    Since I switched to @Telstra my iPhone sends every text message 4 times, and it takes a few minutes for a message to send. Have googled like crazy but no solution. Never happened on old provider. Have cleared out msgs, reset network settings. Anyone had similar? 😭

    What happened to your customer service @Telstra ... Got a new nbn connection and I was confirmed upload speed for premium plan as 50mbps but after getting the connection I am being told that the plan has only 20mbps.. Trying to resolve for 2 days no luck... help loyal@customer

    @Telstra I’m still not able to pair my Apple Watch on my plan. It’s saying my service ID isn’t linked. I left Telstra because of this issue and now it’s still happening
