@LusciousLani @Optus so for mobile I used Boost now (excellent part of Telstra network retail not whole sale) Internet superloop excellent no no drop outs - Got rid of Aussie Broadband after they blamed my drops outs on there network issues. I have had hassle free services now.

  • zep31337 zep31337 (@zep31337) reported

Since the @Optus hack my work emails have been haywired. Lets just say @Telstra I would like an infringement placed on Optus for what's happened as well, they had more then enough time to fix the problem and offer the peoples money back or compo. Out of time.

@sokitomi Looking forward to a starlink or similar on mobile phone and get rid of Telstra and other providers all together go sat for the bush is the only option I think moving forward sick of Telstra and sick of paying for **** and buying boosters that are just as ****

  • edmundpelgen edmundpelgen (@edmundpelgen) reported

Hey @Telstra stop understaffing your retail outlets. You lost me as a customer today. Four hour waits at retail stores for simple service fixes is unacceptable. An Apple Store with hundreds of customers can sell me a MacBook in 15 minutes.

  • GribbleRC Rod Gribble (@GribbleRC) reported

@sokitomi If you've had the glorious frustration of dealing with Telstra "customer service" ........ you'd already know the answer to the question. As your star employee quite often says: "no ***** given"

  • Appit15 Appit (@Appit15) reported

@paintsandsings @MichaelWestBiz @PwC_AU Unfortunately its become commonplace in all sectors. The worst I've found, so far, is Telstra and their online form. Very hard to get past, I'm NOT a customer, I don't want to download an App, I don't have a no. etc! I was reporting a broken manhole.

  • chriscowa Chrisco (@chriscowa) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@telstra hey i am trying to pay a bill but your online service not working. Also I tried to set up direct debit.

  • Katzo60 Alan Katzmann (@Katzo60) reported

@Telstra My Foxtel service from @telstra has been restored after I waited on the phone for 75 minutes for that to happen. The decision to disconnect me last night, made without authorisation or valid reason, has not led, as far as I know, to any change in policy to prevent a repeat.

  • Matt_Tulk Matt_Tulk (@Matt_Tulk) reported

@LusciousLani @Optus Yeah you should be able to get out easy and like I do not like Telstra but I never call Boost I have a pre paid yearly plan and I just use it and get on with life.

@theprojecttv The problem here is not the bank.. it’s the mobile service provider.. they can easily stop the spoofing of the message thread, they (Telstra) have defused for years .. and worse it’s *simple* to stop!
