Amazing customer service by @TPG_Telecom ✅ - should have dropped @Telstra 🗑years ago

  • Todd_Sal Todd Sal (@Todd_Sal) reported

Should also mention I was trying to chat to your customer service on the Telstra app, but the connection was so bad I couldn’t

  • _JamesClarke James (@_JamesClarke) reported

@Telstra In Perth region, speeds are good. Went with Telstra to ensure I have good coverage when travelling to remote areas. Exmouth isn't too remote really. Would expect better coverage. Definitely not the slow speeds that I'm getting.

  • fadikazmuz FK (@fadikazmuz) reported

@Telstra Isn't it ironic that @Telstra you have zero initiative to fix a problem? Would it be hard to search for the customer's number in your system and call them? A 2-class system; the abused and the beneficiary of benefits (paid for by the abused).

@Telstra Yes I was with Telstra for decades till nbn stole my landline. Now I got nothing even for emergency call! Ps contact me and I'll give you details?

  • peter_donnelly Peter (@peter_donnelly) reported

@Telstra Not interested If Telstra can't be bothered following up on reports from the public about problems with it's infrastructure - that's down to Telstra

  • fadikazmuz FK (@fadikazmuz) reported

@Telstra Withholding information from customers, creating a discriminatory class system imposed on clients, staff incompetent, no one at telstra can solve a problem, staff at stores lie to get a sale done. Your complaint team has zero customer service skills.

  • maestro_finance Maestro Financial (@maestro_finance) reported

On hold for 3 hours to @Telstra today to report a fault. I suppose the @Telstra policy is that is you do nothing the problem will fix itself.

  • StevenHasiotis Steven Hasiotis (@StevenHasiotis) reported

@Telstra Many have tried @telstra is just horrible...worst experience ever. Can't believe how badly run this business is! So bad...

  • MusicTweetSpot Freezer (@MusicTweetSpot) reported

@Telstra the average speed of your internet service should be 100mbps these days not 52mbps like mine runs at
