    @Telstra I have to say since the advice Telstra was bringing all support back onshore it is an improvement to only have to go through two departments. It used to not help no matter how many departments they tried.

    @Telstra I login to the same one every single time. I keep telling you that, via Mozilla Firefox. I NEVER use my phone for email. It is too inconvenient, I am receiving attachments from an artist who is illustrating a book for me constantly!

    @Telstra I need help now! I work at night! I am a writer! I am sick to death of Telstra. Your system stinks! I login via my desktop computer to Webmail. Your system triggers an alarm because I am using a desktop computer for goodness sake! Get your system sorted out IMMEDIATELY!

    @Telstra As I said, I am now using gmail, it's utterly ridiculous. Don't know what I am paying $180 a month to Telstra for; that includes email service. Been messed around for weeks now since you deigned to introduce login via mobile as well as Telstra password for sign in via desktop.

    @Telstra Why is is not sufficient for service just to plainly say. Making life easier used to be a business motto.

    @Telstra Is there no limit to your harassment? I spend half my day checking login codes on my mobile phone to check into my Telstra Webmail, and just now have received notification my account has been suspended FOR SECURITY REASONS? Get your act together Telstra!
