    @Kate3015 It’d really not that hard to spot but to the untrained eye they always look legitimate. My husband a case in point. He doesn’t click on the link but always asks me how to deal with it. Every time I,show- block the email via,the contact card, delete, simple. Government departments never send you anything, just a notification to go to My Gov. Telstra has the email in the App. If it’s not there it’s not real. There are couple I can think of.

    @Telstra U guys lost a multi million dollar settlement for mislead indigenous ppl in rural areas not that long ago. Why u lying. All big corporations try shady crap and deny deny deny and still play it off as no big deal .

    @c__future6 This is how the whole thing started when I sent $500 for a VIP Telstra Tesla membership card and never got the Tesla I won! That was my fault and now you’re trying to make this my fault I would think two guys working for Elon Musk would be a little bit smarter than this.

    And they’re all the same. It’s almost a rule that the bigger they are the worse they are. Telstra, Optus, Qantas, the big banks, Coles, Woolworths. All run by wildly overpaid ‘chief executives’ who would rather wrestle crocodiles than actually encounter a customer. **** ‘em all.

    I've been letting @Telstra "augement" their💩network in the south west of Western 🇦🇺. They, Telstra, use my farm @Starlink for WiFi calling and the same on the road with Starlink Mini in my MYL. Perth-Denmark or Denmark-Albany is difficult to maintain a phone call link on mobile. Telstra should be paying me.

    @Telstra Your customer service team are disgusting. They mixed up NBN and Optimcomm and not one person answered a single question I asked. Absolutely disgusting. I want to raise a formal complaint.
