@Telstra Telstra has been saying that for 12 years. Still no stability. Still only able to get 200gb expensive data, still can’t stream w/o constant buffering, 1000s $ later. 15km from major city. What good will DM do?

  • amanda_cwm 𝔸𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕒 🤍 (@amanda_cwm) reported

@Telstra it’s infuriating that you don’t have an easier support service. The chat function is fine for young people but how is this realistic for elderly and those with disabilities. I’m 30 and it has taken over 2 days to sort a minor issue because I couldn’t talk to someone.

  • dklaic Damir Klaic (@dklaic) reported

@Telstra And, let me add that I have already stated in my prior tweet that I have checked the outage tracker in 3095 Eltham and there are no outages in my area.

@AlanBixter @Scottludlam @Telstra All our internet service providers are beyond useless. Getting anything connected or changed is 6 months of foam-at-the-mouth frustration.

  • dklaic Damir Klaic (@dklaic) reported

@Telstra Your other solution is for me to purchase an antenna for $1200 to improve your coverage on my property.

  • HeresDeclan_ Declan (@HeresDeclan_) reported

@EmilyTammes "Can we see your Vaccine Passport?" "Here's my 5G network plan with Telstra!"

  • trentontheradio Trent (@trentontheradio) reported

@Telstra Sorry guys, I'm all good...it's not a Telstra service.

  • Swineton Dave 🇦🇺 (@Swineton) reported

@MyArgue FORTRAN or Cobol were the most common. Use to load them into the Honeywell readers when I worked for Telstra. A crap job especially at 3 in the morning when they often ended up on the floor.
