    @Telstra My wife and myself never had a business we used to work at the Eromanga State School like everybody else we have to have a phone especially when you live all the way out west Eromanga Queensland my phone used to act up really bad out there as well

    @Telstra Yes after pinged again with "hello?" bot said "we are busy, back in up to one hour". I have an issue with service provisioning - my connection is showing a different "level" on billing than I am getting both in practice and on the main login screen.

    They want to go digital, optus hacked.. medibank hacked , problems with telstra, eftpos machine go off line... and now utilities companies cant even send out your bill on time and there been errors with the digital reading ..ffs

    3 days of not listening @Telstra to find out that something I need to remain safe and independent was “lost in transit”. Three days of explaining disability information to be ignored and lied to. Well done - worst experience with you yet.
