@Telstra I had DMd previously over the past 1 year. When does the BS end? Stop it with the games. If you were capable of fixing the issue Telstra would have fixed long ago. You just string customers along with lies & incompetence. Time to leave.

@Telstra I keep hoping for a ****-storm of accountability and some monetary compensation for me while maintaining confidentiality - but I won't be holding my breath in this environment infused with foreign interference and corruption. Devil inside.

@Telstra Reaching out means hours upon hours of waiting only to be hung up on by tech support who forget they cut all lines of communication VOIP off, when they say they're just going to quickly PUT ME ON HOLD while they reset something. They don't ring back. They don't fix the issue.

@Telstra Hi Quinn, thanks for your concern. I have already lodged a complaint. I am normally a happy Telstra customer, this is a one-off case. I managed to turn my phone on by pressing the power button even the screen flashed back to a spinning wheel again and again

Is it true that (while I have existing services) that I have to go into a @Telstra store to confirm a credit check with a new mobile broadband service? I have submitted both license and Medicare ID and I still have to go in store? I can’t believe it. It’s 2022

@Telstra Thanks Michelle, unfortunately it still doesn’t work, but it seems to be a combination of handset software and opaque network implementation details that I’m not sure are solvable for a single end-user. Hopefully one day there will be a proper 3GP standard for LTE Voice.
