Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

TENS of thousands of people each day getting scam messages to collect a parcel or log into a voice message. Is our legal system so pathetic we cannot compel Telstra to reveal to police who runs these scams and send them to jail. Seems easy solution to me. #auspol

My phone number has been cloned & is being used by scammers. I know this because I received a call from myself. Despite receiving a few hang ups just before the call, @Telstra will not escalate it until people start calling me with abuse. Great work yet again by our Telco.

@Telstra Probably but I was shunted from one platform to another, one system to another Why a major corporation can't look up my account number and find the case beats me. My case number is 20861236 I'd love to have a technically competent senior person ring and fix the problem

@Telstra i have a problem with my order. I was sent a used item and wanted to get a replacement. I messaged telstra help and got transferred back and forth to different agents who said they would check for me. It's now been over 1hr since I messaged them and they stopped respond

@DamoskFGC I actually work for Telstra and had no idea they had done this. This is insane, right after increasing the prices as well. Explains some of the issues I’ve had on my own stream too…

@0utworld @Telstra $125/month for 22mbps upload, then out of contract it's $145/month. It's $149 for 1000/50 on Aussie. Holy **** Telstra is garbage lmfao.
