    @Telstra Have to wait on new sim card which doesn't make sense. I can still access the internet on my phone but since the earthquake, can't make or receive calls or make and receive texts. Why should I have to wait for new sim in the mail? Must be someone who can help restore via settings

    @juliettemcaleer @Telstra coverage is patchy for mobiles here😣 I often see in community pages all the different providers go down. Our mobile data at home is nearly non existent. We just have Telstra prepaid unfortunately. They actually give the better mobile rural coverage. Others may have diff feedback

    @telstra thanks for the welcome — 5G failed and an enforced move back to the NBN. Then you cancelled the account 24 hours after install?? Luckily your crack app support team (only one available) have spent a solid 24 hrs asking the same questions while avoiding reinstatement…

    @Telstra Why is my Telstra home wifi NOT reliable or fast? I have been a Telstra customer for about 30 or more years. The only reliable thing about Telstra is the stupidly bad service, the constant failure of the service, the unjustifiably high cost, last but no means least - frustration
