    @Telstra Well - everything. My wife account has the Telstra One Number feature activated - you’re charging her the extra $5/month but the watch does not have a connection to the network. We’ve been to your local store and spent hours on the phone but still no dice. Starting to be a joke.

    @Telstra Still waiting. No surprises there. 89 year old treated like she has unlimited days left to live. This is an “escalated” issue but you would not know it!!Seems like you have a lot of staff on social media though… maybe they should be redirected to customer service instead!

    @Telstra @australiapost Back when you could get genuine customer service. If only you could bring back those days. Instead we’re left to wait and wait for a communication company that can’t communicate with it’s customers.

    @CommunityNotes is Telstra a trusted phone carrier? The reason I ask is because I was using a Telstra wifi network last week and my IP commenced with 144……. In 2018 this was an Apple IP?

    @Telstra I purchased an Apple Watch with cellular for my wife for Xmas but you guys still cannot get it to work. We’ve spent hours on the phone with you and nobody can help. Why is it so hard?
