Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

Thanks to @telstra for confirming the internet outage that neither my provider #iprimus nor #nbn have yet to do - hours in. Not so happy that repair date is 1 November at 11pm but it is what it is.

I would love Telstra to explain why, during a blackout, my three bar (if I’m lucky) 4G service cannot connect to the internet, thus making it impossible for me to check power outage information or look up support numbers. Why does my phone rely on there being a wifi connection?

@Telstra Massive own goal here @Telstra Memories of ****** service, paying time and time again to get extra phone lines installed, preventing innovation since at least the 1980's i.e. excessively expensive ISDN, publicly funded dark fibre 4 ur massive profit. The list is infinite

@NBN_Australia and @Telstra made me go back and forth and wait 4 hours to hear the same **** when I’ve literally explained that their ****** wiring is causing hazards. I call Telstra they tell me to go nbn, I call nbn they tell me to go to telstra. Waiting like 4hr+ between calls
