  @Telstra What a bloody disgrace you are Telstra. Heard back from the person the complaint went to. Their response was instead of discussing the issue bluntly told us that given they have called us the case is now closed. Never discussed anything refused to discuss anything.

  But you get a whoops when your service goes down. You ever order a pizza and the shop takes a slice out and says can't help it? That's what Telstra is. And look at the profits in a cost-of-living crisis, ay. Whose cost of living ?? When do we adjust the books ay ?? @Telstra been with you lot for over 10 years at my address... not once have you even given me a router upgrade or checked if I'm on the best plan... where's your loyalty, ay ??   @Telstra Four frustrating weeks of call centres, troubleshooting, refusing to elevate us to managers, cancelling technicians. Four weeks of no home internet, losing money and being given the run around. It’s not hard. Is @Telstra the worst company in Aust for customer service? Still not fixed.

  So Southern Phone has been taken over by “Energy Telco” Those of us on its Telstra based service told goodbye. Over 30 people in NSW have apparently lost their jobs. Contacted call centre to check my options, gave up because foreign accent at the other end was unintelligigible.
