Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@Zuckles @Telstra Why would you send it back to them? I have like 7 routers here from Optus because my **** wasn't working right. Not only did I remand a new one each time. I never paid for them either.

Has @Telstra entirely given up allowing customers to speak to human beings? Wasting my day trying to get someone to have a conversation with me. Unbelievably terrible service.

@Telstra Come to think of it - idea to take back to the product teams and managers, have the call settings manageable from the Telstra smart modems themselves. And make it that you have to login to the modem first, like you would to adjust wifi settings and use 2fa to confirm

@Telstra I DID keep it open last night - they never answered. What happened to dealing with a customer in the manner that THEY prefer? Why can I simply not speak with a human on the phone who can investigate WHY THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND HAPPENING?
