    @andy_penn Just letting you know that our internet is down and we’ve gone without customer service all day today. This is despite using the message app, multiple phone calls and Twitter DMs. The problem remains and @Telstra is totally unreachable. It’s not right.

    oh and your on hold music is **** and starting to drive me crazy @Telstra Nothing like making an angry customer even more angry by leaving them on hold and playing the same 4 **** music over and over and over and over again

    @acccgovau I live on the Gold Coast and the NBN has dropped out for the second time in the past month. No explanation from @Telstra and no customer service available. We pay for the service and get no help in return. What would you advise us to do?

    @stationmum101 My wife has similar experience over and over. Update your billing email address and no problem Mind you its not centrelink that is our issue it is telstra. I fixed it today with one call

    Called @Telstra twice today. Got through after an hour long wait and was immediately disconnected. This happened twice. Still no response through the message app or Twitter. An entire day without customer service. Internet is still down. @acccgovau
