@DavidTruscott @Telstra I‘m dumping #Telstra after 30 years.... prices going up, customer service is down, discounts & deals only for new customers, 5G only for high end plans. Other carriers offer more for less. Telstra needs complete restructure & new board. It’s dead as it is. #KODAK

@Telstra C'mon Ivan, follow the thread. The original tweet was from Friday where the outage checker showed no interruption 4 CC, while there was an issue & the outage checker for North Star showed that mobile was out in CC. The information was erroneous and not accurate.

@Zuna08310320 @Telstra Same issue. I've twice been taken through all the "have you tried this" steps, promised that the "back of house team" will be in contact, and heard nothing. I wanted to get it working so that I could go paperless billing. Now they've announced they're stopping paper bills.

@Telstra They’re functionally indistinguishable from unsolicited marketing messages. It’s an Olympic level of mental gymnastics to frame them as anything remotely resembling a critical public message warranting unfettered command of a customer’s immediate attention.

@NannanBay @Telstra And like @Optus they well blame you the #customer, each staff giving different answers, staff giving answers not related to the situation, staff promised to do something to fix it but end up doing nothing, staff don't read customers messages, etc
