    Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

    @Telstra Just really bad range in general Ollie, we are in Grass Patch 80km north of Esperance and the range and internet has been absolutely terrible for months now. It's at the point that we are struggling to make a phone call even with smart antennas.

    So..I was on the PS5 and our net dropped(Telstra doing maintenance). PS5 turned off, and it wouldn't boot at all. To fix it, I had to go into safe mode, reset default settings and skip Wi-Fi connection. If I tried to do a connection it would reset again.

    @Telstra Recaptcha not working on phone. I'll try at home later. Although this didn't work this morning, I'll try again.

    @Telstra These are not drop outs. This is a failure to obtain an internet service. The times i listed were when I tried to access an internet service. These issue continually occur ever long weekend or holiday. Also failed at 16:00 and 17:58

    @Telstra I'm not but I help him with online stuff as he likes to pay everything with cash. He mentioned not receiving a bill, so I checked his email and saw why.

    @Telstra Yes. A customer alerted me to it, so I had it removed as soon as I found out. The person I spoke to at Telstra had zero interest in explaining how this could happen. He just blamed the Malaysian call centre & offered no information on what investigations (if any) will take place

    Calling Telstra tomorrow:)) 1 month without internet but they’ve apparently had a solution for a while??? **** company, running the internet out my *** would do a better job

    Telstra @Telstra MyTelstra app not working properly. Can't pay bill. Desktop site - can't pay bill General link to pay bill not working. Yet if I am late paying they charge a late fee. #nothappyTelstra

    @Telstra Why doesn't that surprise me? The app is clunky and confusing to navigate. Looks like I'll just have to take my chances on a store & hope for the best. I'm so over Telstra. Everyone just handballs customers to the next person without resolution. It's a joke. Thanks anyway.
