    @Telstra Yeh I did thank you Renee. The link is useless sorry. Responses take far too long and then I get different people responding. One minute I was talking to tech service then the next billing. It’s confusing and achieves nothing.

    I did explain that this was the first time I'd spoken to the Telstra Technical Department (which is not true, because I receive a lot of scam calls), and then I got bored, because eugh scammers. She asked if I wanted to fix my internet and I said not really

    @beourmate We had a notification to say broadband was down in ACT- it's been down for around 4 hours at this point. No network outage is showing on your site. Can we have an update asap? I'm really resenting having to put credit on a Telstra card to send this message.

    @Matthewbell205 @Telstra Same here in northern NSW ,I bought booster for emergency call, booster aerial is about 6m high and now Telstra must think I have to build myself a tower, do they want me to build a 100m tower next to my house just to fill in there black spot

    Time to vent about @Telstra. The current mobile phone service in the Munglinup area is dangerous. We can not make calls without a booster, text messages will only send when you watch them and retry multiple times. Mobile data speeds are non existent! Third world to say the least!

    @Telstra can you please explain why I’m not receiving my phone calls! I’ve missed another important call because of your poor service. Phone doesn’t even ring - and I get voicemails delivered for missed calls in the middle of the night.
