Still deathly silence from @Telstra on the "better" chat tool. Hey @andy_penn are you proud of your level of customer service? You should be ashamed of yourself. #telstrasucks

  • vmainard Vicki Mainard 🇦🇺🕹🏀🐈 Scomo is my PM. (@vmainard) reported

@Cliffy11 @tchaypo @FatherBob It does sound like something Telstra would do. Nothing would surprise me if that were the case. Left them 5 years ago thanks to their ********* customer service.

  • AngelaSlatter Angela Slatter (@AngelaSlatter) reported

Internet not working again. Another 40 min call with @Telstra then the call drops out. Still waiting on a return call ten minutes later. Went through this all on Sunday.

  • danwarne 𝔻𝕒𝕟 𝕎𝕒𝕣𝕟𝕖 (@danwarne) reported

@Telstra It means that the wifi network name gets reset back to the factory default name printed on the label under the modem. My guess is that the engineers testing the remote firmware update never tested with a custom wifi network name.

  • Leighlo Leigh :) Stark (@Leighlo) reported

@danwarne @Telstra Alternatively Dan, just use the Telstra modem and a different network device. I used to use the Smart Modem with Google WiFi, and shut off the WiFi on Telstra's.

  • danwarne 𝔻𝕒𝕟 𝕎𝕒𝕣𝕟𝕖 (@danwarne) reported

@Telstra I have not asked support about it because it’s nothing that I’m doing — it happens when Telstra remotely updates the firmware

  • Jhxbi Jhobi (@Jhxbi) reported

@Telstra Shut ******** up and fix your **** wifi and service you moronic walking floppers

  • YakYakkety Yakkety Yak (@YakYakkety) reported

@Telstra I last used my account in October 2020. I have spoken with you on many occasions to close the account which is in credit for $51.45 and you send me another bill to confirm this! WTF 🤬

  • ants000 Anthony Eales (@ants000) reported

I had something to sort out on my grandparents' Aussie Broadband NBN connection and I got through to Aussie customer support within a minute. Issue was resolved within 17 minutes. You wouldn't be able to get through at all with Telstra. My Nan is now with @ALDIAustralia Mobile.

  • SatanzOutlaw Outlaw - WatchGulfCity - (@SatanzOutlaw) reported

@Telstra @kity_katz Yo you cut my service for last 2 days and almost got me fired. I have no overdue bills or anything. 2nd time this has happened. PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE. Your app doesn't have a Telstra screwed up again option
