  @sydney_ev Actually it has been failing across remote Australia for decades. Telstra has unreliable network coverage as the middle of Australia can not have enough sunshine for their solar for days.

  Just been asked to complete an oxymoron. A Telstra customer satisfaction survey. Reminded me of a 1980s Telecom survey that found customers hated them, leads to a management recommendation to educate customers…(who they called “subscribers”)

  @DumbFoxFurry Every single carrier is so *** telstra pre paid costs your kidney for a 7 day recharge optus is Optus and vodafone has garbage coverage in my experience

  Funny how Telstra says they don’t have a monopoly… Yet every emergency service, farm, mine, truckie, and regional business is forced onto their network. If everyone must use one provider, that’s a monopoly.

  @pelli_69 @Optus @Telstra I was with them for years, then went straight to Aussie Broadband! One of the many benefits is that it has Aussie call centres & tech support.
