

@Telstra Hey Telstra, NBN cancelled the appointment and you guys didn’t bother telling us! We had to chase it up! 1 week no internet no solution and nothing nada zero from telstra

  • banji_007 Anirban Banerjee (@banji_007) reported

@Telstra your network sucks.I'm facing this issue for many days. Most of the times when I leave from home/office and get disconnected from home/office wifi and enter the streets , the mobile network and data network just disconnects and not able to reconnect to Telstra network.

@paws101 @Telstra I didn’t check but assume the link goes to a fake NAB site that because it a “hardship” site you have to put in yr bank details which they then use to siphon the money. The challenge is that @Telstra is a party to this fraud commited using its network. Happens way too often.

Competition works! Current: Optus, $30/m, no 5g Tried Telstra 5G, $89 @ 300Gb, $60 @ 65Gb. Asked but nothing cheaper so cancelled MATE, my ISP (50Mbps @ $69/m) offered 5g on Testra network for $45 with $10 off NBN bundle. So net increase is $5 per month for 60Gb/m on 5g 👍
