Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

@jones_writer Recently I answered a call from a young guy purporting to work for Telstra internet. It seemed dodgy. I called the no back and an old lady explained her number had been stolen. I searched online to try help her but couldn't discern how she could reclaim her number. Sorry!

@Telstra please tell me what to do next to get service after 3 weeks of none. I have called 8 times, messaged every day, submitted a complaint and been to the ombudsman. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. Keep getting told someone will call by eod, never happens.

@KirstiMiller30 @MinhKular I’m a spoilt, well housed teacher. I feel bad for community here. My hopes of returning home at term break are fading though. Nothing was done to protect them. Some internet in our homes would be great- I have to sit in my car in the street & use data- TELSTRA is disgusting too

Telstra is an absolute SHITSHOW. Unless you're living in a large city, the signal up North, or in Regional Towns is just Pathetic.
