@Telstra Thanks Zak. Bloody hell, that's impressive that you got back to me this quick. Don't expect much service these days. I'm sure you understand.

@mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

Oh good, but dependent on how much Telstra lock it down.

@Narty007 Morning Narty. So many people hate Telstra, well I’m so glad I’m with them. I have never had any major issues with Telstra, maybe I’ve just been lucky.

  • The9573rdGuy The 9573rd Guy maybe (@The9573rdGuy) reported

Ps @Telstra fix that old ***** *** wipe you call the smart router 3. That thing can’t hold a stable connection to any wifi 5 2.4ghz connection like y’know basically every smart device! It really can be that hard!

  • EdHore Ed **** (@EdHore) reported

@Telstra Billing. Systems don't work. And I'm shock of it. We paid for Telstra to exist. We didn't sell you to your awful over lords. You need to fix your systems

  • DrVictoriaClout Victoria Clout (@DrVictoriaClout) reported

@drdavebond @Optus I got a #databreach email too and today I noticed 4 fraudulent transactions on my credit card. Could be related to the #databreach. I switched to Telstra in March this year due to poor customer service.

  • tezlefty Terry Constanti (@tezlefty) reported

@DrKate_Miller @emmaandollie @Optus I changed from Optus when their customer service dropped. Then swapped to newbie disrupts after Telstra also unhelpful when I needed help. Recommend Aussie Broadband for internet & bundles or Exetel for low cost mobiles. Both use Telstra and NBN networks .

  • The9573rdGuy The 9573rd Guy maybe (@The9573rdGuy) reported

And holy @Telstra have you thought that maybe a renamed piece of used toilet paper wouldn’t make a good router. The Smart Router 3 can’t hold a wifi 5 2.4ghz signal. Meaning no smart devices work. Do maybe @Optus would actually work.

@PeterVallois @SBSNews #Telstra too would be stupid not to be looking over its shoulder in this regard !
