    Marian's brand new Samsung Galaxy S eleventy wouldn't talk to our wifi. Phone - Optus Shop, "send it to manufacturer" Router - Telstra, gave up after 90 mins on hold. Sorted it after 2 days with no help from either. How do non tech people cope with this appalling service?

    Hey @andy_penn, the @telstra messenger service you are using for small business because no one will take calls now, they can't see the conversations by previous agents which are masked. I've spent 5 hours over 2 days trying to correct a mistake made by someone in a Telstra shop.

    @Telstra I have been trying to get a Telstra ID. The activation email or SMS has not come through after several attempts. Secure chat has not been helpful, help chat on the My Telstra app hasn’t helped and the call centre has a 60 min wait time. Suggestions?

    @GrogsGamut @Telstra Its very odd, nearly every other company has improved their online & phone support, using a variety of approaches, since Covid hit. @Telstra is the only one I know of that simply abandoned their customers once Covid hit. Hard to believe they found a way to do more damage to brand
