@Telstra I have written, admissible, evidence clearly demonstrating fraud and deception by Telstra employees, and by virtue of holding out, Telstra. Will send DM though as this needs a resolution.

He left and I heard nothing more from ISP or Telstra. Eventually got onto Telstra. Their notes said the homeowner (me) did not want Telstra to do the job so the order was cancelled! How bizarre and absurd. 5 years later, I still have no NBN, but an Optus wireless service.

I have installed it as the business Internet on Tipperary. It works a beaut. I am wondering what happens when it doesn't work, although we could never get any help from Telstra anyway. Our Internet speed has gone from 2mbs to 204mbs.

Hey @Telstra, I’m a long time customer with multiple services and frankly not feeling the love. I am wanting to switch internet plans to take advantage of the new Kayo offering. I’ve been told can’t do as I’m not new. What happened to looking after your existing customers?

@markhumphries Just checking - is there already one of the NBN 'black boxes' at the property? This needs to have been previously installed before an internet service can be provided by Telstra, Optus etc
