Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@Telstra Thanks, for your logs the telstra mobiles are showing up "no service" so not even SOS is available. And most people in Birdsville don't have a landline anymore.

@Telstra Now things can go wrong. That’s life. And in a big company there can be lost communications. But, in two months, Telstra help desk have never honoured any of their commitments. Not one. And they have made plenty.

@Judith54Nunn It’s always Telstra’s fault even when they lie or have no clue what the problem is. I think that’s the direct narrative from their playbook “We can find no problem from our company” is really “We have no idea if we are at fault or not”.
