@Telstra Why can not things that are working just be left alone? Does someone have to break things that work correctly? Does someone pretend to you that they improve things by breaking them? Put back the USSD recharge service as it was.

@Telstra I need help with some logic. I went down to a store because my LEGAL ID can't be used online. I was turned away because I'm not double vaxxed yet and told to use the chat feature to get it sorted. 1/3

@Telstra hi, find it hard to believe the chat and call centre can’t help with my request and keep referring me to my Telstra store which is currently closed. Simply want my watch set up for cellular? Says to phone. Going round in circles

@Telstra Checked this morning & I have paid twice, but going camping for a couple of weeks & if the weather's ordinary we'll be good. Three payments might have been a problem though.

So my ISP had some new phone plans which meant I moved from Optus to Telstra. Maybe it is just the placement of towers near my house, but this is the worst coverage I've had since a brief stint with Vodafone back in the early noughties.

@mgranig @Telstra Their support is useless, I’m on the phone to them again now, on hold of course! Couldn’t get a response thru their app messenger service.

@andrewtiger9 @Telstra It is horrid. We had no Foxtel for over 24 hours because there was a fault with the Telstra cable it runs off.

Why do some scam callers even bother since they put in so little effort? Just got a robo-call from "Telstra" and pressed 1 to talk to an operator. Dude just spoke in a non-stop stream of a South-Asian language I don't speak. He then said "**** you ************" and hung up on me.
