    Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

    @lucysugerman I have ANDROID, and I'm Quite Happy With It. I've never had a iPhone, or other APPLE Device. The only APPLE Product that I have is iTunes. I use TELSTRA Pre-Paid.

    I have never experienced anything like the abysmal customer service as I am now with #telstra Moved house. Ordered the internet at new address 2 weeks before we needed it. “It should work”. It didnt work. Countless calls including calls waiting so long that Telstra hung up on

    @Telstra Mobile data, calls & SMS are all an issue... and its the same case for anyone with Telstra living down here. There are thousands of homes dealing with the same poor service. Why has this not been fixed - its been like this for years - the Illawarra is HUGE LGA. What’s going on?

    @D_Keating Not in the CBD, but Telstra were working on the Mobile Network at Jimboomba, and there was no mobile data for a couple of days.

    @BuzzOCE Yeah man I tried to leave Optus due to a work phone was with them which was also my personal phone, so I tried to get with telstra and they said I had to pay 1500 to get off the plan even though it stated in my bill it was month to month. I hate Optus will never go with them.
