Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@Telstra Yes I can see an update. Although it is a rubbish update. It says we can use wifi calling. How can we do that without any internet. Also the notice does not mention any internet outages. Just mobile outage. Can the be updated?

@Telstra It’s been going on for a couple of weeks. If Telstra can’t provide a service they should shut it down and refund accounts so we can move to another service.

@Telstra Your store never has the capacity to serve a person. It’s also beside the point! Why have an app that says you can change you plan, when it doesn’t work! Why have a customer service team that doesn’t even do what you ask of them. Absolute JOKE!

@Telstra At least get my name right. Trying? I’m so tired of “trying” I just want to downgrade my plan, which I’ve been trying to do since July. I’ve communicated this, so the problem is your end to sort out. So sort out. Again, I will be seeking compensation.

@Telstra are you ever going to put up the resources to fix your e-mail or is the gameplan to make it so unusbale that people move their e-mail (and likely internet services) away from you? This has been weeks for my friends, family and clients and is not good enough #Telstra
