@maher_aaron @wwos You Telstra 'em! Though they'll probably tell you it's a Youi problem that you don't like how the coverage is 99c delivered.

Got a cold and my fevers so bad I kept trying to think about Tarzan and my brain was autocorrecting it to Telstra and now I legitimately can’t remember which is which anymore

@RennickGBR Telstra also 2026 (Enterprise Restructuring): Telstra announced major workforce restructures, cutting hundreds of enterprise and IT roles in Australia. A significant portion of this work and technical support was offshored to the Indian-based ICT firm Infosys and its joint venture with Accenture.

@OneNewsAu optus announced the partnership with starlink on July 12 2023 and telstra announced it on July 3rd 2023, Telstra starlink messaging started June 3 2025 optus? well nothing. "covers blackspots telstra never will" that might make sense if telstra also didn't get starlink messaging

@MrsS2023 After suffering with the Telstra internet service in the north of SA I recently swapped over to Starlink best thing I’ve ever done over 12 times faster speed at nearly half the price👍it used to take nearly 5 minutes to watch a 1:5 minute horse race replay with Telstra stop start

The telecommunications industry needs a closer look by the Australian ombudsman or whoever regulates fees being taken for service not provided. Telcos with phone only service centres overseas are in the perfect position to rip people off under the banner of Optus/Telstra.

  • JunoNameon
    Juno Nameon (@JunoNameon) reported

@the_LoungeFly @Telstra You have to go through the ombudsman to get an Australian staff member, someone with access to your records apparently or can fix anything. The call centers are just to keep you preoccupied long enough that you get sick of it and go away.

@sidneyfrommelb Whilst Telstra has network issues after your data leaked by Optus. Cooked.

  • BuZZiNiTT

@defnotbarnsybdc @QBCCIntegrity Yep, i can confirm. @grok confirm that Telstra and the likes are booting older phones off the network

@Cjsavage696969 I'd love to get a Starlink phone. Telstra service for regional users is ordinary at best
