Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@Telstra Hi, I'm located in 2017 postcode area. This is a @ALDIMobileAU service, which uses the Telstra network. As far as I can tell, Telstra (retail) services are unaffected because of VoLTE and VoWiFi support. 4G to 3G handover and 3G for calling is completely broken

@jxeeno @Telstra But isn't the mvno supposed to work with Telstra to ensure continuity of service, at least for emergency calls? I read operators (and so mvno) have a legal obligation to provide emergency calls at all time.

@Telstra The thing is, I have been doing this for months and there is no improvement. In fact, it seems to be getting worse. And I’m not the only one, so many people I talk to are having the same issue. Telstra clearly has issues that need to be fixed

@leahoverthinks @abigiles21 Yeah I've even heard some shockers from Telstra staff themselves. Things like don't help the customer unless they agree to an upgrade etc. Optus is who I'm with here, Whilst they're super cheap compared to everyone else. No customer service outside their shops basically.

@Telstra Hey Phil, no luck at this end, still having issues at home but in Melbourne now and no problem. Issue is definitely linked to my home location and still not resolved.

I was simply disconnected from the call on your end. Now I see you're closed on Sunday, so my family member is now without a usable phone until Monday. I just needed to activate a SIM (this one can't be done online). I've never had these issues even with Telstra. 2/2

I’ve had an extremely frustrating time with internet dropping in and out for about two weeks. Telstra aren’t any help at all….if you can get onto them 😡🤔

@Telstra Yes, @ALDIMobileAU is saying Telstra Wholesale is conducting "maintenance" in the area. They are not investigating this issue further because of this. However, Telstra Wholesale seems unaware of this outage and impact on customers including the inability to make emergency calls.
