@somewherein84 We left @Telstra the day @Optus came to our area after I got billed for 800 texts in a month to a American number at 50cents each. I have never known anyone in America, ever, still don't. And never had another charge for a message to America in 15-17years since.

  • T____R Mad Hatters Party (@T____R) reported

@somewherein84 Every month I get a bill and a credit from @Telstra due to an issue in 2015. Apparently it was too hard to fix the original problem so they just automatically issue a bill and credit.

  • deanprocter flying shiny toaster ☘️🎗 (@deanprocter) reported

@somewherein84 @suthernx Clearly 'speaking to people' isn't part of the Telstra core business offering. If we didn't have such a shonky network system an actual competitor might embrace that.

  • natchap99 Natalie Chapman (@natchap99) reported

@Telstra Thanks. Will try today. I have the problems during the week while I work.

  • stephenlead Stephen Lead (@stephenlead) reported

On a support call with Telstra, they ask "What websites do you frequently visit?" Is "all of them" an answer?

  • MaccaPolitical John McDonald (@MaccaPolitical) reported

@MJA_Editor are you sure they were real scammers? real telstra call centre folk sound very much like scammers. maybe scammers could fix a problem quicker.

  • ibuvicki vicki richardson (@ibuvicki) reported

@somewherein84 I had to get out of Telstra - they eventually paid me back $300! Just little things every month. Charges for calls when I wasn’t even in the country? Went to the ombudsman. Nowadays I go straight to a company’s Twitter account & let loose if I have any issues with service

  • RedCruz19 🌈 Gentleman Jack (Sewer Rat) 🌈 Voting LABOR! (@RedCruz19) reported

@somewherein84 I would never ever ever again, use Telstra 😡

@Telstra Now a 7 day outage. Multiple confirmed reports from #Uriarra residents. You’re still not publicly acknowledging it. What gives?
