    @Telstra Thanks. It would be really good if you could escalate it, ask gor a case manager for all of the affected Telstra customers. We are all reporting the same problem, doing the same dance, as individuals We all know it is a NBN system prob NOT our home modems Optus great Telstra NOt

    If you're wondering how bad Vodafone is, I haven't had an internet connection since 9am, even at Mildura I'm Roaming. I get calls but no internet. When I'm not on WiFi, I'm hotspotting off a telstra sim

    "Keep your number or get a new one You can choose to keep your existing number or get a new one assigned to you in the online checkout." Nope wasted 3.5 hours with this. I with @Telstra wasn't the only service that covers majority of the Kimberley. I'd certainly be changing.

    @IaenCordell If they are anything like my experience with Telstra, they won’t admit there’s any problem while there’s an outage. But tomorrow they will tell you all about what went wrong yesterday.

    @Telstra That is THIS outage. The problem is the frequency and duration of outages in Bonnet Bay over the past 18 months or so. It is like Groundhog Day.

    @telstra why did you change the payment system for mobile phones? Why do we need to login with a password? Obviously so enjoyable to keep track. And your positive feedback form ran into a problem so I can't use it. Please restore Pay now.

    On chat with @Telstra Support. Thhe last couple of times I'd used it has been great - But this time I've had to confirm a couple of times what I'm asking for (Upgrading to a new plan and device for a paid off contract that has 2 days left on it)

    @Telstra The issue is that the whole suburb is affected We need a Telstra Case Manager to a) advocate with NBN b) liaise with ALL affected customers c) stop dealing with us individually with NO consistent information or advice
