Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@RoMa90 @simonhill1894 Would be the end of A-League. Optus having rights excludes the majority of the population which is the problem. If you have Telstra or anything but Optus internet, pay for Fox if you like other sports, then you don’t pay for Optus to watch it buffer. Optus World Cup disgraceful

switched to @Telstra yesterday and already regretting. Phone wouldn't switch over for more than 48 hours, then it worked for a few hours, now sim is again "not registered on the network". Can not get any tech help, not via 24x7 and not via phone. Can not create ID. Stuck. Help!!

@Telstra 6 business days in to getting a faulty NBN internet fixed. Incompetent NBN technicians sent out 4 business days ago to fix issue, left because they didn’t know where the street node is. Seriously what training?? Still waiting, three people working from home...

@NBN_Australia Infact the issue is with the leading. Conduit is provided between the junction box and building wall. A technician need to pull the cable and connect home network with junction box. Not sure whether this has to be done by Telstra or NBN

@Runecraftings oh no i live in a pr well established suburb in perth, legit next door to a transfer node (which im pr sure is for nbn but u know, my nbn is still bad) and im less than 5km from an exchange, and just under 2km from the nearest shop which is like??? ty telstra smh
