    @Telstra the internet isn’t working it’s been like this for 24 hrs make it a priority to actually help people and fix stuff don’t let me wait on the phone for 2hrs for the customer service to be fair it sucks

    @Telstra is it normal for your online chat support agents to just... leave? I saw someone start typing half an hour ago but then they appear to have thought better of actually trying to help me out with my issue and just left instead.

    The ADSL has dropped out across our whole village. Everyone not on the NBN has no internet. @Telstra have confirmed the outage and say it will be fixed by 7pm on December 29th. 11 days! What the hell!? How the hell is that any kind of acceptable response!?

    @FreedomCycliste @Telstra Never call Sue. Use LiveChat, it’s a messaging system on their site. It’s instant with transcripts. But never call. That’s an express journey to frustration and despair that @Telstra have no interest in addressing.

    “Messaging is like texting a friend” @Telstra says. They’re right. It’s like texting that one friend that has seen your message and decides not to reply until he feels like it, which is usually when he needs to borrow some money, which you know he’ll never pay back #infuriating
