@jo_noCSG @andrew_thaler @Telstra When the contractor installed our landline, the connection pits were put below original ground level. Everytime it rained, we would get faults. Took years to find and fix properly. Mobile service is crap, have to keep landline for medical.

  • chubacker Lee Maynard (@chubacker) reported

@Telstra there are currently no problems other than the ineptness of the organisation that useless / spineless/ overpaid Andy Penn oversees. Telstra requires an experienced hands on CEO not someone that lists technology as his third favourite interest.

  • byrokelly Byron K (@byrokelly) reported

Hey @optus! Want to hear about my terrible experience trying to set up a service with you (ie become a customer and give you money?!)? Or should I just give up now and move to @telstra?

  • Stanleysmum1 Stanleysmum (Sharon) (@Stanleysmum1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I had a complaint raised, theny called and said there was nothing they could do over the phone and Mum needed to set up an online account!! They were then getting someone to call yesterday and surprise. Nobody called. I'll send a message but not holding my breath for a resolution

@whittyjules @GVG1 @Telstra When I ring my Dr they take half an hour to answer the phone. After 20 minutes I usually hang up.

@Telstra Not even a clue to what the issue is? Should I be planning for days of this or a few hours? No info isn’t very helpful.
