@AustraliaXSX I ordered one from Telstra and arrived quickly but failed within 2 weeks, console doesn’t even turn on, now I’m dealing with Microsoft to repair/ replace, never seen something failing so quickly.

@Telstra just wondering if anyone can actually look into mobile reception around Canberra airport. Almost 2 weeks of virtually no reception. Customer support told me that the planes are blocking all the signal.

@Telstra Hi team, any update on this Spotify issue for Telstra customers?

@Telstra We need to be told what is happening. It’s news to technicians working at the local exchange that there’s been a fire. It’s now been over a week; neighbours now have services restored, but not my relatives. This has become farcical and perhaps indicative of @Telstra customer care

@SpotifyStatus @SpotifyCares @Telstra when will this issue be resolved please

@Telstra It’s not the best outcome for a @Telstra customer, the console you sent has failed so quickly and now I’ve to deal with Microsoft for repair while you keep charging me on a monthly basis, so much for a quality customer experience.

on the Telstra app, the person taking my call has been trying to escalate the call for two hours - I'm still on hold. @NBN_Australia couldn't help me because they don't have a fault service because the request has to be made by the retailer (Telstra in my case)...

Switching to cellular again to call @nbnco and @telstra incompetent clowns, again, because internet is broken, again. I should make this action a macro.
