    I'm not gonna lie, this week is a bit rubbish. My @Telstra internet went down for scheduled maintenance, which is great and all until you're doing online school with no Wi-Fi, and now it's been extended and I have to wait until next Thursday to do anything. Like, come on.

    @Telstra Yes fiber has been rolled out there a few years ago.. my main issue now is that I am getting bills for an account I requested to be closed since I am with leaptel for my personal internet.

    @Telstra restructuring the pre-paid tariffs you made the recharge menu even worse than it was before. Where is the quick recharge with my stored cc details? Seriously wonder who’s in charge of worsening customer experience.

    @Telstra absolutely worst customer service. I tried to do a port in from other provider to Telstra and its already 24 hours without mobile network. I was chatting with Telstra customer service for 6 hours and they just wasted my time handballing the case to different teams.
