Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@AdeleOffley @Glenn_SoilAgro @Telstra Yes, it is getting worse. I travel a lot for work in regional WA and have noticed its getting worse over the last few years. Have noticed a faster decline in the last 6 months. I also can't get a signal anywhere near my house which makes working from home quite difficult! (1/2)

200 minutes into the chat and I’m being transferred to a sixth @Telstra rep. (Only #2 of supplemental Qs answered - despite whole conversation being about my ADSL service, they had been going to send a NBN modem!)

My @Telstra 4G mobile internet has turned to complete shite in the last few months, terrible tonight. Are Telstra obstructing people who do not agree with the government narrative? Starting to think this is the case. Shows up on certain websites, while others are no problem.

@AdeleOffley @Telstra Yes feel it is getting worse but even worse is the keep denying that it is and expect rural customers to keep investing in systems to just get service ie antennas and boosters.

@AdeleOffley @Telstra Yes! Having calls drop in places that I've never had calls drop before multiple times. Can hold a call today & get zilch tomorrow. The lack of consistency makes it even more frustrating.

Pissed off Telstra. I have 2 devices that literally 98% of the time JUST TODAY won't connect to net, make phone calls or text. Says I'm off-line, connection time ran our, or I'm not registered to telstra network, even though it worked fine in the morning
