    CHOWN Form completed 16/1/2021 and emailed. Confirmation it was received and would take 14 business day to complete, still not complete! 10 followup contacts we’re still processing! #noservice @Telstra on Gold Member Support!

    Terrible service @Telstra - I tried to port my number in Telstra using a 150$ voucher , the porting failed!! It never happened before, so much for premium service, lost my number ultimately!! The porting froze and no one can help! #donotswitchtotelstra

    @RedFiddler I use Aldi - for phone and all data, hotspot to tablet, computer, TV, etc. Can buy package to suit your needs, it runs on the Telstra network. Have used it for some years and am really happy with it.

    @abcnews From the experience I had at a telstra shop, I am not surprised at all. We went in there to replace a broken phone and ended up signing a contract for 2 latest model even mine was only 1 year old. The high pressure sale & lack of clear explanation left me very unimpressed

    I spend $8k pa with @Telstra through a combo of internet, business phone and family phones. Have done since 2000. Yesterday at 430pm they cut all services - I'd accidentally underpaid my $650 bill by $140. No warning at all. Paid the 140 @ 5pm. >15 hrs later? No service.
