    @Telstra Hi Lee - nope. Nbn have done their part now to wait for technology I don’t need to get here from Telstra before they will do theirs. Until then I don’t have a stable connection because technically no ISP for an active nbn service.. still I wait.

    @AFL @Telstra serious you’ve served up live AFL and NRL for years on the app and now you want us to pay for Foxtel Kayo? Stupid marketing strategy for something that was free as a Telstra customer and frankly offensive. Poor choice on your part.

    So to distract myself from news events, have been on chat with @Telstra and getting nowhere - again. Apparently a complaint via website shall get the ball rolling. This has been going on since 31 Jan 2021.

    @Telstra I visited a store about a month ago to discuss an issue (recommended by your phone support). Store guy couldn't help, but made some notes on my account and said someone would call within 8-10 business days. No call yet. What's the best next step to get someone to call?

    That thing when someone in business swears & declares they've tried to ring you numerous times but got no answer. Nice try, except that I've had Telstra messagebank permanently on my phone for around 25 years, & it hasn't failed yet (irrespective of phone service). #pantsonfire
