  @Telstra I pay for Norton VPN. As a Telstra customer for decades and supposedly on a ‘secure network’ why then when I check on my IPhone/IPad does Apple advise me my network is ‘Weak security’.

  @Apple @telstra… so far you have both failed to help me secure my photos. Failed to help get back my identity. Today telling me you can’t secure it ever because they changed the id email, and yesterday the phone number. It’s appalling. Just shut it down!

  Looking forward to another day of @Telstra not being able to support their own customers when issues arise. So far wasted 2 days, was told I would get a call back and still waiting. How hard can it be? 🤔 next step ombudsman.
