Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@NBN_Australia Have been on the phone to few different Telstra operators since this morning. Apparently @NBN_Australia is cancelling our appointment with them stating our internet is working. It’s NOT working.

@peterwalker58 @MikeCarlton01 Or standard operating procedure, bank sends an SMS code to verify a credit transaction while overseas... I never roam on a Telstra prepaid and have a foreign SIM. I note Singapore Airlines allows you to WhatsApp these texts, much smarter.

So @Apple no longer includes a charger with new phones, & @Telstra forces customers to pay ONLY via direct debit on a fixed date, removing customer control, ownership, & ability to budget. Owning a phone that will cease working in 2 years is a **** show.

@Telstra @em_pty_7 Stop trying to pass the buck. There’s about 50 telstra users in a local Facebook group for that area ALL complaining of problems since last night. I know you love to blame the user, but you’re the ones with the issue.

@Telstra having a major issue with 5g speed ever since data plan has been increased. Why has the quality dropped so significantly? This is not adequate. Am definitely in a 5g coverage area. Please advise!
