@LesStonehouse @Optus Me too... it’s horrendous... in parts of Qld you have no option but to go with Telstra. threaten ombudsman... but change provider...I go for days without service. I‘m changing provider.

@Telstra Yes... over and over again. They said they would call me. But they haven't. With the level of competence I witnessed. They probably tried to call the device that isnt picking up the network instead of the alternative number i provided

@Telstra Moreover sad to say that 10 years ago, my home phone, internet and two mobiles were Telstra. Now, only this service left with Telstra.

@Telstra @DonERiQ One click of a button and Telstra can see quickly that his same device/IMEI connected perfectly 48 hours ago. Suddenly it doesn’t work. Outage checker shows no outages. It’s not even connected to the same “issue” database that Tori uses.

@Telstra I have said this to the customer service rep.. but they just keep repeating themselves over and over again. Turn it off.. reset network settings Switch sims. I tried a vodafone sim card on my phone and it worked perfectly fine
