Dear @Telstra & @Optus customers, seems like there are issues with international roaming in New York City. Can anyone else confirm this? #telstra #optus #Australia

  • alexmakin Alex Makin (@alexmakin) reported

@chapmanwp11 @Telstra Not sure how commercial arrangements between carriers work, but if it's like nbn and they buy capacity, it's almost like they have not bought enough to accommodate customer demand. I imagine India, like New York, is a major customer destination relative to Canada where it worked.

  • rachael_rose78 Christine 🏳️‍🌈 (@rachael_rose78) reported

@tonytardio Federal needs to fix the Telstra Triple Zero emergency number.

  • rlanglands1 Rod Langlands (@rlanglands1) reported

1/ @Telstra I have been going around and around in circles trying to get help on an nbn issue that is of Telstra's making. There is no help available or contactable. The system is designed to send you insane. I have had to use them for my uncle in a nursing home.

  • astronaughtyart stu.psd (@astronaughtyart) reported

I swear Telstra is the worst. They lock all support options behind an app, which makes it impossible to do anything when the app IS THE PROBLEM.

  • Goldenjocks Drew Morphettville (@Goldenjocks) reported

@FinancialReview imagine thinking you could learn about customer service from NBN.. what an utter **** show full of incompetent charlatans Telstra is.

  • civilengineer civilengineer (@civilengineer) reported

@Telstra Ancient history, now. You need to live without me, as I have been in return, since I migrated to another service.

  • astronaughtyart stu.psd (@astronaughtyart) reported

@Telstra I mean, you just hung up on me, so you won't help at all.

  • alexmakin Alex Makin (@alexmakin) reported

@chapmanwp11 @Telstra I'm bit sure how the commercial arrangements between carriers work, but if it's like the nbn and you purchase capacity, it's almost like they have not bought enough to accommodate customer demand. Is imagine India, like New York, is a major customer destination.

@OziBloke2009 @Telstra Same, they fail to connect. Sounds like both Telstra & Optus have failed to secure enough bandwidth from T-Mobile.
