@Telstra My wife and myself never had a business we used to work at the Eromanga State School like everybody else we have to have a phone especially when you live all the way out west Eromanga Queensland my phone used to act up really bad out there as well

@Telstra Unless there’s a way I’m not aware of, I don’t think it’s possible to specify something other than a physical home/business address. The issue is that @Telstra mobile service is down on the @SydneyMetro train all the way from Bella Vista station to Cherrybrook

@Telstra Thanks Lauren. It has been too traumatic and stressful to deal with Telstra. I've wanted to support Telstra for ages but it's just not worth the trauma. It's seriously anxiety-inducing. I feel heard. It's just that no one did anything to help me get connected after hearing me.

@Telstra guys my internet service is still down after yesterday’s hungry mouse situation, I’ve tried calling but I’ve been on hold for over an hour, I just need a 4g dongle ASAP, I can’t physically run my business without a stable internet service and hotspotting isn’t great

@Zuckles @Telstra Why would you send it back to them? I have like 7 routers here from Optus because my **** wasn't working right. Not only did I remand a new one each time. I never paid for them either.

Has @Telstra entirely given up allowing customers to speak to human beings? Wasting my day trying to get someone to have a conversation with me. Unbelievably terrible service.

@Telstra I DID keep it open last night - they never answered. What happened to dealing with a customer in the manner that THEY prefer? Why can I simply not speak with a human on the phone who can investigate WHY THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND HAPPENING?

@rohan_connolly @heraldsun @theage Do you have a theory behind this? Does the media need a "name" to frame a story around? Not the same issue but note the difference in coverage of Telstra's treatment of indigenous people & the Coll/Eddie situation. No demands for resignations there &Telstra remain an AFL sponsor.
