    @thePuntRdEnd @Telstra Haha. Yeah, very little has changed since this conversation. In fact, it's worse! They have pulled the 5G home service without advising customers but were still happy to take the money. What a surprise!

    @D_LittleproudMP Why don't you point the finger at were the problem started, John Howard's privatisation of Telstra and bringing in competition. Now no one is responsible and companies not interested in unprofitable services. The funding of regional services was done from the profitable areas.

    @Bumflufftornado @Telstra Do you still have to pay if the tech finds the fault is on their end? With my AussieBB issues I finally surrendered to possibly paying for the callout, and being told "it's never the DPU", but sure enough the pit was flooded and my line to the DPU was stripped of insulation!

    @TelstraAU As a current NBN customer, why am I told I have to wait 7-10 days to be connected at my new property in a 10 yo building because Telstra hasn't an ID for my apartment and needs a 'feedback form' and to verify it? Is this the Wild West?

    @KimVivin1 @tappo66 @Telstra They fix it by doing the bare minimum, if you involved the ombudsman they would have to fix the problem not just the symptoms. It’s keeping you quiet
