Hey @Telstra I'm out at Jeir, near Murrumbateman nsw. Can you tell me why my 4G mobile broadband has a download speed of 1mbs, it's killing me. You can't provide any other service to my address, and always Spruik about how good your service is

So @Telstra just issued an email informing us "As part of supporting Australians' changing data needs, your home internet plan is being updated." Well @andy_penn, not ALL of us need to pay an extra $5p/m for extra data we will never use, thanks! It's a dumb blanket decision Mate.

Got a scam call from #Telstra (from a potentially drunk Indian lady) telling me I could have hackers using my home internet. "I don't use Telstra," I said. "I know this," she said. "But we're the only ones who can help you remove the hackers" Do people really fall for this ****?

@Telstra @NBN_Australia WOW, you pair still manage to screw everything up. 5 hours and counting and I still can not get a fault in service lodged. 2 phone calls disconnected and on my 2nd TEXT call. Medical emergency people on the street and 2 x businesses need to be able towork
