3/3 @Telstra so they asked me for my details again after I told them I needed it by Monday as I will be away and since my phone is playing up and I’ll be in the bush, on my own, I needed to make sure I had service and an operating phone. My phone started playing up 3 weeks ago.

@fuzzi_mcapples @JimMolan Mobile 'blackspots' at that stage were eliminated according to 'market forces' because we still had a universal national PHONE NETWORK provided by Telstra that DIDN'T FAIL from power outages or flood. The LNP's refusal to use FTTP NBN created the dependency on mobile networks

@MrTimCallanan @Telstra Had a decent chuckle with this one. My Telstra modem also has 4G backup but reception is flakey, to the point where the last outage I disabled cellular on it

@Telstra This is bullshit.I've waited a month.they say they call but I have not had 1 missed call or voice message, can you not see the chain of events.Ican't believe the lack of effort to contact a 20 year + customer. Telstra hasn't even contacted me to discuss the ombudsman complaint!
