@profmiketoole @Fiona_M_Russell I was wondering if a key part of problem with 000 (pre-existing COVID) was death of the good old phone book. Remember when Telstra provided a book with the emergency and help numbers clearly displayed inside the cover? You didn't have to look for where to look for the numbers.

@Telstra Is this a joke tweet? Your so called "support" on the app is useless. They haven't a clue what to do, take hours to respond and you have to keep repeating yourself because you get someone different all the time. And they never do what they say they're gunna do. USELESS!

@Telstra mobile phone service has been down in Gloucester NSW for a couple of hours now with no notification on their outage map. Users advise they are getting all bars (full signal strength) but unable to make or receive calls.

I have attempted to cancel Foxtel by Telstra at least a dozen times by phone chat, messenger, text and phone call and I AM STILL PAYING FOR IT. @Telstra what do I need to do make this happen?

@adam_turner I loved Vodafone for roaming, but honestly their networks are really hit and miss here, and Optus…. Well it’s been a long time since I’ve found their network reliable. Telstra’s the only option unless you’re in the CBD or inner suburbs. Sad but true.

Question for the telco experts: do you get the exact same mobile performance from the different Telstra Wholesale partners (apart from Boost & Belong which use full Telstra network). If you're getting **** performance from one Telstra MVNO, is it worth trying another?
